By adopting the im-proved real-coded accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA), the projection direction is optimized and multi-dimensional indexes are converted into low-dimensional space. Classification of wetland soils and evaluationof wetland soil quality variations are realized by pursuing optimum projection direction and projection func-tion value. Soil quality is one of the most important environmental factors in sustaining the global biosphere and developing sustainable agricultural practices. A study was initiated in Wolong Nature Reserve, Sichuan Province, China to elucidate the soil quality changes of natural secondary succession, forest planting and agricultural practices after deforestation in the humid mountainous region. The soil qualities of six land use types (natural forestland, grassland, shrub land, secondary forestland, cultivated land and reforested land) were compared using two quantitative methods: the integrated soil quality index(QI) and soil deterioration index(DI). The QI values of natural forestland, grassland, shrub land, secondary forestland, cultivated land, reforested land were 0.8039, 0.3277, 0.9127, 0.6881, 0.0285 and 0.3183, respectively. The DI values were 0%, -14%, 12%, 1%, -26% and -18% respectively. Both indexes suggested that shrub land can restore soil properties. To compare the two methods more directly, a deduced index QI′ based on QI value was developed. The results showed that DI and QI′had a very high linear correlation coefficient (r=0.9775) despite the values were different. Both methods were efficient in evaluating the soil quality levels and DI was a more simple way in soil quality assessment, while QI could show more ecological meanings. 展开更多

Four assessment methods (two pollution indexes and two fuzzy mathematical models) were employed to investigate the environmental quality of four soils around a ferroalloy plant in Nanjing City. Environmental quality was assessed as class Ⅳ (moderately polluted) for each soil with single-factor index method, and was identified to be classes Ⅳ, Ⅲ (slightly polluted), Ⅲ, and Ⅲ for soils A, B, C, and D, respectively, with the comprehensive index model. In comparison with the single-factor index method, the comprehensive index model concerned both dominant parameter and average contribution of all factors to the integrated environmental quality. Using the two fuzzy mathematical methods (single-factor deciding and weighted average models), the environmental risks were determined to be classes Ⅳ, Ⅲ, Ⅱ (clean), and Ⅱ for soils A, B, C, and D, respectively. However, divergence of the membership degree to each pollution class still occurred between the two methods. In fuzzy mathematical methods, membership functions were used to describe the limits between different pollution degrees, and different weights were allocated for the factors according to pollution contribution. Introduction of membership degree and weight of each factor to fuzzy mathematical models made the methods more reasonable in the field of environmental risk assessment. 展开更多

Cultivated land is an important natural resource to ensure food,ecological and economic security.The cultivated land quality evaluation(CQE)is greatly significant for protecting and managing cultivated land.In this study,320 counties in the black soil region of Northeast China(BSRNC)represent the research units used to construct the CQE system measuring the soil properties(SP),cultivated land productivity(CLP),ecological environment(EE)and social economy(SE).The total of 19 factors were selected to calculate the integrated fertility index(IFI)and divided into grades.Simultaneously,we used the coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively analyze the spatial pattern of the cultivated land quality(CLQ)in the BSRNC,and use the structural equation model(SEM)to analyze the driving mechanism.The results show the following:1)The CLQ of 262 counties in the BSRNC is in a state of coupling and coordination,and the coupling and coordination degree presents a spatial distribution pattern of‘high in the southwest and northeast,low in the northwest and southeast’.The coordinated development degree of 271 counties is between 0.4 and 0.6,which is in a transitional state between coordination and disorder.2)The CLQ in the BSRNC is generally good,with an average grade of 3.High-quality cultivated land accounts for 58.45%of all counties,middle-and upper-quality cultivated land accounts for 27.05%,and poor-quality cultivated land accounts for 14.49%.3)The SEM analysis shows that the SP,CLP,EE,and SE all influence the CLQ.Among them,the SP has the largest driving force on the CLQ,while the SE has the smallest driving force on it.The results confirm that the main factors affecting the evaluation results are crop productivity level,normalized difference vegetation index,ratio vegetation index,difference vegetation index,and organic carbon content.When implementing protection measures in counties with a low CLQ,considering a balanced coordination of multiple systems and reasonably controlling the quality degradation are important.This study provides the current situation and driving factors of the CLQ in the BSRNC and will play an important role in black soil governance and utilization. 展开更多

