Optimized Operation of Park Integrated Energy System with Source-Load Flexible Response Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Index

To better reduce the carbon emissions of a park-integrated energy system(PIES),optimize the comprehensive operating cost,and smooth the load curve,a source-load flexible response model based on the comprehensive evaluation index is proposed.Firstly,a source-load flexible response model is proposed under the stepped carbon trading mechanism;the organic Rankine cycle is introduced into the source-side to construct a flexible response model with traditional combined heat and power(CHP)unit and electric boiler to realize the flexible response of CHP to load;and the load-side categorizes loads into transferable,interruptible,and substitutable loads according to the load characteristics and establishes a comprehensive demand response model.Secondly,the analytic network process(ANP)considers the linkages between indicators and allows decision-makers to consider the interactions of elements in a complex dynamic system,resulting in more realistic indicator assignment values.Considering the economy,energy efficiency,and environment,the PIES optimization operation model based on the ANP comprehensive evaluation index is constructed to optimize the system operation comprehensively.Finally,the CPLEX solver inMATLABwas employed to solve the problem.The results of the example showthat the source-load flexible response model proposed in this paper reduces the operating cost of the system by 29.90%,improves the comprehensive utilization rate by 15.00%,and reduces the carbon emission by 26.98%,which effectively enhances the system’s economy and low carbon,and the comprehensive evaluation index based on the ANP reaches 0.95,which takes into account the economy,energy efficiency,and the environment,and is more superior than the single evaluation index. 展开更多

Joint inversion is one of the most effective methods for reducing non-uniqueness for geophysical inversion.The current joint inversion methods can be divided into the structural consistency constraint and petrophysical consistency constraint methods,which are mutually independent.Currently,there is a need for joint inversion methods that can comprehensively consider the structural consistency constraints and petrophysical consistency constraints.This paper develops the structural similarity index(SSIM)as a new structural and petrophysical consistency constraint for the joint inversion of gravity and vertical gradient data.The SSIM constraint is in the form of a fraction,which may have analytical singularities.Therefore,converting the fractional form to the subtractive form can solve the problem of analytic singularity and finally form a modified structural consistency index of the joint inversion,which enhances the stability of the SSIM constraint applied to the joint inversion.Compared to the reconstructed results from the cross-gradient inversion,the proposed method presents good performance and stability.The SSIM algorithm is a new joint inversion method for petrophysical and structural constraints.It can promote the consistency of the recovered models from the distribution and the structure of the physical property values.Then,applications to synthetic data illustrate that the algorithm proposed in this paper can well process the synthetic data and acquire good reconstructed results. 展开更多

The edit distance is commonly used to measure the similarity between graphs. To accelerate the similarity join based on graph edit distance, in the paper, we make use of a preprocessing strategy to remove the mismatching graph pairs with significant differences. Then a novel method of building indexes for each graph is proposed by grouping the nodes which can be reached in k hops for each key node with structure conservation, which is the k-hop-tree based indexing method. Experiments on real and synthetic graph databases also confirm that our method can achieve good join quality in graph similarity join. The growing collection of scientific data in various web repositories is referred to as Scientific Big Data,as it fulfills the four“V’s”of Big Data—volume,variety,velocity,and veracity.This phenomenon has created new opportunities for startups;for instance,the extraction of pertinent research papers from enormous knowledge repositories using certain innovative methods has become an important task for researchers and entrepreneurs.Traditionally,the content of the papers are compared to list the relevant papers from a repository.The conventional method results in a long list of papers that is often impossible to interpret productively.Therefore,the need for a novel approach that intelligently utilizes the available data is imminent.Moreover,the primary element of the scientific knowledge base is a research article,which consists of various logical sections such as the Abstract,Introduction,Related Work,Methodology,Results,and Conclusion.Thus,this study utilizes these logical sections of research articles,because they hold significant potential in finding relevant papers.In this study,comprehensive experiments were performed to determine the role of the logical sections-based terms indexing method in improving the quality of results(i.e.,retrieving relevant papers).Therefore,we proposed,implemented,and evaluated the logical sections-based content comparisons method to address the research objective with a standard method of indexing terms.The section-based approach outperformed the standard content-based approach in identifying relevant documents from all classified topics of computer science.Overall,the proposed approach extracted 14%more relevant results from the entire dataset.As the experimental results suggested that employing a finer content similarity technique improved the quality of results,the proposed approach has led the foundation of knowledge-based startups. 展开更多

