Environmental,Social,Governance(ESG)Influence on Company Value Registered IDXESGL 2020-2022

Global warming has increased people’s awareness of environmental protection and social responsibility,which is also reflected in the way they invest,with environmental,social and corporate governance aspects starting to receive more attention.The purpose of this study is to investigate how environmental,social,and governance(ESG)performance,as measured by ESG risk assessment,affects corporate value.The population of this study consists of his 90 companies registered in his IDXESGL using a sampling method based on purposive sampling,and the total sample includes his 60 companies.The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression test.The findings of this study show that ESG risk assessment influences corporate value.

Evolution and Governance of the Structure of Marine Economic Networks in China’s Coastal Areas: Based on Sea-related A-share Listed Companies

Data on discrete,isolated attributes of the marine economy are often used in traditional marine economic research.However,as the focus of urban research shifts from internal static attributes to external dynamic linkages,the importance of marine economic net-work research is beginning to emerge.The construction of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas is necessary to change the flow of land and sea resources and optimize regional marine economic development.Employing data from headquarters and branches of sea-related A-share listed enterprises to construct the marine economic network in China,we use social network analysis(SNA)to discuss the characteristics of its evolution as of 2010,2015,and 2020 and its governance.The following results were obtained.1)In terms of topological characteristics,the scale of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas has accelerated and expan-ded,and the connections have become increasingly close;thus,this development has complex network characteristics.2)In terms of spatial structure,the intensity of the connection fluctuates and does not form stable development support;the group structure gradually becomes clear,but the overall pattern is fragmented;there are spatial differences in marine economic agglomeration radiation;the radi-ation effect of the eastern marine economic circle is obvious;and the polarization effect of northern and southern marine economic circles is significant.On this basis,we construct a framework for the governance of a marine economic network with the market,the government,and industry as the three governing bodies.By clarifying the driving factors and building objectives of marine economic network construction,this study aims to foster the high-quality development of China’s marine economy.

Research on the Collaborative Governance of Social Responsibility in Online Audiovisual Enterprises

This paper aims to analyze the present conditions of the social responsibility ecosystem in online audiovisual enterprises in the digital age. It focuses on the governance of social responsibility in these enterprises and conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems and influencing factors related to the social responsibility aberrations of online audiovisual enterprises. Drawing upon social responsibility theory and collaborative governance theory, this research constructs a social responsibility guidance and governance system guided by the public, supported by the voluntary fulfillment of responsibilities by online audiovisual enterprises, and based on the collaborative participation of diverse stakeholders. It explores and optimizes the implementation pathways of this system, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the sustainable development of online audiovisual enterprises. Furthermore, it aims to contribute to the creation of a harmonious Internet ecosystem.

Constructing a Triangular Linkage Model of Government Audit,Social Audit,and Internal Audit to Promote High-Quality Development of Audit Services

It is a complex and important topic to study the linkage mechanism of government audit,social audit,and internal audit in the context of China’s high-quality economic development.The implementation of measures,such as establishing a sound and perfect organizational safeguard mechanism,strengthening project collaborative audit mechanism,enhancing the mechanism for utilizing audit results,and establishing an audit and rectification joint mechanism can promote the efficient operation of the audit supervision system and the high-quality development of audit services.

Rural Development Transformation and Social Governance from the Perspective of Specialization:A Case Study of Ruiling Village in Guangzhou City,China

The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.This paper focuses on the concept of specialization,and takes a renowned bonsai specialized village in Guangzhou City,China as a typical case to explore its transformation and development process,action logic and coupling mechanism with the social governance.The results show that:1)the development of rural specialization in Ruiling Village is shaped by several key actors,such as local governments,grassroots organizations,villagers,social organizations,policies,markets and infrastructure.The transfer of these key actors and the reconstruction of actor-networks in different stages have an important influence on the transformation and realization of rural development goals.2)Through subjects-driven,organization management and resource connection,social governance supports the specialization of rural industrial organization,operation,technology and mode.The governance structure shifts from decentralization to networking,refinement and integration.A coupling community of social governance and specialization is created by the social governance system of‘local government-grassroots organizationseconomic cooperatives-villagers’,which links industries,industrial chains and cooperatives.3)Social governance integrates into the value chain extension process of rural specialized development with a central,multi-level organizational structure.It promotes the construction of the whole value chain through organizational planning,resource integration and image shaping,thus realizing the value,branding and organization of the industry,as well as the integration of rural sustainable development and governance mechanism.Social governance has a profound impact on the development of rural specialization in terms of subject,structure and mode,and participates in the construction of the whole value chain of rural areas.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the coupling effect of social governance in the rural development transformation,and promotes the rural sustainable development and governance.