In order to solve the defect of large error in current employment quality evaluation,an employment quality evaluation model based on grey correlation degree method and fuzzy C-means(FCM)is proposed.Firstly,it analyzes the related research work of employment quality evaluation,establishes the employment quality evaluation index system,collects the index data,and normalizes the index data;Then,the weight value of employment quality evaluation index is determined by Grey relational analysis method,and some unimportant indexes are removed;Finally,the employment quality evaluation model is established by using fuzzy cluster analysis algorithm,and compared with other employment quality evaluation models.The test results show that the employment quality evaluation accuracy of the design model exceeds 93%,the employment quality evaluation error can meet the requirements of practical application,and the employment quality evaluation effect is much better than the comparison model.The comparison test verifies the superiority of the model. 展开更多

The water quality in the Danjiangkou Reservoir has attracted considerable attention from the Chinese public and government since the announcement of the Middle Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP), which commenced transferring water in 2014. Integrated research on the evaluation, prediction, and protection of water quality in the Danjiangkou Reservoir was carried out in this study in order to improve environmental management. Based on 120 water samples, wherein 17 water quality indices were measured at 20 monitoring sites, a single factor evaluation method was used to evaluate the current status of water quality. The results show that the main indices influencing the water quality in the Danjiangkou Reservoir are total phosphorus (TP), permanganate index (CODM,), dissolved oxygen (DO), and five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BODs), and the concentrations of TP, BODs, ammonia nitrogen (NH3--N), CODM,, DO, and anionic surfactant (Surfa) do not reach the specified standard levels in the tributaries. Seasonal Mann--Kendall tests indicated that the CODMn concentration shows a highly significant increasing trend, and the TP concentration shows a significant increasing trend in the Danjiangkou Reservoir. The distribution of the main water quality indices in the Danjiangkou Reservoir was predicted using a two-dimensional water quality numerical model, and showed that the sphere of influence from the tributaries can spread across half of the Han Reservoir if the pollutants are not controlled. Cluster analysis (CA) results suggest that the Shending River is heavily polluted, that the Jianghe, Sihe, and Jianhe rivers are moderately polluted, and that they should be the focus of environmental remediation. 展开更多

In the present study, considering the transport and transformation processes of variables, a threedimensional water quality model for the river system was established, which coupled the volume of fluid(VOF) method with the k-ε turbulence mathematical model. Then, the water hydrodynamic characteristics and transport processes for BOD_5, NH_(3^-)N and TP were analyzed. The results showed that the water surface of convex bank was a little lower than that of concave bank due to the centrifugal force near the bend, and most concentrations were inferior to the type Ⅴ standard indexes of surface water environmental quality. The model validation indicated that the errors between the simulated and monitored values were comparatively small, satisfying the application demands and providing scientific basis and decision support for the restoration and protection of water quality. 展开更多

Purpose:Based on the understanding of the characteristics of mobile services(m-services)provided by libraries,we attempt to develop a multidimensional and hierarchical model and a specifically designed measurement scale for the assessment of libraries' m-service quality.Design/methodology/approach:The research has been conducted sequentially in two stages.At the first stage,a multidimensional and hierarchical model of library m-service quality and a measurement scale are developed through literature review and focus group interviews.At the second stage the model is tested using partial disaggregation technique for an analysis of the data collected from over 400 library users in 3 Chinese universities.Findings:The proposed model is shown to fit the data well.The empirical analysis provides strong support for the model,which includes 4 dimensions(service environment,service interaction,information control and service effect) and 12 corresponding sub-dimensions.Research limitations:The sample size needs to be enlarged and the user types need to be expanded to make the sample more representative.Practical implications:The study provides a conceptual framework and measurement tool that can help library managers understand the users' needs in the context of mobile network environment,and boost their libraries' competitiveness by carrying out better services to meet the user demands.Originality/value:The proposed model and measurement scale specifically designed for the assessment of libraries' m-service quality fully reflect the hierarchical structure of libraries' m-service quality.In addition,by using partial disaggregation technique for model testing,we believe our research can serve as a practical reference to those engaged in the development and examination of a multidimensional and hierarchical model. 展开更多

