Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation for Small-Cell Networks:A Stable Queue Perspective 被引量:7

In this paper, queue state information and channel state information are jo... The small-cell technology is promising for spectral-efficiency enhancement. However, it usually requires a huge amount of energy consumption. In this paper, queue state information and channel state information are jointly utilized to minimize the time average of overall energy consumption for a multi-carrier small-cell network, where the inter-cell interference is an intractable problem. Based on the Lyapunov optimization theory, the problem could be solved by dynamically optimizing the problem of user assignment, carrier allocation and power allocation in each time slot. As the optimization problem is NP-hard, we propose a heuristic iteration algorithm to solve it. Numerical results verify that the heuristic algorithm offers an approximate performance as the brute-force algorithm. Moreover, it could bring down the overall energy consumption to different degrees according to the variation of traffic load. Meanwhile, it could achieve the same sum rate as the algorithm which focuses on maximizing system sum rate. 展开更多

One of the major characteristics about the water resources and water pollution in China is that the southem part of the country is endowed with abundant water resources with serious water pollution occurring in some areas, whereas the northem part is endowed with limited water resources with relatively more serious water pollution existing in some areas. Urban areas have been mainiy affected by point source pollution while ecological damage is most serious in rural areas and small towns. With rapid development of socio-ecomony and urbanization, many new small towns have occurred in China, and the concemed ecological problems such as water pollution and soil erosion have been gradually changed into local point source pollution. Water envirormental problems are geding more and more serious. To resolve the above mentioned problems and to provide a mode for towns in North China, the Research Center of Water Problems of Chinese Academy of Sciences undertook the research project of comprehensive planning of urban environment of Changli County, Hebei Province. Conceming the limited financial strength of the county and its relatively low level of socio-economic development, the planning is aimed to protect and to improve Changli's environment with the least cost, to promote the suitable development of socio-economy of Changli County, and to carry out effective environmental regulations, control and managemeat. 展开更多

This population is precious protein resource. It is urgent to study how to take prompt and effective fishing and take full advantage of processing,utilization and management. Traditional utilization methods are limited by many factors. The utilization efficiency is extremely low. The feed conversion rate of some mariculture fishes with fresh small trash fishes as feeds is even as low as 0. 2. Innovative production and management organization model with aquatic enterprises as leaders greatly increases the utilization efficiency of small fish resources with the aid of marine processing mother ship. In this paper, we study the problem of resource allocation in small cell networks with distributed caching, that is, how to divide the spectrum resources for backhaul and access in order to improve network performance. We formulate our concerned problem by using multi-dimensional Markov model. Our problem considers that each user may access multiple small cell base stations. We conduct simulation experiments to evaluate the performance of our proposed resource allocation scheme. Our simulation results show that the appropriate spectrum resource allocation is important to improve network performance. 展开更多

In karst area water deficit is one of the main factors constraining sustainable economic development. In 1979 the comprehensive karstic observational field station was set up in Houzhai drainage basin located,\ in Puding county of Guizhou Province, which can represent most of the small karst drainage basins on the dividing line of the Guizhou Plateau. Geomorphology, water resources and water chemistry were investigated and observed. Based on comparisons of water supply with water demand and analysis of the main problems in water exploitation and utilization. it is found out that the water deficiency was not directly caused by the scarcity of natural water resources. The true reason is the insufficient capacity of water supply caused by the dismatch of the water and soil water resources which can be dealt with by building more irrigation works. Some solutions such as to build scientific basis for water exploitation and utilization and sustainable economic development in karst drainage basins on dividing line of the Guizhou Plateau. 展开更多

