How to maintain power system stable under small signal disturbance is a big challenge for power system operators and dispatchers. Time delay existing in signal transmission process makes the problem more complex. Conventional eigenvalue analysis method neglects time delay influence and can not precisely describe power system dynamic behaviors. In this work, a modified small signal stability model considering time varying delay influence was constructed and a new time delay controller was proposed to stabilize power system under disturbance. By Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, the control law in the form of nonlinear matrix inequality (NLMI) was derived. Considering synthesis method limitation for time delay controller at present, both parameter adjustment method by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) solver and iteration searching method by solving nonlinear minimization problem were suggested to design the controller. Simulation tests were carried out on synchronous-machine infinite-bus power system. Satisfactory test results verify the correctness of the proposed model and the feasibility of the stabilization approach.展开更多

The "hot" dispersion equation is obtained by means of the self-consistent field theory. The small signal analysis, which includes the effects of the beam parameters and slow-wave structure (SWS) parameters,is carried out by theoretical computation. The numerical results show that the bandwidth and the small-signal gain of the rectangular helix TWT increase as the beam current increases;and the beam voltage not obviously influences the small signal gain. Among different rectangular helix structures, the small-signal gain increases as the width of the rectangular helix SWS increases, however, the bandwidth decreases whether structure parameters a and L or ψ and L are fixed or not.In addition,a comparison of the small-signal gain of this structure with a conventional round helix is made. The presented analysis will be useful for the design of the TWT with a rectangular helix circuit.展开更多

Since the correlation may have a notable influence on the power system, the output powers of wind farms are generally considered as correlated random variables in uncertainty analysis. In this paper, the C-vine pair copula theory is introduced to describe the complicated dependence of multidimensional wind power injection, and samples obeying this dependence structure are generated. Monte Carlo simulation is performed to analyze the small signal stability of a test system. The probabilistic stability under different correlation models and different operating conditions scenarios is investigated. To address these issues, the characteristics of the Duffing oscillator's phase trajectory in a small- scale periodic state are analyzed by introducing the theory of stopping oscillation system. Based on this approach, a novel Duffing oscillator weak wide-band signal detection method is proposed. In this novel method, the reference signal is discarded, and the to-be-detected signal is directly used as a driving force. By calculating the cosine function of a phase space angle, a single Duffing oscillator can be used for weak wide-band signal detection instead of an array of uncoupled Duffing oscillators. Simulation results indicate that, compared with the conventional Duffing oscillator detection method, this approach performs better in frequency detection intervals, and reduces the signal-to-noise ratio detection threshold, while improving the real-time performance of the system.展开更多

Tumor cells in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients that harbor EGFR kinase domain mutations exhibit oncogene addiction to mutant EGFR, which confers high sensitivity to tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs). As patients invariably develop resistance to TKIs, it is important to delineate the cell biological basis of mutant EGFR-induced cellular transformation since components of these pathways can serve as alternate therapeutic targets to preempt or overcome resistance. NSCLC-associated EGFR mutants are constitutively-active and induce ligandindependent transformation in nonmalignant cell lines. Emerging data suggest that a number of factors are critical for the mutant EGFR-dependent tumorigenicity, and bypassing the effects of TKIs on these pathways promotes drug resistance. For example, activation of downstream pathways such as Akt, Erk, STAT3 and Src is critical for mutant EGFR-mediated biological processes. It is now well-established that the potency and spatiotemporal features of cellular signaling by receptor tyrosine kinases such as EGFR, as well as the specific pathways activated, is determined by the nature of endocytic traffic pathways through which the active receptors traverse. Recent evidence indicates that NSCLCassociated mutant EGFRs exhibit altered endocytic trafficking and they exhibit reduced Cbl ubiquitin ligasemediated lysosomal downregulation. More recent work has shown that mutant EGFRs undergo ligand-independent traffic into the endocytic recycling compartment, a behavior that plays a key role in Src pathway activation and oncogenesis. These studies are beginning to delineate the close nexus between signaling and endocytic traffic of EGFR mutants as a key driver of oncogenicprocesses. Therefore, in this review, we will discuss the links between mutant EGFR signaling and endocytic properties, and introduce potential mechanisms by which altered endocytic properties of mutant EGFRs may alter signaling and vice versa as well as their implications for NSCLC therapy.展开更多

An equivalent circuit forthe HBT under a forward-bias condition is proposed for extraction of accessresistance and parasiticinductance. This method differs from previous ones by extracting the c-quivalent circuit parameterswithout using special test structure or global numerical optimization techniques. The mainadvantage of this method is that a unique and physically meaningful set of intrinsic parameters isextracted from impedance and admittance representation of the measured S-pa-rameters in thefrequency range of 1-12 GHz under different bias conditions. The method yields a deviation of lessthan 5% between measured and modeled S-parameters.展开更多