未来社区健康场景服务质量评价指标体系构建研究

背景在国家推动“以治病为中心”向“以健康为中心”理念转变的背景下,浙江省率先打造面向全人群和全生命周期的未来社区健康场景,为基层卫生健康综合改革提供了“浙江样板”,构建一套科学有效的未来社区健康场景服务质量评价指标体系... 背景在国家推动“以治病为中心”向“以健康为中心”理念转变的背景下,浙江省率先打造面向全人群和全生命周期的未来社区健康场景,为基层卫生健康综合改革提供了“浙江样板”,构建一套科学有效的未来社区健康场景服务质量评价指标体系具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。目的构建浙江省未来社区健康场景服务质量评价指标体系,为提升社区健康服务能力和质量,推动人群健康目标实现提供参考。方法基于SERVQUAL理论模型,通过政策分析、文献研究和实地调研建立初始指标池;2023年10—12月,采用两轮德尔菲专家咨询法确定指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重和组合权重。结果两轮专家咨询均有17位专家参与,其中高级职称共12名(70.6%);工作年限≥10年15名(88.2%);未来社区的管理人员和医务人员共5名(29.4%)。两轮咨询专家积极性均为1.0,权威系数分别为0.862和0.842,协调程度逐轮提高,最终构建的指标体系包含5个一级指标、13个二级指标、36个三级指标。一级指标中,有形性、可靠性、保证性、响应性、移情性的权重分别为0.168、0.180、0.240、0.178、0.232;二级指标中,场地设施、数字化设备、服务提供、健康监测、服务效率、服务可及性、危机预防和应急救援能力、专业技能、活动组织、智能平台维护、服务态度和情感支持、服务效果、个性化服务的权重分别为0.399、0.601、0.672、0.328、0.487、0.171、0.342、0.410、0.416、0.174、0.284、0.323、0.393。结论本研究构建的浙江省未来社区健康场景服务质量评价指标体系科学可靠,具有较强的系统性、创新性、可操作性和应用价值,是开展未来社区健康场景评价的有效工具,希望能够为政府制定改进策略和相关政策提供参考。 展开更多

Model-Measurement Comparison of Ammonia Bi-Directional Air-Surface Exchange Fluxes over Agricultural Fields

Modeled and measured bi-directional fluxes (BDFs) of ammonia (NH3) were compared over fertilized soybean and corn canopies for three intensive sampling periods: the first, during the summer of 2002 in Warsaw, North Carolina (NC), USA;and the second and third during the summer of 2007 in Lillington, NC. For the first and the third experimental periods, the BDF model produced reasonable diurnal flux patterns. The model also produced correct flux directions (emission and dry deposition) and magnitudes under dry and wet canopy conditions and during day and nighttime for these two periods. However, the model fails to produce the observed very high upward fluxes from the second sampling period due to the fertilization application (and thus being much higher soil emission potentials in the field than the default model values), although this can be improved by adjusting model input of soil emission potentials. Model-measurement comparison results suggest that the model is likely capable for improving long-term or regional scale ammonia predictions if implemented in chemical transport models replace the traditional dry deposition models, although modifications are needed when applying to specific situations. 展开更多

目的 探讨并构建老年失能患者延续护理质量评价指标体系。方法 于2022年7-9月,以三维质量结构模型为理论基础,结合文献回顾、德尔菲专家函询方法,根据老年失能患者延续护理服务内容和评估需求,构建了以“结构-过程-结果”模式为框架的... 目的 探讨并构建老年失能患者延续护理质量评价指标体系。方法 于2022年7-9月,以三维质量结构模型为理论基础,结合文献回顾、德尔菲专家函询方法,根据老年失能患者延续护理服务内容和评估需求,构建了以“结构-过程-结果”模式为框架的老年失能患者延续护理服务质量评价体系。结果 经过2轮护理专家函询的权威系数、判断系数、熟悉系数分别为0.931、0.929、0.933;确定老年失能患者延续护理服务三维质量评价体系中包含一级指标3项,二级指标9项,三级指标36项;2轮专家函询的协调系数为0.455、0.410。结论 老年失能患者延续护理服务三维质量评价体系内容严谨、科学、全面及可靠,有利于延续护理服务质量的改进。 展开更多

目的筛选出适应性强、处理效果好的植物,用于解决困扰重金属污染土壤植物修复的选种难题。方法应用层次分析法构建以生态适应性、技术可行性、经济可行性为准则、下含8个影响因素的指标体系,建立判断矩阵,并对其构造进行改进,通过逼近... 目的筛选出适应性强、处理效果好的植物,用于解决困扰重金属污染土壤植物修复的选种难题。方法应用层次分析法构建以生态适应性、技术可行性、经济可行性为准则、下含8个影响因素的指标体系,建立判断矩阵,并对其构造进行改进,通过逼近理想解的排序法筛选出最适合的修复植物;把该模型用于沈阳市某化工厂被重金属严重污染的土壤修复,对15种植物进行评价、筛选。结果构造的改进判断矩阵评价误差更小;通过计算发现,在污染土壤植物修复工程中,耐旱性是影响修复效果的主要因素;筛选结果表明,狼尾草等适合用于该场地的植物修复,接近度为0.838,去除率可达82%。结论该植物筛选模型能综合考虑各评价指标的影响,可以客观、准确地筛选出修复植物。 展开更多
