Considering the secure authentication problem for equipment support information network,a clustering method based on the business information flow is proposed. Based on the proposed method,a cluster-based distributed authentication mechanism and an optimal design method for distributed certificate authority( CA)are designed. Compared with some conventional clustering methods for network,the proposed clustering method considers the business information flow of the network and the task of the network nodes,which can decrease the communication spending between the clusters and improve the network efficiency effectively. The identity authentication protocols between the nodes in the same cluster and in different clusters are designed. From the perspective of the security of network and the availability of distributed authentication service,the definition of the secure service success rate of distributed CA is given and it is taken as the aim of the optimal design for distributed CA. The efficiency of providing the distributed certificate service successfully by the distributed CA is taken as the constraint condition of the optimal design for distributed CA. The determination method for the optimal value of the threshold is investigated. The proposed method can provide references for the optimal design for distributed CA. 展开更多

This scheme adopts a three-tiers mode of B/S (Browser/Server) and software programming module based on software reusing technology. Aims: The purpose of this work is to present the information approach as the only effective tool that allows us to calculate the uncertainty of any result of the study on the use of refrigeration equipment. Methodology: Using the definitions and formulas of information theory and similarity theory, the amount of information contained in a model of refrigeration equipment or process is calculated. This allows us to present formulas for calculating the relative and comparative uncertainties of the model without additional assumptions. Based on these formulas, the value of the inevitable threshold of the accuracy of the representation of the studied construction or process is determined. Results: Theoretically substantiated recommendations are formulated for choosing the most effective methods for analyzing refrigeration equipment are formulated. Conclusion: Having calculated the amount of information contained in the model, we presented practical methods for analyzing data on refrigeration equipment. 展开更多

The project deals with basic data about equipment, initial management, maintenance, operation and even disposal, based on a C/S and B/S structure. We adopted an object-oriented approach, dealing with software engineering, information engineering, economic and organizational measures. And it has analyzed 2011-2013 investment and construction of the status quo in education funding for information technology equipment. The results show: Less Developed Areas in primary and secondary school education information and technology education equipment cannot meet the needs of the development of education with lack of funding support, poor school environment and information technology teaching conditions. In order to meet the demand of testability analysis and evaluation for complex equipment under a small sample test in the equipment life cycle, the hierarchical hybrid testability model- ing and evaluation method (HHTME), which combines the testabi- lity structure model (TSM) with the testability Bayesian networks model (TBNM), is presented. Firstly, the testability network topo- logy of complex equipment is built by using the hierarchical hybrid testability modeling method. Secondly, the prior conditional prob- ability distribution between network nodes is determined through expert experience. Then the Bayesian method is used to update the conditional probability distribution, according to history test information, virtual simulation information and similar product in- formation. Finally, the learned hierarchical hybrid testability model (HHTM) is used to estimate the testability of equipment. Compared with the results of other modeling methods, the relative deviation of the HHTM is only 0.52%, and the evaluation result is the most accu rate. 展开更多

Objective The evaluation index of medical equipment's economic benefit is based on the usage of medical equipment,the traditional data collection method is time-consuming,laborious and not entirely accurate.The usage of medical equipment is obtained by designing data query statements from the HIS system.Methods First the charging items are in correspondence with the device's name included,second fees and other relevant data are extracted from charging module in HIS.Through a rough estimate of the recovery period and an increase or decrease ratio,the economic benefit of the medical equipment can be analyzed.Results Through the method of the benefit analysis of the medical equipment,we can clearly find out the different economic benefit of the equipment,and finally analyze the reasons.Conclusion Practice has proved that,this methad,it can greatly reduce human,material resources required in data collection and improve the accuracy of the data.It can help hospital managers timely to grasp the operating costs of medical equipment and other information,and also provide scientific data for hospital managers when they purchase reasonable medical equipment. 展开更多

In modem society information has become one of the most important resources, playing a crucial role in everyday life. As a result, information technology (IT) is now an indispensable tool in the business world, which has a direct impact on company competitiveness and performance. With all the changes in business environment there is also a dramatic shift in the way the management functions. In order to efficiently perform their tasks and thus rise up to the challenges of the information society, managers need not only to master appropriate IT skills, but also to understand the processes launched by the information revolution. The aim of this paper was to determine the extent to which Croatian managers are prepared for the information society. In addition to the data regarding the level of IT equipment at managers' disposal, the paper presents the results on computer usage, self-assessment of IT competencies, and the level of acceptance of modern technologies. Although satisfactory attainment has been recorded in some areas, the results of the analysis reveal that additional effort should be devoted to further improve computer and information literacy of Croatian managers. 展开更多