Social Media in e-Governance: A Study with Special Reference to India

This paper makes an attempt to analyze current use of social media and their promising advantages for e-governance in government organizations. It discusses potential issues especially issues related to security and privacy of individuals, employees, infrastructure and data that impede successful implementation of social media for e-governance. It examines draft government of India framework for embedding social media in organizational structure and examines issued guidelines for platform to be used, authorization to engage on behalf of government organization, scope and extend of such engagement, etc. It compares these guidelines with similar guidelines of some other nations in terms of employee’s access, account management, acceptable use, employee conduct, content, security, legal issues and citizen conduct and enumerates its merits, demerits and scope for further improvements.

社会公平感对景区-社区冲突的影响机制研究——基于政府信任的中介效应

景区—社区冲突作为旅游地的负面事件,既制约景区高质量发展,又影响和谐社会建设和乡村振兴的实现,增强社会公平感是化解此类冲突的有效途径。为厘清其作用机制,以L风景名胜区为案例,从社区居民感知视角出发,运用结构方程模型,以政府信任为中介变量,探究社会公平感对景区—社区冲突的影响机理。研究发现,社会公平感能够有效降低景区—社区冲突倾向,其中以互动公平感缓解冲突倾向的效果最佳;政府信任也能够显著降低景区—社区冲突倾向,且影响程度高于社会公平感;政府信任在社会公平感和冲突倾向之间起部分中介作用。对此,景区管理方需通过明确旅游吸引物权、设计合规的旅游参与程序、增强与社区居民的人文沟通与情感关怀、改善公共基础设施服务水平等措施提升社区居民的分配公平感、程序公平感、互动公平感与政府信任,以有效化解景区—社区冲突。

社会-生态系统框架研究综述:发展动态、研究方法与应用领域

社会-生态系统(SES)框架能够对社会-生态系统的关键要素及相互作用进行解析,并通过行动情境分析为多样化和复杂化的问题寻找解决方案,因此成为社会-生态系统研究领域应用最广泛的方法之一。然而,目前缺乏对SES框架研究进展的系统总结,这不利于更多的研究者理解并应用这一方法,也不利于该方法本身的进一步发展。为此,结合文献计量分析,从发展动态、研究方法和应用领域三个方面对SES框架研究进展进行了梳理与总结,并探讨了目前SES框架研究中存在的不足以及未来SES框架研究的改进方向。SES框架自2009年正式提出以来,仍在不断完善与发展中,其相关研究大致经历了起步、持续增长、快速发展三个阶段。SES框架的研究思路可归纳为核心问题聚焦、关键变量选取和系统结果评估。SES框架的应用领域集中在系统属性研究、综合治理分析和公共政策评估三个方面。从现有应用研究来看,核心问题已广泛涉及多个尺度、多种类型社会-生态系统的具体问题;一级变量集中在资源系统、资源单位、治理系统和行动者,二级变量则因各应用领域的侧重点不同在选取频率上存在较大差异;系统结果评估以定性分析为主,辅以定量方法实现部分变量的定量化表达。研究表明,SES框架具有多学科融合、应用范围广泛、变量使用灵活的特点,目前研究存在的不足主要为对变量概念的界定不清晰、对变量选取与表征的规范不明确、对系统跨尺度的差异特征、互动联系以及系统的动态演化规律分析匮乏。未来SES框架研究应当在完善变量的界定、选取和表征、深化不同时空尺度的互动研究等方面作深入研究。

