By selecting appropriate functions in the variable separation solution, we discuss the interaction behaviors among taper-like, plateau-type rings, and rectangle-type embed-solitons in the periodic wave background. All the interaction behaviors are completely elastic, and no phase shift appears after interaction.展开更多

目的探讨医教协同背景下呼吸与危重症医学科(Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine,PCCM)“5+3+X”学员带教模式与效果评价。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2017—2020级PCCM专培学员共16人作为研究对象,2017—2018级PCCM专培学员(对...目的探讨医教协同背景下呼吸与危重症医学科(Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine,PCCM)“5+3+X”学员带教模式与效果评价。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2017—2020级PCCM专培学员共16人作为研究对象,2017—2018级PCCM专培学员(对照组)以传统模式带教;2019—2020级PCCM专培学员(观察组)以教师队伍建设为突破口,强化导师制带教模式,不断加强教学资源建设和教学方法改革,重视过程管理与考核,注重临床技能培训和临床思维训练的综合模式带教。结果PCCM专培学员观察组在轮转出科理论考试和教学效果方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。期待在国家结业考试中观察组会取得更好的成绩。结论强教师队伍建设,强化过程管理与考核,构建医教协同背景下PCCM“5+3+X”学员带教模式是可行的,只有这样才能不断提高PCCM“5+3+X”学员的培养质量。展开更多