The most important elements of “intellectual networks” (Smart Grid) are the systems of monitoring the parameters of electrical equipment. Information-measuring systems (IMS), which described in this paper, were proposed to use together with rapid digital protection against short-circuit regimes in transformer windings. This paper presents an application’s experience of LVI-testing, some results of the use of Frequency Response Analysis (FRA) to check the condition of transformer windings and infra-red control results of electrical equipment. The LVI method and short-circuit inductive reactance measurements are sensitive for detecting such faults as radial, axial winding deformations, a twisting of low-voltage or regulating winding, a losing of winding’s pressing and others. 展开更多

Pulse diagnosis equipment used in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has long been developed for collecting pulse information and in TCM research.However,it is still difficult to implement pulse taking automatically or efficiently in clinical practice.Here,we present a digital protocol for TCM pulse information collection based on bionic pulse diagnosis equipment,which ensures high efficiency,reliability and data integrity of pulse diagnosis information.A four-degree-of-freedom pulse taking platform together with a wrist bracket can satisfy the spatial positioning and angle requirements for individually adaptive pulse acquisition.Three-dimensional reconstruction of a wrist surface and an image localization model are combined to provide coordinates of the acquisition position and detection direction automatically.Three series elastic joints can not only simulate the TCM pulse taking method that“Three fingers in a straight line,the middle finger determining the‘Guan’location and finger pulp pressing on the radial artery,”but also simultaneously carry out the force-controlled multi-gradient pressing process.In terms of pulse information integrity,this proposed protocol can generate rich pulse information,including basic individual information,pulse localization distribution,multi-gradient dynamic pulse force time series,and objective pulse parameters,which can help establish the fundamental data sets that are required as the pulse phenotype for subsequent comprehensive analysis of pulse diagnosis.The implementation of this scheme is beneficial to promote the standardization of the digitalized collection of pulse information,the effectiveness of detecting abnormal health status,and the promotion of the fundamental and clinical research of TCM,such as TCM pulse phenomics. 展开更多

铁路信号设备是保障行车安全、提高运输效率的核心装备,加强信号设备智能运维是降低铁路运行风险的必要基础保障。目前,针对我国基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的智能运维平台存在不能精准映射各设备的行为规律和相互之间互馈作用的机理,须同时... 铁路信号设备是保障行车安全、提高运输效率的核心装备,加强信号设备智能运维是降低铁路运行风险的必要基础保障。目前,针对我国基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的智能运维平台存在不能精准映射各设备的行为规律和相互之间互馈作用的机理,须同时依靠经验知识进行推断等问题。首先构建了铁路设备运维文本知识图谱;其次构建卷积神经网络(CNN)-团组图卷积神经网络(cgGCN)模型对BIM图像模态数据进行处理,完成对20种铁路信号设备零件图信息的标注,实验结果表明模型准确率达到95.38%,精确率和召回率的调和平均值F1达到95.58%;最后将BIM图像信息以视觉模态嵌入运维文本知识图谱,利用Neo4j图数据库实现多模态知识图谱可视化展示,从而精准映射各信号设备相互之间互馈作用的机理,为后续现场铁路运维人员实施安全管理和运维决策提供在线服务和指导。 展开更多

为可靠掌握船舶电气设备状态,保证设备的运行安全,提出多源信息融合的船舶电气设备状态识别方法。采用时间序列模型检测并修正船舶电气设备多源历史数据中的连续异常数据和独立异常数据;基于联合卡尔曼滤波算法融合修正后的电气设备多... 为可靠掌握船舶电气设备状态,保证设备的运行安全,提出多源信息融合的船舶电气设备状态识别方法。采用时间序列模型检测并修正船舶电气设备多源历史数据中的连续异常数据和独立异常数据;基于联合卡尔曼滤波算法融合修正后的电气设备多源历史数据,依据融合后的多源数据训练谱聚类和深度神经网络,构建船舶电气设备状态识别网络模型,结合电气设备的实时运行数据,识别船舶电气设备状态。测试结果显示,该方法能够确定数据中的连续异常数据和独立异常数据,并且完成所有异常数据的修正,保证数据的完整性;离散度结果均在0.016以下;能够完成电气设备正常状态、异常状态以及紧急状态的识别,最小均方根误差值均在0.0044以下,识别效果良好。 展开更多
