报道了山西太原西山煤田早二叠世早期太原组7号煤层煤核中一种具解剖构造的、两侧对称的莲座蕨目聚合囊,这是目前为止华夏植物区已知地质时代最早的两侧对称的莲座蕨目聚合囊。经对比研究,将当前标本归入始莲座蕨属Eoangiopteris Mamay... 报道了山西太原西山煤田早二叠世早期太原组7号煤层煤核中一种具解剖构造的、两侧对称的莲座蕨目聚合囊,这是目前为止华夏植物区已知地质时代最早的两侧对称的莲座蕨目聚合囊。经对比研究,将当前标本归入始莲座蕨属Eoangiopteris Mamay,并建立一新种:山西始莲座蕨E.shanxiensis sp.nov.。新种的主要特征:生殖小羽片至少2.6 mm宽,长度不明,中脉具一"C"形维管束。生殖小羽片明显背卷,但没有影响到聚合囊的排列。聚合囊两侧对称,长0.75~1.1 mm,宽0.35~0.55 mm,由8~12枚孢子囊构成,孢子囊侧向相互接触。聚合囊具短而明显的托,由薄壁组织包围着维管组织构成。孢子囊直径150~250μm,高550~850μm,纵切面上呈筒状,具明显的实心的顶端。孢子囊面向外的壁在中下部为2~3层细胞厚,在顶端为3~4层细胞厚,细胞近等径,壁较厚;侧壁和面向内的壁为1层细胞厚,在孢子囊中下部呈弦向伸长状,在顶端则呈径向伸长状,壁较薄。孢子数量多,可达1000粒以上,个体小,近球形,直径8~13μm,具三缝构造;孢子壁由外壁和周壁构成,外壁光滑,周壁具细颗粒纹饰。讨论了本新种的系统分类位置,很可能属于辉木科。根据欧美植物区和华夏植物区两侧对称的莲座蕨目聚合囊的分布特征探讨了本新种的古植物地理学意义,并结合7号煤层煤核中植物化石的组成特征和一些植物的生态解剖学构造简要探讨了本新种的生活环境特征。 展开更多

河南省铜山湖淡水三角涡虫核型研究

[目的]分析河南省铜山湖淡水三角涡虫的核型,以期为其分类提供依据。[方法]采用空气干燥法制备染色体,对在河南省驻马店境内铜山湖产地首次采到的数十条淡水三角涡虫进行核型分析。[结果]研究发现,该产地三角涡虫中期分裂细胞中,染色体数目以25条为主(70.1%),还有少部分24条(14.2%),极少数16条(2.8%),是以三倍体2n=3x=24+1B为主,兼有很少的三倍体2n=3x=24和二倍体2n=2x=16的形式,8组中,最大组染色体的相对长度是最小组的2倍多,形态多为中着丝粒染色体。核型公式为2n=3x=24+1SB,表现出明显的二倍体和三倍体共存的多态性,总体属于2B。[结论]该分析结果为明确河南省淡水涡虫在我国物种上分布的地位提供基础资料。 展开更多

目的调查河南省奶牛毕氏肠微孢子虫和芽囊原虫流行情况及评估其人兽共患传播风险。方法基于毕氏肠微孢子虫SSU rRNA内部转录间隔区(ITS)和芽囊原虫核糖体小亚基(SSU rRNA)基因位点对从河南省5个地区,10个奶牛场共采集的1020份粪便样品进... 目的调查河南省奶牛毕氏肠微孢子虫和芽囊原虫流行情况及评估其人兽共患传播风险。方法基于毕氏肠微孢子虫SSU rRNA内部转录间隔区(ITS)和芽囊原虫核糖体小亚基(SSU rRNA)基因位点对从河南省5个地区,10个奶牛场共采集的1020份粪便样品进行PCR检测。结果奶牛毕氏肠微孢子虫和芽囊原虫的感染率分别为21.7%(221/1020)和19.2%(196/1020),其中混合感染率为3.5%(36/1020)。序列分析显示共鉴定了5种毕氏肠微孢子虫人兽共患基因型(D、J、I、BEB4、BEB6)和4种芽囊原虫人兽共患基因型(ST1、ST2、ST4、ST5)。结论本研究首次对河南地区奶牛芽囊原虫流行情况进行了调查,鉴定的人兽共患基因型具有重要公共卫生意义。 展开更多

