A Literature Review on the Identification of Socialist Core Values

Socialist core values are the concentrated expression and highly condensed values of the state,society,and individuals.They are also the embodiment of the values and spiritual consensus and pursuit in the life of the state and society.This article analyzes and summarizes the research results on the identification of socialist core values in China in recent years,mainly sorting out aspects such as the significance of identification,the dialectical relationship between identification and practice,differences in identification levels among different groups,and paths to enhance identification.Finally,suggestions for further deepening future research are proposed.

公平竞争审查、新质生产力与企业数字化转型

数字经济是新质生产力的综合质态。公平竞争审查制度作为高水平社会主义市场经济体制的重要组成部分,能够激发企业创新活力和数字化转型动力,从而推动新质生产力发展。采用双重差分法评估公平竞争审查制度对上市公司数字化转型的影响。研究发现,该制度能够显著提升行政垄断程度高地区的企业数字化转型水平,并且以促进“底层技术运用”为支点撬动了企业数字化转型,凸显了竞争政策的基础性作用。机制检验表明,公平竞争审查制度能够通过促进创新要素流动、优化信贷资源配给、完善数字发展制度环境打通束缚新质生产力发展的“堵点”和“卡点”,从而驱动企业数字化转型。围绕公平竞争审查标准、方式和目标的异质性分析发现,政策呈现出对民营企业、较小规模企业的所有制和规模“偏好”,并且对于制度性交易成本较高的企业作用更加明显;地区自我审查与外部监督机制较为完善时,政策能够更好发挥作用。最后产业政策的叠加效果检验显示,中央与省级产业政策均与公平竞争审查形成了制度合力,有效市场和有为政府协同推进了企业数字化进程。研究结论能够为公平竞争审查制度促进各类先进生产要素向发展新质生产力集聚提供理论支撑和实证依据。

Characteristics of traditional agriculture were analyzed from the perspective of history and culture,by comparing modern agriculture and traditional culture,it was proposed that modern agriculture focuses more on landscape,the main contents and era features of landscape agriculture were elaborated as well as the significance of constructing new socialist countryside,and relevant suggestions were proposed for building new land-scape countryside.

Finally,we put forward approaches and methods for strengthening rural infrastructure construction: firstly,increase fund input to provide financial support for rural infrastructure construction; second ly,make scientific village planning to ensure sustainability of rural infrastructure construction; thirdly,arouse farmers' enthusiasm and initiative to promote stable development of rural infrastructure construction.

In this article we focus on the making of socialism,of socialist thought in history,in Britain.The four socialists we are going to present in this paper are not so famous as Marx,Engels or even William Morris,but they played an essential role in the birth of socialism in Britain,and they certainly deserve being remembered.Their names are Thomas Hodgskin,William Thompson,John Gray and John Francis Bray.They are usually referred to as the‘Ricardian Socialists'.This article will try to examine the underlying philosophy which their economic constructions imply.Revisiting these writers may help understand the notions of nature,reason and happiness that are part and parcel of their socialism thought and their economic thought.