Three main novel ideas have been introduced. Firstly, a flame color model in RGB and HIS color space is used to extract pre-detected regions instead of traditional motion differential method, as it’s more suitable for fire detection in indoor environment. Secondly, according to the flicker characteristic of the flame, similarity and two main values of centroid motion are proposed. At the same time, a simple but effective method for tracking the same regions in consecutive frames is established. Thirdly,a multi-expert system consisting of color component dispersion,similarity and centroid motion is established to identify flames.The proposed method has been tested on a very large dataset of fire videos acquired both in real indoor environment tests and from the Internet. The experimental results show that the proposed approach achieved a balance between the false positive rate and the false negative rate, and demonstrated a better performance in terms of overall accuracy and F standard with respect to other similar fire detection methods in indoor environment. 展开更多

In this paper, an attempt is made to prove that some similarity based fuzzy systems can be found to behave as function approximators. A typical similarity based fuzzy system is proposed and its behaviour is shown to have the said property. It elucidates the connection between similarity relation and similarity measure of fuzzy sets to fuzzy inference methodology. The concept of similarity relation is used in fuzzification of crisp input values. Similarity index is used in measuring approximate equality of fuzzy sets over a given universe of discourse of a linguistic variable. The similarity between the observation(s) and the antecedent of a rule is used in selecting rule(s) for possible firing and also in modifying the relation between the antecedent and consequent of the rule based on the specific observation. Inference is drawn through the usual composition and subsequently by projecting the modified fuzzy restriction acting on the variables of interest on the universe of the linguistic variable in the consequent of the rule. A specificity based defuzzification scheme is proposed for multiple-rule firing. It has been proved systematically that such a similarity based fuzzy system can uniformly approximate continuous functions to any desired degree of accuracy on a closed and bounded interval. Simulation results are presented for the well-known dc-motor problem. A comparative study is made to establish the validity and efficiency of the proposed similarity based fuzzy system. 展开更多

The geopedological viewpoint attempts to distinguish and introduce the smallest map unit that has the highest levels of homogeneity and uniformity with respect to landform, lithology, and soil, especially if the relationship between geomorphology and soils in the region is well defined. This research intended to investigate the degree of validity generalization of results obtained in the geopedology approach for similar landforms in the Miayneh region of East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. For this purpose, soil diversity study was conducted through measuring it in a hierarchical sequence in categories of USDA soil taxonomy and by comparing similar units in the geopedological method through employing pedodiversity and similarity indices. After preparing the initial interpretative map (based on aerial photographs) at a scale of 1:20,000, the HPu211 unit that covered the greatest delineation of study area was selected and 28 soil profiles, about 90 meters apart, were excavated, described, and sampled in this unit. The degree of validity generalization of geopedological results for the mentioned unit was determined by digging 14 other soil profiles in a similar unit, called the validation area, which was located outside of the sample area. Results indicated that the value of Shannon’s diversity index increased from the level of soil order to soil family in both the sample and the generalization areas;however, only at the soil family level were there significant differences between soil diversity in the two areas at the confidence level of 95%. As well as classification of the profiles dug in the generalization area was different from that of the profiles dug in the sample area at the category of soil family. Therefore, it is possible that management generalizability in this method, even at the detailed scale, can satisfy the related needs. Consequently, interpretative or managerial purity of geopedological units must be considered in future research. 展开更多

It obtains one-solitonlike, two-solitonlike and multi-solitonlike self-similar wave solutions by using the transformation. Long-term planning is one of the most important stages that determines the distribution of cash flows over the mine life and the feasibility of the project. However, it is not feasible in block caving to generate a production schedule that will provide optimal operating strategies without considering geotechnical constraints. This paper develops a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP) model to optimize the extraction sequence of drawpoints over multiple time horizons of block-cave mines with respect to the draw control systems. A multi-similarity index clustering technique to solve the MILP model in a reasonable time is also presented. Application and comparison of production scheduling based on the draw control system and clustering technique are illustrated using 325 drawpoints over 15 periods. The results show a significant reduction in the size of the MILP model, and in the time required to solve it. 展开更多