Theresult shows that this specimen represents a new genus of Psittacosauridae, Hongshanosaurus houi,gen. et sp. nov., and confirms the monophyletic status for Ceratopsia and Marginocephalia. We describe a new species of megophryid frog from Phu Yen Province in southern Vietnam. Leptolalax macrops sp. nov. is distinguished from its congeners by a combination of the following morphological attributes: (1) body size medium (SVL 28.0-29.3 mm in three adult males, 30.3 mm in single adult female); (2) supra-axillary glands present, creamy white; ventrolateral glands indistinct; (3) tympanum externally distinct; (4) dorsal skin roughly granular with larger tubercles, dermal ridges on dorsum absent; (5) rudimentary webbing present between fingers I-II and I1-111; rudimentary webbing between all toes; fingers and toes without dermal fringes; (6) in life ventral surface greyish-violet with white speckling; (7) supratympanic fold distinct, dark brown in life; (8) iris bicolored, typically golden in upper half, fading to golden green in lower half; (9) tibia short (TbL/SVL 0.44-0.45 in males); and (10) eyes large and protuberant (ED/SVL 0.15-0.16 in males) From all congeners for which comparable sequences are available, the new species differs markedly in the 16S rRNA mitochondrial gene sequence (P-distance〉5.7%). The new species is currently known only from montane evergreen tropical forests of Song Hinh District, Phu Yen Province, and M'Drak District of Dak Lak Province at elevations of 470-630 m a.s.l.. We suggest the new species should be considered as Data Deficient following the IUCN's Red List categories. We also report a previously unknownLeptolalax mtDNA lineage from an evergreen tropica forest in the Hoa Thinh District of Phu Yen Province which may also represent an undescribed species. 展开更多

Analysis of DNA sequence data from the mitochondrial gene 16S, advertisement calls, and morphological distinctiveness support recognition of the new species. Matrilineal genealogy suggests that the new population from Chiang Mai is a sister taxon to the South Asian clade that includes F. syhadrensis, F. granosa, and F. pierreL The new species, Fejervarya chiangmaiensis sp. nov., differs morphologically from its congeners by its relatively small body size and proportions and the presence of dorsal warts and dermal ridges. Cyrtodactylus geckos are one of the most speciose and diverse groups of extant lizards known,distributed throughout the Asian and Pacific realms.Using molecular phylogenetic methods and supporting morphological data,we describe a new species of Cyrtodactylus in Daweishan National Nature Reserve,Yunnan Province,China.Cyrtodactylus hekouensis sp.nov.can be morphologically distinguished from its nearby congeners by the following characters:maximum SVL 92.3 mm and TL 98.5 mm;11-12 supralabials;11-12 infralabials;36-57 scale rows between the fifth supralabials;10-13 dorsal tubercles rows;3 postnasals on blunt and smooth front snout;precloacalfemoral pores in a continuous series of 33-39(females with pitted scales)located under vent/cloaca and thighs in both sexes;precloacal groove absent;3/3 postcloacal tubercles;subdigital lamellae under the fourth finger 21 or 22,under the fourth toe 20-23;smooth midbody with smooth venter and tuberculate dorsal scale rows,tubercles from head to tail base;dorsal transverse patterns are generally large,bilaterally symmetrical.The results of the phylogenetic analysis recover specimens of this new species as sister to a clade containing C.wayakonei and C.martini.Uncorrected pairwise intraspecific distances were<1%,and distances between our new species and other Cyrtodactylus species from nearby countries ranged from 14.2%to 26.8%. 展开更多

We describe a new species of Rhacophorus based on two adult specimens collected from Hoa Binh Province, northern Vietnam. Rhacophorus hoabinhensis sp. nov. is distinguishable from its congeners on the basis of a combination of the following morphological characters: size small (SVL 31.1-32.5 mm in males); head slightly longer than wide; vomerine teeth absent; snout short (SNL/SVL 0.16); dorsal skin smooth; forearm and tarsus with dermal fringes; dermal appendage at vent present; webbing formula on fingers I12/3-12/3II1-2III1-1IV and on toes I3/4-1II1/2- IIII1/2-1IVI-1/2V; dorsal surface grey yellow with brown spots; lower jaw region dark grey, throat, chest and belly cream; anterior and posterior thighs, as well as ventral surface of tibia orange. The interspecific uncorrected genetic distances (16S rRNA gene) between the new species from Hoa Binh and other analyzed congeners varied from 9.8% to 17.4%. In the phylogenetic analyses, the new species revealed to be a representative of Rhacophorus and was nested within the R. hoanglienensis-orlovi species group. 展开更多
