Research on the Effect of Dance Therapy on Improving Social Communication Ability of Children with Autism

Research motivation:Through the 12 weeks dance therapy intervention for children with autism,the purpose is to explore the intervention model of dance therapy for children with autism and the changes in motor ability,social ability,and communication ability of children with autism after dance therapy intervention.The results of the research are expected to expand the intervention mode of dance therapy in my country and provide practical reference for rehabilitation intervention of children with autism.Research methods:24 autistic boys aged 6 to 12 with mild to moderate symptoms were recruited and screened through the Internet as the subjects of this study.We randomly divided them into experimental group(N=12)and control group(N=12).All children with autism have an autism diagnosis certificate issued by Children’s Hospital or a tertiary hospital,excluding other mental diseases(such as epilepsy,major physical disability,mental illness,no history of drugs and other interventions,etc.).We used the paired sample t-test to compare the score difference between the dance treatment group and the control group before and after the two groups,and used the observation method to record the basic communication behavior and the number of active communication behaviors in the experimental group during the intervention process.All data analysis is used in SPSS 20.0.Research results:After 12 weeks of dance therapy intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the gross movement,balance,and coordination abilities of the children in the experimental group compared with those before the intervention(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between the children in the control group(p>0.05).After 12 weeks of dance therapy intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of the social response scale for children with autism in the experimental group(p<0.05).There was no significant change in the scores of each item of the SRS scale before and after intervention in the control group and the dance treatment group(p>0.05). 展开更多

Social vulnerability evaluation is of important significance to analyzing risks of natural disasters to human society and economy. By using expert investigation and AHP method,12 indicators from four aspects( population,economy,infrastructure and disaster prevention and mitigation capacity) are selected to assess social vulnerability to natural disasters on a county scale in Henan Province. The results show that the population vulnerability and economic vulnerability to natural disasters in the eastern region is generally higher than in the western region,while the areas with high infrastructure vulnerability are mainly located in the northwest; the disaster prevention and mitigation capacity in northwest is higher than in east and south,and this capacity of various districts is obviously higher than that of counties; in terms of the spatial pattern,social vulnerability to natural disasters is roughly higher in a belt from northeast to southwest,and lower on both sides of the belt. The results can provide scientific basis for disaster risk management and disaster prevention and mitigation planning in Henan Province. 展开更多

Individuals’perceptions,attitudes,and patterns of getting along with family members are important factors influencing Chinese people’s self-evaluation.The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of family cohesion on depression and the role of perceived social support and intentional self-regulation in this association.A hypothesized model of the association of family cohesion,perceived social support,intentional self-regulation,and depression was examined.A convenience sampling method was used to survey 1,180 college students in Yunnan Province using self-report.Data were collected using the Family Cohesion Scale,the Perceived Social Support Scale,the Intentional Self-Regulation Scale,and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale.The findings revealed low to moderate correlation between the variables studied.College students’family cohesion was a negative predictor of their depression.This association was also mediated by the knock-on effect of perceived social support and intentional self-regulation.These findings show how family cohesion affects college students’depressive status.Specifically,these results help demonstrate the importance of family cohesion,perceived social support,and intentional self-regulation in optimizing students’depression,which in turn can promote better psychological states. 展开更多

It then analyzes underlying factors influencing learner's academic ability. Finally it investigates some efficient class teaching strategies to promote their academic development, using class interventions such as the know-want-learn strategy (KWL), the object-explore-success-happy strategy (OESH), the cooperative project between students and teacher's strategy (CPST) and so on. Theoretically, the paper aims to place the SCT perspectives in the foreground. Adolescence is the golden stage for developing reading ability.Reading ability is an important factor in promoting teenagers'know-how and cognitive structure.For teenagers who are at the stage of forming views on the world,life,and values,reading is a key part of understanding the external world.This study is an empirical analysis conducted on 210 teenagers through questionnaires to explore the influence of perceived value of social reading on teenagers'reading ability by using the structural equation model.The results show that first,the perceived value of social reading affects teenagers'reading ability;second,social reading motivation is the mediator of the above relationship;third,the perceived value of social reading affects teenagers'reading ability through reading motivation.In regard to that,it is proposed that the characteristics of perceived value should be made use to stimulate students'learning motivation and improve teenagers'reading ability in the process of policy formulation of governmental departments and the teaching in schools. 展开更多

This study used both the “digital divide” and “attribution theory” to analyze the propensity of social media use by disaster-prone communities. The study focused on the variables that may affect how social media is used for disaster management. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized in the study to analyze the data and test the hypotheses after using a survey questionnaire to collect the data. The study’s findings show that: 1) communities that are vulnerable to disasters are less likely to use social media for disaster management, 2) personal effort and intention to use social media for disaster management are positively correlated, and 3) task complexity and intention to use social media for disaster management are negatively correlated. The study added to the body of knowledge regarding the role social media plays in disaster management. 展开更多

The article deals with the topical issue of social media regulation.It is based on the libertarian theory of economic freedom because,in our understanding,it allows the elaboration of a future-oriented human rights based-on regulatory approach.This approach is premised on both freedom of speech and the right to private initiative protection in contemporary media environment.In the analysis,the recently structured Facebook and Instagram Oversight Board for Content Decisions are also discussed.The article presents arguments for the establishment of an internal body(arbitration)that can practically resolve disputes among participants and between participants and any social media platform on a regular basis.Such a body can also support the effective application of the media codes of conduct without governmental involvement and may strengthen self-regulation of platforms. 展开更多

