A simulation-based emergency force planning method for social security events

The occurrence of social security events is uncertain, and the distribution characteristics are highly complex due to a variety of external factors, posing challenges to their rapid and effective handling. The scientific and reasonable requirement evaluation of the emergency force to deal with social security events is very urgent. Based on data analysis, this paper uses the neural network, operational research, modelling and simulation to predict and analyze social security events, studies the usage rule of emergency force and deployment algorithm, and conducts simulation experiments to evaluate and compare the different force deployment schemes for selection.

Public Sentiment Analysis of Social Security Emergencies Based on Feature Fusion Model of BERT and TextLevelGCN

At present, the emotion classification method of Weibo public opinions based on graph neural network cannot solve the polysemy problem well, and the scale of global graph with fixed weight is too large. This paper proposes a feature fusion network model Bert-TextLevelGCN based on BERT pre-training and improved TextGCN. On the one hand, Bert is introduced to obtain the initial vector input of graph neural network containing rich semantic features. On the other hand, the global graph connection window of traditional TextGCN is reduced to the text level, and the message propagation mechanism of global sharing is applied. Finally, the output vector of BERT and TextLevelGCN is fused by interpolation update method, and a more robust mapping of positive and negative sentiment classification of public opinion text of “Tangshan Barbecue Restaurant beating people” is obtained. In the context of the national anti-gang campaign, it is of great significance to accurately and efficiently analyze the emotional characteristics of public opinion in sudden social violence events with bad social impact, which is of great significance to improve the government’s public opinion warning and response ability to public opinion in sudden social security events. .

Cyber-Physical-Social Based Security Architecture for Future Internet of Things

As the Internet of Things (IoT) is emerging as an attractive paradigm, a typical IoT architecture that U2IoT (Unit IoT and Ubiquitous IoT) model has been presented for the future IoT. Based on the U2IoT model, this paper proposes a cyber-physical-social based security architecture (IPM) to deal with Information, Physical, and Management security perspectives, and presents how the architectural abstractions support U2IoT model. In particular, 1) an information security model is established to describe the mapping relations among U2IoT, security layer, and security requirement, in which social layer and additional intelligence and compatibility properties are infused into IPM;2) physical security referring to the external context and inherent infrastructure are inspired by artificial immune algorithms;3) recommended security strategies are suggested for social management control. The proposed IPM combining the cyber world, physical world and human social provides constructive proposal towards the future IoT security and privacy protection.

The effects of social security expenditure on reducing income inequality and rural poverty in China

Social security has,as one of its primary aims,the provision of financial support to those deemed to be poor or facing the threat of poverty.Based on China's national statistical data covering social insurance,social assistance,and social welfare between the period 1978–2018,this paper evaluates the effect of social security expenditure in reducing income inequality and rural poverty with cointegration analysis.It was found that there is a positive correlation between social security expenditure and the income gap of urban and rural residents in the long run,but the effect is very limited;nearly 99%of the changes of the urban–rural income gap come from its own contributions.Further research also shows that the elasticity of rural poverty incidence to social security expenditure is–0.2255,which indicates social security expenditure helps reduce rural absolute poverty.Based on these findings,the policy implications can be that much social security expenditure and a more equitable social security system should be encouraged.It will become one of the major anti-poverty strategies after 2020 in China when we win the battle against absolute poverty.

The Approaches to Narrowing Urban-Rural Income Gap——From the Perspective of Rural Social Security

From the situations about the incomes and life quality of the urban and rural residents,the thesis briefly introduces the status quo of the urban-rural income gap and explores the impact of the income gap on social economy:firstly,it hampers economic development;secondly,it is detrimental to the social development.Then the thesis analyzes the role of a sound social security in narrowing urban-rural income gap:at first,it broadens the institutional environment of improving the agricultural efficiency;secondly,it eliminates the uncertainties influencing the farmers' income;thirdly,it improves the farmers' capacity to increase income;at last,it enhances the farmers' consciousness of wealth.Next the thesis inquires into the problems existing in the system of rural social security:the first problem is more obviously fragmented system;the second is inadequate security projects and narrower coverage;the third is an obvious lack of equality in urban and rural security;the fourth is even less sound management system;the last is the lagging of legislation.Afterwards the thesis proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the system of rural social security and narrow urban-rural income gap:firstly,to integrate the social security system in rural areas;secondly,to perfect security projects and enhance the security system;thirdly,to integrate the administrative management of social security;at last,to enforce the legal system.