针对MEMS传感器所测得的加速度和角速度输出信号噪声较大问题,提出一种基于鹈鹕优化算法(pelican optimization algorithm,POA)的变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)结合小波阈值(wavelet threshold,WT)的去噪方法。首... 针对MEMS传感器所测得的加速度和角速度输出信号噪声较大问题,提出一种基于鹈鹕优化算法(pelican optimization algorithm,POA)的变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)结合小波阈值(wavelet threshold,WT)的去噪方法。首先利用POA对VMD的参数组合进行优化选择,然后应用POA-VMD将含噪信号自适应、非递归地分解为一系列本征模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IMF)。再通过计算每个IMF的余弦相似度对IMFs进行分类,根据计算结果将IMFs分为噪声主导分量与信号主导分量,对分类后的噪声主导分量进行改进小波阈值去噪处理,最后对处理后的噪声分量与信号主导分量进行重构,获得降噪后的MEMS传感器信号。静态和动态实验结果表明,该方法去噪处理后信号的信噪比分别提高12和10 dB,均方误差分别降低75.5%和46.6%,去噪效果显著,能够提高MEMS传感器的精度。 展开更多

在常规作物中引入有益目的基因得到的转基因作物,可以为人类社会提供可持续的农业和经济效益,但其大面积种植可能带来的环境安全问题也得到了越来越多的关注。以转Cry1Ah基因玉米HGK60和对照常规玉米郑58为研究对象,采用直接观测法、陷... 在常规作物中引入有益目的基因得到的转基因作物,可以为人类社会提供可持续的农业和经济效益,但其大面积种植可能带来的环境安全问题也得到了越来越多的关注。以转Cry1Ah基因玉米HGK60和对照常规玉米郑58为研究对象,采用直接观测法、陷阱调查法和扫网法,在2019—2021连续3年对苗期、喇叭口期、抽穗期和完熟期玉米田间节肢动物进行调查,分析其群落组成、生态指标、群落相似性及稳定性等。结果表明:(1)调查共获得124种48746个体,隶属于11目40科,除中性类群个体数在2019年抽穗期存在显著差异(P<0.05),HGK60与郑58在植食性、捕食性、寄生性以及中性4个类群的个体数量和种数没有显著差异(P>0.05),且不同类群的个体数和物种数在3年各生育期所占比重基本一致。(2)对丰富度指数、Shannon指数、优势度指数和均匀度指数的分析显示,HGK60和郑58在3年各生育期均未表现出显著差异(P>0.05),认为HGK60的种植对田间节肢动物各生态指标无显著影响。(3)从整体及各营养类群来看,HGK60与郑58相似系数较高,认为二者田间节肢动物群落组成相似。(4)HGK60种植对节肢动物群落的相对稳定性没有显著影响(P>0.05)。整体上,HGK60种植对田间节肢动物群落生物多样性的影响很小。研究结果为进一步研究转基因作物的环境风险提供了数据支撑。 展开更多

轨迹相似度计算作为轨迹数据分析中的一个研究热点,主要用来衡量两个移动对象轨迹相似程度。已有的轨迹相似度计算工作主要根据不同类型的轨迹数据和应用场景提出了大量轨迹相似性度量方法,但随着轨迹数据采集手段的逐渐丰富和应用需求... 轨迹相似度计算作为轨迹数据分析中的一个研究热点,主要用来衡量两个移动对象轨迹相似程度。已有的轨迹相似度计算工作主要根据不同类型的轨迹数据和应用场景提出了大量轨迹相似性度量方法,但随着轨迹数据采集手段的逐渐丰富和应用需求的发展,在轨迹相似性计算方面却缺少一个统一的框架以支持多样化轨迹数据下的相似轨迹分析。为此,本文在综合分析已有相似轨迹度量方法共性特征基础上,提出了一个兼容多种轨迹相似度度量方法的集成计算框架(Multiple Scenarios Similarity Trajectory Framework,MSSTJ),并通过一种统一的轨迹数据分区索引方法来优化不同相似轨迹度量方法的计算效率,从而使得用户可以通过参数化配置的简单方式来实现不同场景下多样化的轨迹相似度高效计算的需求。通过基于两类不同类型轨迹数据集的相关实验表明,MSSTJ可以帮助用户快速实现不同的轨迹相似度计算算法,并且实现的算法具有较好的性能表现。 展开更多