Cache-enabled small cell networks have been regarded as a promising approach for network operators to cope with the explosive data traffic growth in future 5 G networks. However, the user association and resource allocation mechanism has not been thoroughly studied under given content placement situation. In this paper, we formulate the joint optimization problem of user association and resource allocation as a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) problem aiming at deriving a balance between the total utility of data rates and the total data rates retrieved from caches. To solve this problem, we propose a distributed relaxing-rounding method. Simulation results demonstrate that the distributed relaxing-rounding method outperforms traditional max-SINR method and range-expansion method in terms of both total utility of data rates and total data rates retrieved from caches in practical scenarios. In addition, effects of storage and backhaul capacities on the performance are also studied. 展开更多

In recent years,the protection of PSESP has gradually become a hot issue in biodiversity research.Through the investigation and analysis of PSESP in Xinjiang,it is shown that:①there are 75 species of PSESP in Xinjiang,including 22 species of trees,18 species of shrubs and 35 species of herbs.The habitats are mainly in extremely cold,extremely dry or extremely narrow conditions such as snow line,desert,mountain,wetland and so on.②53 species(70.67%)are listed as national or autonomous region protected plants,and 22 species of PSESP are not listed in the protection;there are 70 species of PSESP listed in the red list,accounting for 93.33%.③The PSESP in Xinjiang are mainly distributed in the Altai Mountains,western Tianshan Mountains,Pamir Plateau and Karakoram Mountains;they are distributed in all kinds of nature reserves,forest parks,wetland parks and other natural ecological protection areas in Xinjiang.Ammopiptanthus nanus(M.Pop.)Cheng F.,Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight,Calligonum roborovskii A.Los.and Prunus cerasifera Ehrhart have not been found in the literature,indicating that they are distributed in protected areas.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation of biodiversity in Xinjiang,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection of PSESP. 展开更多

Small cells have been regarded as an appealing technique to boost resource reuse ratio.On the other hand,their large-scale and self-organised tendency would complicate the interference environment of mobile networks.Meanwhile,traffic class is booming in recent years,which leads to higher demand for network designers on Quality of Service(QoS)provision,and therefore users' diverse requirements may not be guaranteed in such an interference limited scenario.To maximise the number of users with QoS demands as well as resource reuse ratio,we formulate the resource allocation problem into a multi-objective l0norm form.It is shown to be NP hard,and an iterative method is employed to approach the optimal solution.Because of its limit of being not adaptive to large-scale networks,we also design a heuristic method based on chordal graph,which,however,could result in performance loss when the size of networks is small.Finally,by combining these two methods,we devise a hybrid algorithm such that the allocation performs both efficiently and effectively.Simulation results illustrate the performance of our proposed methods in terms of outage probability and resource reuse ratio. 展开更多

数字普惠金融发展、资源错配抑制与中小企业景气提升

金融歧视下的资源错配,已成为中小企业健康可持续发展的掣肘。如何突破这一约束,融合“普”与“惠”的数字普惠金融被寄予厚望。本文基于数字普惠金融的内涵与中小企业健康可持续发展对金融资源的诉求进行理论分析,然后构建链式多重中... 金融歧视下的资源错配,已成为中小企业健康可持续发展的掣肘。如何突破这一约束,融合“普”与“惠”的数字普惠金融被寄予厚望。本文基于数字普惠金融的内涵与中小企业健康可持续发展对金融资源的诉求进行理论分析,然后构建链式多重中介效应模型,利用江苏省13个地级市的数字普惠金融指数及中小企业发展调研数据,检验数字普惠金融发展对中小企业景气提升的作用及其机制。结果发现:数字普惠金融对中小企业景气提升具有显著的正向作用,覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度的提高都能促进中小企业景气指数上升。机制分析表明,数字普惠金融的发展能降低中小企业融资成本,从而提高融资匹配度,由此提升中小企业景气指数。特别地,数字普惠金融发展对中小企业景气的提升作用具有“均衡器效应”,景气状况较差的中小企业能够从中获益更多。为此,应当持续推动数字普惠金融发展,借助其抑制金融资源错配功能,破解中小微企业融资约束,提升其发展中的景气度。 展开更多