Theory,Demonstration and Methods: Research on Social Security of Migrant Workers by Domestic Scholar

Social security of migrant workers has been significant in dissolving social contradictions and achieving the economic and social development in China during the transitional period. The researches of domestic scholar on social security of migrant workers can be classified into three categories. Firstly, theoretical analysis on social security of migrant workers, including researches on the appeal of social security and misunderstanding of recognition, theory-construction of rural worker social security, policy defects and equity construction in social security system of migrant workers. Secondly, real studies on social security of migrant workers, including researches on sequence of demand and influencing factors of social security of migrant workers as well as intrinsic motivation forming the perspective on social security. Lastly, road exploration of establishing social security system, including researches on the multi-level development of rural worker social security system, comparison of "Double-low method", "Guangdong Method" and "Shanghai Method" of the social security of migrant workers in Zhejiang Province and establishing multi-level social security system according to the hierarchy after the internal differentiation.

Local Features-Based Watermarking for Image Security in Social Media

The last decade shows an explosion of using social media,which raises several challenges related to the security of personal files including images.These challenges include modifying,illegal copying,identity fraud,copyright protection and ownership of images.Traditional digital watermarking techniques embed digital information inside another digital information without affecting the visual quality for security purposes.In this paper,we propose a hybrid digital watermarking and image processing approach to improve the image security level.Specifically,variants of the widely used Least-Significant Bit(LSB)watermarking technique are merged with a blob detection algorithm to embed information into the boundary pixels of the largest blob of a digital image.The proposed algorithms are tested using several experiments and techniques,which are followed by uploading the watermarked images into a social media site to evaluate the probability of extracting the embedding watermarks.The results show that the proposed approaches outperform the traditional LSB algorithm in terms of time,evaluation criteria and the percentage of pixels that have changed.

Identification and Validation of Social Media Socio-Technical Information Security Factors with Respect to Usable-Security Principles

The goal of this manuscript is to present a research finding, based on a study conducted to identify, examine, and validate Social Media (SM) socio-technical information security factors, in line with usable-security principles. The study followed literature search techniques, as well as theoretical and empirical methods of factor validation. The strategy used in literature search includes Boolean keywords search, and citation guides, using mainly web of science databases. As guided by study objectives, 9 SM socio-technical factors were identified, verified and validated. Both theoretical and empirical validation processes were followed. Thus, a theoretical validity test was conducted on 45 Likert scale items, involving 10 subject experts. From the score ratings of the experts, Content Validity Index (CVI) was calculated to determine the degree to which the identified factors exhibit appropriate items for the construct being measured, and 7 factors attained an adequate level of validity index. However, for reliability test, 32 respondents and 45 Likert scale items were used. Whereby, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α-values) were generated using SPSS. Subsequently, 8 factors attained an adequate level of reliability. Overall, the validated factors include;1) usability—visibility, learnability, and satisfaction;2) education and training—help and documentation;3) SM technology development—error handling, and revocability;4) information security —security, privacy, and expressiveness. In this case, the confirmed factors would add knowledge by providing a theoretical basis for rationalizing information security requirements on SM usage.

Spatial-temporal characteristics of the coupling coordination of social security and economic development in China during 2002–2018

Clarifying the relationship between social security and economic development is helpful to realize the sustainable social security system and the stable function of sustainable economic development.In this paper,the entropy method,coupling coordination degree,standard deviation ellipse model,and spatial autocorrelation were used to study the spatial-temporal characteristics of coupling coordination of social security and economic development in China from 2002 to 2018.The results indicate that the relationship between social security and economic development in China has been gradually strengthened in the process of mutual adaptation and common development.The benign interaction between the two was unstable,though the coupling coordination degree gradually transitioned to the primary coupling coordination type.Besides,from a spatial perspective,first,the coupling coordination degree of social security and economic development in China contracted in the east-west and north-south directions,and the coupling coordination clustered in the central region in this period;second,the coupling coordination degree generally presented a positive spatial autocorrelation,and regions with similar coupling coordination degrees were in a state of agglomeration;finally,the hot spots clumped together to form a continuous area in the eastern coastal area while the cold spots expanded toward the northwest and northeast.Furthermore,the random distribution areas exhibited a trend of contraction.