针对当下较多图像匹配算法利用距离度量法来实现特征匹配,没考虑图像仿射变换的影响,使得匹配结果准确率不高的问题,提出了中心对称特征耦合仿射度量模型的图像匹配算法。首先,引入Forstner算子,利用像素点的GS梯度特征提取特征点;然后... 针对当下较多图像匹配算法利用距离度量法来实现特征匹配,没考虑图像仿射变换的影响,使得匹配结果准确率不高的问题,提出了中心对称特征耦合仿射度量模型的图像匹配算法。首先,引入Forstner算子,利用像素点的GS梯度特征提取特征点;然后,利用图像的Haar小波信息与中心对称像素点的灰度值,求取特征向量;接着,利用特征点之间的旋转、平移以及缩放的仿射特征,构造仿射度量模型,利用其计算出匹配的特征点对;最后,采用结构相似度(SSIM)函数,计算匹配点对的结构相似性,对匹配点对去伪求真,以求取最优匹配效果。实验结果表明,与当下匹配方法相比,所提算法不仅能更准确地实现图像匹配,而且还能够更好地适应具有仿射变换关系图像之间的匹配。 展开更多

目的采用一测多评(QAMS)法同时测定法制半夏曲中肌苷、鸟苷、腺苷等11种成分含量,并建立其灰色关联度分析(GRA)联合熵权逼近理想解排序分析法(EW-TOPSIS)综合质量评价方法。方法采用Shimadzu C 18色谱柱;乙腈-0.5%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱... 目的采用一测多评(QAMS)法同时测定法制半夏曲中肌苷、鸟苷、腺苷等11种成分含量,并建立其灰色关联度分析(GRA)联合熵权逼近理想解排序分析法(EW-TOPSIS)综合质量评价方法。方法采用Shimadzu C 18色谱柱;乙腈-0.5%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长254和290 nm。以对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯为内参比物质,计算其他10个成分的相对校正因子(RCF),测定各成分含量。采用GRA联合EW-TOPSIS模型对法制半夏曲进行综合质量评价。结果法制半夏曲中11种成分在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999;平均加样回收率96.94%~100.12%(RSD<2.0%,n=9);QAMS与外标法(ESM)实测值无明显差异。GRA模型相对关联度0.2903~0.6187,EW-TOPSIS模型相对接近度0.2114~0.6343;GRA和EW-TOPSIS模型综合评价结果基本一致。结论QAMS法便捷、准确,可用于法制半夏曲多指标成分定量控制,GRA联合EW-TOPSIS模型可用于法制半夏曲综合质量评价。 展开更多

随着移动传感器设备的普及,人们能够采集到的位置数据越来越多,轨迹数据的规模也越来越庞大.从大规模时空数据中查找与指定轨迹最相似的前k条轨迹一直是时空大数据挖掘的重要挑战之一.现有的相似轨迹查询方法大都包括三个阶段:(1)对海... 随着移动传感器设备的普及,人们能够采集到的位置数据越来越多,轨迹数据的规模也越来越庞大.从大规模时空数据中查找与指定轨迹最相似的前k条轨迹一直是时空大数据挖掘的重要挑战之一.现有的相似轨迹查询方法大都包括三个阶段:(1)对海量的离线轨迹数据建立索引;(2)基于索引结构从已知轨迹集中查询与指定轨迹相似的候选轨迹;(3)计算指定轨迹与候选轨迹之间的精确相似度并返回相似度最大的前k条轨迹.但大多数现有方法对轨迹进行聚类索引时不能有效利用时间和空间信息,导致时间相似度不高的轨迹也会被划分到相同的索引项上,最终影响查询的准确性和效率.此外,现有的时空轨迹相似度计算方法存在大量的无效运算,使得相似轨迹的查询效率整体较低.针对当前伴随轨迹查询方法对时间与空间信息利用不充分的问题,本文提出一种新的二级时空分桶索引结构,首先将每条轨迹数据按照时间滑动窗口划分为若干带有时间槽信息的子轨迹,在时间上对轨迹进行一级索引聚类;在此基础上对在相同时间槽内的子轨迹进行二级空间索引聚类,利用哈希算法将具有连续相同位置点的子轨迹映射到同一时空分桶中.与已有索引方法相比,该方法对不同轨迹在索引时具有更好的区分度,查询时的筛选条件更为严格,有效降低了候选轨迹集的规模.针对现有轨迹相似度计算方法效率低下的问题,提出一种基于时差约束的轨迹相似度计算方法.利用轨迹之间的时差排除大量不必要的位置比较运算,将轨迹相似度的计算复杂度控制在线性级别,大大提高了计算效率,同时为过滤伴随轨迹查询过程中的无效计算,对基于时差约束的轨迹相似度计算方法进行变体得到一种上下界过滤方法,最大限度地避免了无效计算.最后,在4个真实的大规模轨迹数据集上对所提方法进行实验验证,实验结果表明所提方法的轨迹查找效率是已知最好方法的9~20倍,证明了算法的有效性. 展开更多
