To provide more intelligence service in the smart library, we need to better perceive the reader’s preferences. In addition to perceiving online records based on readers’ search history and borrowing records, advanced information technologies give us more chance to perceive the behavior of readers in the actual reading process and further discover the need for reading. In this paper, we use CRFID and RNN deep learning network to recognize book motions in the reading process, so as to judge readers’ need degree for the book, which can provide a basis for library book purchases and readers personalized service. In order to improve the recognition accuracy, we use the RSS as well as acceleration magnitude gathered from CRFID as the input data for RNN, and design a new encoding scheme. We trained and tested the deep learning network using real-world data, recorded during actual reading in our lab environment which mimics a typical reading room, from the experimental results, we conclude that our approach is feasible to recognize different reading phase to perceiving the needs of the readers. 展开更多

The study aims to discuss the construction and development of university library,and transform the management and operation mode of university library,thereby realizing the transformation and upgrading to smart library.Taking Anhui University of Finance and Economics as the research object,first,based on the literature and data combined with questionnaire design and expert interview,data statistics was made on the development of smart library.Second,analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and big data analysis were applied to complete the construction of the smart library system.Third,based on the data analysis method,the problems in the construction of the smart library were discussed.The results showed that the Chinese smart library started late and developed rapidly after 2012;from information perception to smart service,the construction of smart library system had realized the transformation and upgrading of library construction;the key to solve the construction of smart library was to standardize library construction,realize resource co-construction and sharing,promote technological innovation,and strengthen the construction of smart librarians.To sum up,the construction of smart library is expected to make the library and librarians become the cooperative objects of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. 展开更多

The construction of demonstration digital archives is a key project for the innovative development of the archival industry vigorously promoted by the National Archives Administration. Taking the construction of the Smart Archives in Dongcheng District, Beijing as an example, this paper deeply explores the work objectives, functional requirements, and technical means of creating a demonstration digital archive. One is scientific planning, which is building the basic framework of digital archives. Proposed the infrastructure of “three major supports, five major platforms, and three major guarantees”. The second is to highlight key points and improve the basic functions of digital archives. Including hardware construction, software configuration, digitization of library archives, electronic archive management, sharing and utilization of digital archive information, and formulation of management systems for digital archives. The third is to strive for practical results and deepen the construction of smart libraries. This includes vigorously promoting the construction of smart archive centers, establishing a comprehensive management platform for smart libraries, and introducing new-generation information technology to achieve the integration of smart libraries in order to explore some mature experiences and methods that can be referenced for the creation of demonstration digital archives. 展开更多

The cDNA library of an ovary from Small Tail Han sheep before estrus was constructed by switching mechanism at 5' end of RNA transcript (SMART) approach. This library had a plaque titer of 1 x 109 pfu mL-1 and a 96% recombinant ratio of which the fragment length of inserted average cDNA sequences was 1.0 kb. Based on bioinformatics analysis of the sequences, we obtained 338 expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from 380 cDNA clones which indicated 191 contigs. These contigs consist of 89 unmatched ESTs, 9 homologous known genes in sheep, and 93 homologous sequences in species of mouse, bovine, and human beings, including 19 sequences expressed in the ovary or follicle and 14 unknown sequences. Several candidate genes associated with sheep reproduction trait such as epidermal growth factor (EGF), estrogen receptor (ESR), Inhibin, follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR), prostaglandin (PG), and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) were identified and the homologous were cloned from this library, which will contribute to compile expression profiles and find the major genes of prolificacy of Small Tail Han sheep. 展开更多
