The Research on the Status of Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises of County in the Dominant Industry of Shaanxi County Economy

The thesis analyzes the role of small-and-medium-sized enterprises of county in promoting county economy:the small-and-medium-sized enterprises of county become the material basis of developing production and boosting county economy;the small-and-medium-sized enterprises of county become the main channel of increasing farmers' job opportunities and realizing affluent life;the development of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises of county become the propeller of development of urbanization and county economy;the development of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises of county creates excellent conditions for the construction of modern agriculture.The thesis indicates that the low level of county industrialization is the principal factor impeding the county economy of Shaanxi Province and it also analyzes the opportunities and challenges when quickening the development of county industry.The countermeasures of developing small-and-medium-sized enterprises are put forward as follows:raise the awareness and determine the concept of using industry to make county powerful;build scientific planning and outline of county enterprise development to propel the innovation of developing and operating system of county enterprise;create beneficial conditions and reinforce the degree of county enterprise support entrepreneurship;take the park construction as vehicle and reinforce the degree of attracting investments from overseas;take the autonomous innovation as the impetus and develop the recycling economy;improve and optimize the service environment so as to create an excellent investment environment for enterprise.

Role of mountains and rivers in the formation of logistics enterprises'spatial pattern in the central urban areas of Chongqing

The complex landforms of a Shan-shui City(Shan-shui refers to mountains and rivers)significantly impact the selection of locations for logistics enterprises.This paper takes Chongqing,one of the most typical Shan-shui Cities in China,as the research object,and adopts spatial analysis methods and a mediating effect model,to explore the role of mountains and rivers in the formation of logistics enterprises’spatial pattern on the street scale.The study results reveal that 90% of the logistics enterprises in the central urban areas of Chongqing are located in the low-altitude area below 353m above sea level,and distributed in a north-south direction along the mountains,as a result of blockage by mountain ranges,such as those of Zhongliang Mountain and Tongluo Mountain.More than 70% of the logistics enterprises are located less than 5 km from either the Yangtze River or Jialing River,spreading along the rivers.In addition,more than half of the logistics enterprises in commercial and financial,and residential land are located within the urban core area,while 80.83% of the logistics enterprises located in warehousing land and industrial land are concentrated in the urban expansion area.In areas with high land prices,the negative effect of altitude on logistics enterprise agglomeration is weakened,while the promotion effect of river proximity on logistics enterprise agglomeration is enhanced.In the urban core area with the advantage of low altitude and proximity to the Jialing and Yangtze Rivers,the role of mountains and rivers on logistics enterprises is not apparent;in contrast,in the urban expansion area with more complex landforms,land price can be an effective means for the government to macro-manage the spatial pattern of logistics enterprises in a Shan-shui City.

Study on Business Process Reengineering for Chinese Traditional Logistics Enterprises

In this paper, after analyzing the predicaments that Chinese traditional logistics enterprises face while launching modem logistics services, the theory of reforming Chinese traditional logistics enterprises with Business Process Reengineering （BPR） is put forward. Then the basic implementation principles are discussed, and the steps of BPR are also analyzed for Chinese logistics enterprises. Moreover, five relevant measures of ensuring the success of BPR for them are concept reengineering, system reengineering, organization reengineering, culture reengineering and technology reengineering.

基于网络结构Logistic模型的企业信用风险预警

随着计算机和互联网的快速发展,特别是在大数据时代,企业积累了大量有关企业经营、财务等相关数据,变量众多且关系纷繁复杂,如果利用传统的logistic回归建立企业信用风险预警模型往往效果不好。本文在充分考虑变量间的网络结构(Network)关系基础上,提出了网络结构Logistic模型,通过惩罚方法同时实现变量选择和参数估计。蒙特卡洛模拟表明网络结构Logistic模型要优于其他方法。最后,我们将其应用到我国企业信用风险预警中,充分考虑财务指标间的网络结构关系,科学地选择评估指标,构建更加适合我国国情的企业信用风险预警方法。

基于Logistic-Volterra模型的制造企业与物流企业联动发展稳定性分析

现有研究主要考虑制造企业与物流企业之间的合作关系,而忽略两者之间的竞争关系。为此,在阻滞增长模型的基础上同时考虑了贡献系数和竞争系数,提出改进的Logistic-Volterra模型。首先,构建了Logistic-Volterra模型并对其均衡点进行求解和判定,得出模型达到稳定性解的数学条件和现实解释;其次,运用Matlab数值模拟检验制造企业与物流企业形成稳定系统的影响因素,并比较分析了改进前后模型对系统的影响的差异;最后,以制造企业A和物流企业B为例,分析两家企业在开展合作过程中的竞争行为,并且分析这种竞合行为对双方利益的影响。理论分析和实验结果表明,系统的稳定性受到贡献系数、竞争系数以及环境容量的影响,考虑了竞争关系的模型所求出的解更具合理性,制造企业与物流企业必须正视竞争对双方带来的影响。

基于Logistic模型的员工和企业共生行为稳定性研究

关注员工和企业关系,促进二者共同发展是企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。尝试运用共生理论对员工和企业共生行为进行研究,界定了员工和企业的共生关系,构建了基于Logistic模型的共生行为模式并对其稳定性进行了分析。研究表明,依据员工和企业之间相互贡献率的差异,存在寄生型、偏利共生型和互惠共生型三种共生行为模式,这一探索对于企业人力资源管理具有指导意义。

利用Logistic回归模型对公司能否被国企和民企收购进行预测研究.结果表明:资产负债率和托宾Q比率对上市公司被国企收购产生显著的负面影响,相反却对被民企收购产生显著的正面影响,这说明国企和民企在选择收购目标时,对这两个因素判断的方向不同,民企愿意在对外投资时冒更高的风险;民企偏好收购经营效率较低的公司;两类收购者都更加看重上市公司的未来回报能力而不是现期回报能力.