目的了解老年慢性病住院患者亲情老老照护者的家庭照护能力现状,分析其影响因素,为制定针对性的干预措施提高家庭照护能力提供参考。方法采用中文版老年患者家庭照护能力量表对181名老年慢性病住院患者的家庭照护者进行调查。结果照护... 目的了解老年慢性病住院患者亲情老老照护者的家庭照护能力现状,分析其影响因素,为制定针对性的干预措施提高家庭照护能力提供参考。方法采用中文版老年患者家庭照护能力量表对181名老年慢性病住院患者的家庭照护者进行调查。结果照护者的家庭照护能力总分为(33.04±4.98)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,照护者月均收入、文化程度、婚姻状况、自我感知健康状况是亲情老老照护者的家庭照护能力的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),共解释照护者家庭照护能力总分87.4%的差异。结论老年慢性病住院患者亲情老老照护者的家庭照护能力不容乐观,相关部门应高度重视老龄化社会背景下老老照护这一普遍现象,完善相应政策与举措,为老老照护者提供安全保障。 展开更多

目的探讨乌鲁木齐市社区老年人衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取新疆乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区的223例老年人作为研究对象,采用基本信息资料调查问卷、ADLs量表、MMSE量表、GDS-15量表、SSRS量表和SF-36量表进行问卷调查,应用... 目的探讨乌鲁木齐市社区老年人衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取新疆乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区的223例老年人作为研究对象,采用基本信息资料调查问卷、ADLs量表、MMSE量表、GDS-15量表、SSRS量表和SF-36量表进行问卷调查,应用单因素分析和二分类logistic回归分析老年衰弱人群的影响因素。结果社区老年人群衰弱发生率为12.11%(27/223)。单因素分析结果显示:衰弱与非衰弱患者年龄、家庭收入、医疗费用支付方式、患疾病种类、SSRS得分、GDS-15得分及SF-36量表中的情感职能、社会功能得分比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。二分类logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、患疾病种类(≥2种)、抑郁是衰弱发生的危险因素(P均<0.05),家庭收入(≥2000元)、医保、社会支持(客观支持、主观支持和对社会支持的利用度)、情感职能、社会功能是衰弱发生的保护因素(P均<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市社区老年人衰弱发生率较高,年龄、患疾病种类、抑郁、家庭收入、医保、社会支持、情感职能、社会功能是衰弱发生的影响因素。 展开更多

基于“三导向”的医学本科生创新创业教育实践的探索

目的探讨“三导向”人才培养模式在医学本科生创新创业教育实践的可行性及实施效果。方法2020年6月—2022年6月,选择85名南昌大学第一附属医院麻醉学专业的本科生作为研究对象,根据不同的人才培养模式分为对照组和试验组。对照组43名实... 目的探讨“三导向”人才培养模式在医学本科生创新创业教育实践的可行性及实施效果。方法2020年6月—2022年6月,选择85名南昌大学第一附属医院麻醉学专业的本科生作为研究对象,根据不同的人才培养模式分为对照组和试验组。对照组43名实施传统教学模式;试验组42名实施“三导向”人才培养模式。统计分析学生的考试(包括理论考试与技能考试)成绩、“三导向”评分与创新创业满意程度。结果对照组理论成绩和技能成绩为(75.35±7.47)分、(91.37±2.47)分,高于试验组[(81.12±7.14)分、(94.76±2.80)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组执业能力、职业精神和社会适应评分为(32.47±5.05)分、(31.19±4.26)分、(24.58±3.09)分,均高于试验组[(39.00±4.93)分、(36.57±2.93)分、(27.26±2.44)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组科研兴趣、教学效果、参与创新创业类活动的意愿满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用“三导向”人才培养模式更能带动医学本科生进行创新创业教育实践,有利于提高学生的综合素质能力。 展开更多

目的探讨脑电生物反馈(neurofeedback,NFB)联合学习风格简介(learning style profile,LSP)干预训练在高功能孤独症谱系障碍(high-functioning autism,HFA)患儿中的应用。方法前瞻性选择2022年2月—2024年2月收治的86例HFA患儿为研究对象... 目的探讨脑电生物反馈(neurofeedback,NFB)联合学习风格简介(learning style profile,LSP)干预训练在高功能孤独症谱系障碍(high-functioning autism,HFA)患儿中的应用。方法前瞻性选择2022年2月—2024年2月收治的86例HFA患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,行双盲试验,每组各43例。对照组给予LSP干预训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予NFB干预,两组均干预6个月。比较两组患儿干预前、干预6个月时孤独症行为评定量表(Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC)、孤独症疗效评定量表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)、社交反应量表(Social Responsiveness Scale,SRS)、儿童生存质量量表(Pediatric Quality of Life,PedsQL)评分差异;分析HFA患儿PedsQL评分与ABC、ATEC、SRS评分的相关性。结果干预6个月后,观察组ABC、ATEC、SRS评分低于对照组,PedsQL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);HFA患儿PedsQL评分与ABC、ATEC、SRS评分呈负相关(分别r=-0.238、-0.381、-0.219,P<0.001)。结论NFB联合LSP能够有效改善HFA患儿临床症状及社交能力,控制患儿病情发展,提升患儿生活质量。 展开更多