Social Security Funds Clamor for Reform

This paper analyzed the institutional deficiencies inherent in China's social security system based on a dissection of various social security fund violations. It holds that the unscientific design in social security system is the root cause for social security fund violations, which is reflected in low level of social security unification, irrational investment system and legislative loopholes etc. Currently, China's social security funds are facing risks in management and in system; The key of risk control lies in the reforming of the overall framework of social security system through the following aspects: 1) readjust the unified account system structure to raise the level of unification; 2) reform funds investment system to boost ROI; 3) speeding up legislative to regulate the administrative costs and the behaviors of its entities.

Research on Issues concerning Social Security for Migrant Workers in Harmonious Society

This article analyzes the status quo of social security for migrant workers in China,and points out that there are deep system and concept reasons for the lack of labor rights and interests security,social security,equality and the right to development,political participation channels for the current migrant workers. This article then expounds the adverse effects of lack of social security for migrant workers on building a harmonious society: the lack of social security for migrant workers poses an enormous hidden trouble to the social stability,restricting the urbanization process in China,and hampering China's agricultural development. To improve social security for migrant workers and promote the harmonious development of society,it is necessary to adhere to " people-oriented" outlook of development,give full play to migrant workers' social creativity; implement the development strategy of comparative advantage,enhance material basis of social security for migrant workers; break the trade barriers between urban and rural areas,build unified urban-rural labor market; based on the actual situation of various regions, use hierarchical classification method to progressively improve the social security mechanism for migrant workers.

Social Security of Land-losing Farmers in Urban Demolition——A Case of Hedong Village, Chengzhong District,Liuzhou City

Based on the survey of peasants from 40 households who are chosen at random and have lost their land in the Hedong Village of Liuzhou, the status quo of land expropriation and social security of land-losing peasants are expounded. The social security problems of peasants in urban demolition and peasantsh desperate demands are analyzed as follows. For example, the Main problems after the peasants losing their lands cover the substandard of resettlement, which can not maintain the former living standard; the source of income has changed and the relevant security mechanism has not been established; the peasants who have lost their land are in desperate need of more stable jobs and stable income. In view of the current situation, the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing social security mechanism for peasants who have lost their land are put forward. The measures cover establishing the subsistence allowances for land-losing peasants; establishing the guarantee system for aged people; building medical care system; providing employment and training opportunity, trying to increase the channels of employment for farmers and fostering the employment security system for peasants who have lost their land.

Accelerate China's Social Security Legislation

Since the financial crisis in Asia in 1997, China's social security system has undergone continual reform and readjustment, and has proved to be an integral part of government efforts to perfect the socialist market economy as well as in building a socialist harmonious society. Although social security construction has achieved certain results, it has also left a lot of problems. With the rapid growth of China's economy and revenue, people from all walks of life are putting ever-increasing demands on the social security system; therefore, the construction of a sound social security system suited to China's current situation still remains an arduous task. In this article, the author have reviewed the 10 years development of China's social security system, analyzed problems and challenges and proposed its suggestions.

The Influence of China Demographic Structure on Social Security Expenditure—Based on Panel Data Model

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities inChinafrom 1998 to 2016, this paper studies the effect of demographic structure on social security expenditure inChinaby using entity fixed effect regression model. The results show that there is a long-term co-integration relationship between population aging and social security expenditure in the demographic structure, and there is a positive correlation between population aging and social security expenditure. And the different cross-sectional effects in 31 regions of China reflect the difference between population aging and social security expenditure in different regions of China.

The Social Security Miracle of China:Development Mechanism and Institutional Transformation

In the rapid progress of China’s economic development and social security,economic development has led to a higher level of social security.Every economic crisis or economic adjustment has created the opportunity for improving social security.This paper argues that there is a“shock-response”relationship between economic development and social security and analyzes how social security changed from the passive response to the active response.Due to economic growth,the politics centering on people’s livelihood has promoted the full coverage of the social security system.The government investment in social security has been increasing,showing a new pattern of“middle-level economic growth and middle-level social welfare”and is helping to shift away from the previous“put welfare behind development”model toward simultaneous development and coordinated development.Creating a virtuous cycle of social security and economic development has become a key issue that China must face and need to solve on its way to become a strong country.