社会-生态系统视角下的传统村落空间景观演化机制及资源治理特征

【目的】将以资源治理为主要研究对象的“社会-生态系统”相关理论引入传统村落保护研究领域,从多学科视野阐明人居环境有形表征下普遍存在的无形社会治理过程,推动传统村落价值认知和保护方法的创新。【方法】以滇西地区云龙盐业村落为案例,采用社会-生态系统框架与适应性循环模型,通过共时性和历时性分析,揭示云龙传统盐业村落空间景观在不同演化阶段的治理情景和特征。【结果】在前循环期,社会-生态系统以资源生产为演化驱动力,行动者在“资源开发维持”与“资源流通管理”两个行动情景中,通过制定一系列可持续的资源分配规则,产出了丰富的物质与非物质要素,进而发展出“业缘-血缘-地缘”联结的盐业社会及河谷盐业村落景观、山间古道桥梁景观、山地梯田田园景观。进入以资源转化为演化驱动力的后循环期,经历“资源停滞衰败”与“资源转化更新”行动情景,针对要素关联断裂、空间景观缺乏保护的现状,通过治理策略将遗产资源转化为生态、社会、经济等资源。【结论】传统盐业村落的空间景观演化过程体现了人类社会围绕盐资源开发利用而进行的复杂治理关系。重识村落演化特征及可持续利用自然资源的传统智慧、重构以资源治理为核心线索的遗产保护框架、重建以资源转化重组为驱动力的治理机制,有利于促进传统村落特色空间景观的保护与发展。

智慧城市建设是否会提升社会治理成效?--基于中国社会状况综合调查(CSS)微观数据的实证检验

该研究利用逻辑(Logit)回归模型和中国社会状况综合调查(CSS)数据,探讨了智慧城市建设对社会治理成效的影响。研究聚焦于智慧城市建设对社会总体评价、公众参与、社会保障等方面的作用,并考虑了年龄、性别、婚姻状况等控制变量,使用网络使用作为工具变量以解决内生性问题。实证结果显示,智慧城市建设显著提升了社会总体评价和公众参与,特别是在社会保障服务评价方面,但对社会信任和社会公平的影响不显著。这些发现表明了智慧城市在提高社会治理效率和改善市民生活质量方面的潜力,对智慧城市在社会治理现代化中的作用提供了实证支持,研究也为智慧城市的发展和治理模式创新提供了重要的理论和实证依据。

“统-分”辩证演绎:国家安全与社会治理的关系演变及其内在机理

总体国家安全观和新安全格局作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,为国家安全工作提供了根本遵循与行动指南。长期以来,国家安全与社会治理基于其紧密相连特性,在行动上一直处于相互交织、共同促进的关系状态。系统分析国家安全与社会治理的关系发现,两者在“统”与“分”辩证关系逻辑中流转:早期的国家安全强调管理和治理意义,重视国家安全在社会管理、社会治理创新中的作用,体现了“管理/治理中的安全”逻辑;党的二十大报告首次将国家安全单列专章进行全面系统阐释,并将社会治理和公共安全治理视为推进国家安全体系和能力现代化建设的重要路径,体现了“总体国家安全观中的治理”逻辑。深入地看,国家安全与社会治理“统-分”关系逻辑转变的深层动因在于:全球社会高风险状态下以人民为中心、生命至上理念和人类命运共同体构建践行是国家安全地位提升的基础动因;高质量发展要求需要更高水平的安全秩序作保障,成为国家安全地位提升的内在动因;把握国内外形势、筑牢安全屏障,铸牢中华民族共同体意识是国家安全发展的根本动因。

社会学视角下健康领域智能治理的应用--以北京大学第三医院为例

目的/意义对人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)技术在医疗机构的应用与影响开展真实世界研究,辅助医药卫生领域智能治理决策。方法/过程以北京大学第三医院为研究场景,通过文献荟萃、知识图谱构建及混合方法学研究等开展AI医学社会实验。结果/结论国内外学界对AI技术在健康领域应用持谨慎、乐观态度。国内公立医院AI技术的研发和应用十分活跃,但小范围实地研究提示AI技术在提高诊疗工作效率的同时,可能带来决策误导、人的主体性减弱等问题。以AI技术为代表的健康领域智能治理需要长周期、宽领域的社会学观察,建议依托公立医院建设医学AI技术研发与监管研究基地,并持续关注AI社会治理中人的主体性、医学伦理与科技伦理等问题。

A Comprehensive Review Analyzing Half a Century of Wang Yangming’s Contributions to Governance in Guangxi

Wang Yangming was a prominent thinker and politician with significant national influence during the Ming Dynasty.He has been a key subject of study in the realms of China’s ideological history,academic history,and political history.His travels to various regions have been the subject of valuable research.While the contribution of Wang Yangming in Guangxi has historically been less extensive compared to his contributions in places such as Zhejiang,Guizhou,and Jiangxi,it has shown gradual improvement over the past 50 years.Particularly,there has been an expanding and deepening exploration of the wisdom and impact he left during his governance of Guangxi.