基于Logistic模型的我国房地产企业信用风险度量研究

一系列限购、限贷调控政策使我国房地产信用风险加剧。本文基于主成分分析法和Logistic模型原理,从偿债能力指标、获利能力指标、营运能力指标、发展能力指标、宏观经济指标等五个方面,筛选指标构建出我国房地产信用风险度量模型。其预警准确率较高,能适用于我国房地产信用风险度量和探讨信用风险影响主要因素,进而提出相关政策措施。

商业银行信贷业务风险预警——基于灰色系统理论与Logistic回归的实证检验

商业银行信贷业务在给银行带来丰厚收益的同时,也带来了很高的风险。其主要原因在于银行对违约企业的前期预警能力不足。研究以2011年制造型企业上市公司年报数据为样本,采用样本配比的抽样法,建立了基于灰色系统理论的logistic违约预警模型,并进行了实证检验。结果表明,引入灰色系统理论的logistic违约预警模型具有较好的拟合度,对违约企业具有较强的预测能力和预测精度,达到了对违约企业进行前期预警的目的。该模型的运用将显著降低银行的信贷业务风险,提升银行的经营效益。

基于PLS和LOGISTIC回归模型的中小企业融资的信用风险度量

为了有效地度量中小企业融资的信用风险,选取代表中小企业的经营与发展能力、利润构成与盈利能力、资产与负债和现金流量等4个方面13个指标作为解释变量。由于解释变量之间存在较高的多重共线性和样本量偏小等情况,应用偏最小二乘法提取PLS成分,排除系统中的噪声干扰,构建一个度量信用风险的二分类因变量的Logistic模型。实际数据预测结果表明,该模型不仅具有良好的平稳性和准确性,而且具有较强的解释过程变化的能力。

龙头企业与农民合作社的共生演化机理及仿真研究--基于Logistic增长模型

随着农业产业环境动荡性的不断加剧,市场经营者面临的生存压力日益加大。为应对激烈的市场竞争、扩大生存空间,龙头企业与农民合作社这两大新型农业经营主体在农业产业链中的关系发生着动态演化,逐步迈向“共生”时代。利用生物学共生理论,以“龙头企业+农民合作社+农户”的农业产业化组织模式为研究对象,将龙头企业与农民合作社之间的竞合关系纳入考量,构建二者之间的共生演化模型,分析共生演化模型的均衡点及其稳定条件,并对二者的共生演化过程进行仿真研究。研究表明:龙头企业与农民合作社的共生模式主要取决于各自的竞争与合作共生作用系数;对称互惠共生是最佳演化方向,是最稳定最有效率的共生模式。据此,政府及有关部门应通过治理竞合关系等途径,引导二者沿着有效路径向对称互惠共生模式演化。

建筑业上市公司信用风险评价研究——基于Logistic模型

以建筑业上市公司为研究对象,从六个方面构建包含27个二级指标的信用风险评价指标体系;基于2012~2014年上市建筑企业财务指标数据,采用主成分分析法对评价指标进行降维调整,提取10个公因子,在此基础上,建立Logistic模型识别出关键因素,为建筑企业的信用风险评价和防控提供参考。

电商企业顾客赢回驱动因素实证研究——一项基于田野调查数据的Logistic回归分析

随着网上消费在我国的蓬勃发展,电商零售企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,重新赢回流失顾客作为顾客关系管理的重要内容成为电商企业顾客关系管理关注的热点。而采用田野调查方法收集数据并通过Logistic回归法对流失顾客样本进行分析发现,流失顾客的人口统计变量、先前消费特征、流失原因与企业赢回策略是驱动顾客赢回的关键变量。比如,年轻、受教育程度高的男性顾客更容易被赢回,而收入水平高的女性顾客则较难被赢回;先前任期关系时长越长、在电商企业网站平均停留时间越长、流失后断档期时长越短的顾客越容易被赢回;单纯因价格因素流失的顾客更容易被赢回,单纯因商品(或服务)因素流失的顾客很难被赢回;价格促销与关系投资策略仍然是有效的顾客赢回策略,不过企业在实践应用中需要谨慎对待。因此,为更好地改善顾客关系管理工作,提高顾客赢回绩效,需要进一步完善顾客关系管理库中的消费者资料,做实顾客画像的"大数据"资源;需要建立完备的数据管理体系,定期开展面向流失顾客的赢回活动;需要对流失顾客进行分类管理,采取适宜的赢回与保留策略;需要紧扣消费升级本质,不断提升商品与服务质量。