文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs)have been demonstrated to control chicken skeletal muscle growth, however, the potential function of the miR-181-5p family in chicken myogenesis remains largely unknown. Here, our study identified the two chicken(Gallus gallus;Gga)miR-181-5p family members widely expressed in various tissues, specifically miR-181a-5p and miR-181b-5p.Besides,the breast muscles of fast-growing broilers expressed higher levels of miR-181a-5p and miR-181b-5p than those of slow-growing layers.Functionally,miR-181a-5p and miR-181b-5p both promote the expression level of myogenic factors including myogenin(MyoG),myogenic differentiation 1(MyoD1),and myosin heavy chain(MyHC),meanwhile accelerating the myotube formation of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SMSCs).Mechanistically,miR-181a-5p and miR-181b-5p directly bind to the 3′untranslated region(UTR)of the transforming growth factor beta receptor 1(TGFBR1)mRNA,further reducing the expression of TGFBR1.TGFBR1 is a key Transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β)signaling transduction receptor and had a negative function in muscle cell differentiation.Furthermore, knockdown of TGFBR1 facilitated the expression of chicken myogenic factors, boosted myotube formation, and decreased the SMAD family member 2/3(SMAD2/3)phosphorylation in chicken SMSCs.SMAD2/3 are downstream of TGF-βsignaling,and miR-181a-5p and miR-181b-5p could reduce the expression of TGFBR1 to further diminish the SMAD2/3 phosphorylation. Our findings revealed that the miR-181-5p family targets TGFBR1 to break the TGF-βsignaling transduction, which resulted in promoting chicken skeletal muscle development.

文摘An accurate and broad-band method for hetero-junction bipolar transistors(HBT) small-signal model parameters-extraction is presented in this paper. The method yields a deviation of lessthan 5% between measured and modeled S-parameters.
文摘This paper focuses on the small-signal stability of power system integrated with DFIG-based wind farm. The model of DFIG for small-signal stability analysis has built;the 3-generator 9-bus WECC test system is modified to investigate the impacts of large scale integration of wind power on power system small-signal stability. Different oscillatory modes are obtained with their eigenvalue, frequency and damping ratio, the results from eigenvalue analysis are presented to demonstrate the small-signal stability of power system is enhanced with the increasing output of the wind farm.
文摘By using the output inductors and body capacitances without adding any component compared with hard switching synchronous rectifier, the topology of a soft switched synchronous rectifier with phase-shifted full bridge zero voltage switching DC/DC converter is proposed. The converter efficiency is maximized due to soft switching of the full bridge MOSFETs and the synchronous MOSFETs, and also the low conduction loss of synchronous MOSFET. The operation principles of the circuit are analyzed in detail and the small-signal model is derived, also the converter dynamic characteristics are analyzed. Frequency responses of transfer functions under different values of transformer primary leakage inductance are discussed. The experimental results were obtained from a 400 V input and 100 A/12 V output DC/DC converter operating at 100 kHz. The results show that the converter efficiency is 2% higher in rated power than traditional diode rectifier.

文摘The voltage source converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)system is based on voltage source converter, and its control system is more complex. Also affected by the fast control of power electronics, oscillation phenomenon in wide frequency domain may occur. To address the problem of small signal stability of the VSCHVDC system,a converter control strategy is designed to improve its small signal stability, and the risk of system oscillation is reduced by attaching a damping controller and optimizing the control parameters.Based on the modeling of the VSC-HVDC system, the general architecture of the inner and outer loop control of the VSCHVDC converter is established;and the damping controllers for DC control and AC control are designed in the phase-locked loop and the inner and outer loop control parts respectively;the state-space statemodel of the control system is established to analyze its performance. And the electromagnetic transient simulation model is built on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform to verify the accuracy of the small signal model. The influence of the parameters of each control part on the stability of the system is summarized. The main control parts affecting stability are optimized for the phenomenon of oscillation due to changes in operation mode occurring on the AC side due to faults and other reasons, which effectively eliminates system oscillation and improves system small signal stability, providing a certain reference for engineering design.
文摘Objective The aim of this study was to explore the mechanism behind lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 19(lncRNA SNHG19)/microrNA-299-5P(miR-299-5p)/mitogen-activated protein kinase 6(MAPK6)signaling axis promoting metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods To analyze the abnormal expression of lncRNAs in NSCLC,50 surgically resected NSCLC and adjacent tissue samples were collected from August 2021 to August 2022.The mRNA expression levels of lncRNA SNHG19,Mir-299-5p,and MAPK6 were detected by qRT-PCR.The functions of lncRNA SNHG19,Mir-299-5p and MAPK6 were investigated by CCK-8,clone formation,EdU,scratch,Transwell western blotting(WB)and in vivo xenograft assay.RNA fluorescence in-situ hybridization(FISH),RNA pull-down,dual luciferase reporter, and RNA co-immunoprecipitation assays were used to explore the mechanism of action between lncRNA SNHG19,miR-299-5p,and MAPK6.Results High expression of lncRNA SNHG19 was correlated with poor prognosis, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage in NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Cell function experiments showed that lncRNA SNHG19 could improve the proliferation, clone formation, migration, and invasion ability of A549 cells both in vitro and in vivo(all P<0.05)and increased the relative expression levels of vimentin and MAPK6(P<0.05).The relative expression level of E-cadherin was decreased(P<0.05).lncRNA SNHG19 can interact with Mir-299-5p and regulate the expression level of MAPK6.Conclusion lncRNA SNHG19 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cells, and its high expression is associated with tumor progression and poor survival. Moreover,it can act as a molecular sponge for Mir-299-5p to regulate MAPK6 expression and promote the proliferation and metastasis of A549 cells.