政府与体育社会组织合作治理研究--基于英格兰“政府与志愿部门合作协议”

体育社会组织日益成为体育治理的重要主体,但政府与体育社会组织在合作治理实践过程中存在组织属性、价值取向方面的差异,主体之间的权责边界、资源分配、监管反馈仍需要进一步明确。采用文献资料、逻辑分析及实证分析法,对英格兰1998至2018年共4版“政府与志愿及社区组织关系协定”的背景、内容、运行机制、合作网络进行分析。研究发现英格兰政社合作框架的历史嬗变过程可划分为雏形构建、改革发轫、转型提升以及成熟推广阶段,梳理其政社合作治理的运行机制发现多元主体参与、协议程序透明、建立共享机制是形成政府与社会力量合力共进的运行基础,并提出政社合作有关模式、结构及运营的发展建议:借助契约开辟联动通路,促进服务供给效能提升;打造软硬约束治理模式,健全政社合作治理网络;凝聚合作力量聚点围圆,共创互补关系实现善治。

不同城市落户门槛对流动人口社会融入的影响差异--基于CMDS2011和2017的分析

本文基于2011年和2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查(CMDS)数据,结合城市层面落户门槛指标,利用多层回归模型,分别从超大、特大城市(以下简称“超、特大城市”)和其他城市角度探究了城市落户门槛对流动人口社会融入的影响。通过分析,本文主要有以下三点发现。第一,整体来看,城市落户门槛会降低流动人口的社会融入,但在不同类型的城市间呈现差异化。第二,进一步的机制分析发现,政府流动人口包容度会中介超、特大城市落户门槛对其流动人口社会融入的提升性影响,但其并不能中介其他城市落户门槛对其流动人口社会融入的降低性影响。这意味着政府流动人口包容度是超、特大城市落户门槛对流动人口社会融入影响的主要机制。第三,异质性分析发现,在超、特大城市中,城市落户门槛对流动人口社会融入的正向影响在非农户口以及高收入人群中更加强烈;而在其他城市中,城市落户门槛对流动人口社会融入的负向影响在非农户口、高学历、精英职业和高收入人群中更弱。这说明,在不同类型的城市中,非农户口以及高社会经济地位人群的自主性都更强。

A Governance Framework of Chinese Heritage Resources Based on Social Network

Based on the literature review of Chinese heritage resources management,a governance framework was put forward from the perspective of social network in order to deal with the conflict between heritage tourism development and heritage resources protection.First,all stakeholders including administrate departments,related enterprises,local communities and tourists should become subjects of heritage resources governance.Second,governance structure was defined which would describe the roles that all stakeholders played in the governance of heritage resources.Third,several governance mechanism including motivation and restraint mechanism,interaction and coordination mechanism,sharing and integration mechanism should be established.The network governance would balance benefi ts of all the stakeholders,avoid the phenomena such as free ride and external diseconomy and ensure the sustainable development of heritage sites.

The Social Determinants of Health and the Role of the Health Care System: A Case Study of the Significance of Good Governance in Public Hospitals in South Africa

Increasingly international and national policies are being directed at actions for the social determinants of health and for an integrated approach to health care provision, not only in terms of institutional cooperation but also stakeholder involvement. A key component of both these policies is the development of good governance principles in all health care agencies and organizations. A neglected dimension in these debates has been the role of the public hospital which remains a vital and expensive dimension of service provision. In a case study of a public hospital in South Africa, this paper charts the readiness of its management principles and activities to provide quality health care linked to population health and to contribute to the non-medical determinant of health. Using Taylor’s principles of good governance, we conclude that there is a mixture of good and not so good governance activity. The paper concludes by examining the external constraints on the public hospital and by providing suggestions for future activities.

甘南高原乡村社会-生态系统可持续治理机制研究

甘南高原既是黄河上游重要水源补给生态功能区,又是安多藏文化核心区,研究该区域乡村社区对推动高寒地区乡村振兴和共同富裕具有重要意义。应用社会—生态系统理论开展甘南高原乡村社区可持续治理机制研究对该区域实现乡村振兴,保障民族地区团结稳定和长治久安具有重要意义。本文基于社会—生态系统理论,结合甘南高原特殊的文化背景,扩展了适用于甘南高原乡村文化特征的社会—生态系统分析框架,提出了包含资源系统、资源单位、治理系统、文化系统、使用者系统的甘南高原乡村社会—生态系统“五要素”分析框架,并对该框架的二级指标进行了细化,梳理了甘南高原乡村社会—生态系统的治理历程,最后分析了甘南高原乡村社会—生态系统不同演化阶段的可持续治理机制。
