Development of Specialized Courses and Establishment of Teaching Materials in Nursing of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 thCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC),with the promotion and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pace of TCM nursing work has been accelerated in nationwide,and a group of integrated Chinese and western medicine nurses have been cultivated preliminarily. However,professional nurses of integrated Chinese and western medicine are still deficient extremely. The target of talent cultivation,based on the theory of "focusing on humanism,expanding diathesis,and enhancing practice to highlight the accommodation and integration of nurses of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",is to cultivate competent,practical and interdisciplinary senior nursing talents with strong professional basis,skilled operations,rich humanistic literacy,and sharp innovative spirit who not only master modern nursing knowledge and skills,but also can perform comprehensive nursing under the guidance of TCM theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and nursing. This study,through investigating and analyzing the settings of3-year nursing professional courses in about 20 senior medical colleges,including senior nursing education of TCM,reformed the development of professional nursing courses of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the establishment of educational materials according to the course settings and educational work modes,so as to analyze the current status of nursing education of integrated Chinese and western medicine,determine course targets,and establish course system and educational work modes.

Pharmacological Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Course Reform of Experimental Teaching under the Background of Courses on the Ideological and Political Dimension

Pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine is a bridge course linking traditional medicine and modern medicine.In the past,the teaching often focused on the cultivation of basic theories and skills,but did not integrate into the systematic design of ideological and political education.According to the characteristics of the course,this paper combines professional courses with ideological and political education from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching resources and professional teachers’quality,so as to enhance students’recognition of Chinese excellent culture.

Network Curriculum Design of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy Specialty Formed by Introducing Guangxi Minority Medicine

Starting from the background and significance of the development and design of the network course of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy specialty formed by introducing Guangxi minority medicine,this paper discusses the teaching design scheme and module construction of the network course in the development process,and summarizes the design,production and construction experience of the network course.Through practice,the teaching effect and achievement of the network course of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy specialty formed by introducing Guangxi minority medicine are obvious.

The Origin of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thinking on Chinese Medicine Development

Although the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has developed a profound theory system and a fame of outstanding advantage in curative effect, it seems that the TCM is not quite adaptable to the deveiopment and requirement of the modern society.A principle of “Adopting the advanced part of Western medicine to serve the TCM" should be adhered to for the traditional Chinese medicine. First, TCM should strive for a consensus of TCM theory which focuses on the guiding principles of “diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition"and “the opposite principle of five internal organs".Among these principles, “keeping relative balance of three internal systems"is a valuable guidance of the diagnosis and treatment theory. Secondly, macroscopic should be integrated with microscopic, totality with parts,phenomenology with materialism.A dialectical law should be applied to guide analysis. In treatment, adjustment and balance are basic principles.It is necessary not only prepare the medicine in advance accoding to the predicted disease of the year,but also adopt methods to restrict disease in advance.Basides, TCM dose type should be ameliorated in order to meet the needs of society.

Opportunities and challenges for the development of traditional Chinese medicinenursing under the new healthcare reform

Based on the “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Medicine and Health”, “Strategic planning outline of thedevelopment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2016-2030）” and the other relevant polices announced by StateAdministration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China, this paper analyzes and summarizesthe opportunities and challenges for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing （TCM nursing） under thenew healthcare reform, in order to provide reference and thinking for the professional development of TCM nursing.

中西医临床医学专业桥梁课课程思政的设计与实践

高血压病人舌面信息特征研究

目的:探讨高血压不同中医证型及不同病程病人舌面部舌诊特征参数,为中医诊断信息的客观化研究提供一定的客观依据。方法:利用上海中医药大学健康辨识与评估实验室和亚太长江计算机集团有限公司共同研发的SmartTCM-I检测系统采集115例高血压病人的舌面信息,比较高血压不同中医证型、不同病程病人的舌面色分布特征参数。结果:不同证型高血压病人整体舌色、苔色参数存在一定差异,其中肝火亢盛证与阴虚阳亢证差异较为明显。高血压病程5~10年病人整体舌色参数绿(G)、蓝(B)值、色调(H)大于高血压病程<5年病人,高血压病程>10年病人整体舌色参数红(R)、G、B、H值大于高血压病程<5年病人(P<0.05);高血压病程5~10年病人整体苔色和面色参数的G、B值大于高血压病程<5年病人,高血压病程>10年病人整体苔色和面色参数的R、G、B值大于高血压病程<5年病人(P<0.05)。结论:高血压病人各证型整体舌色、苔色参数存在明显差异,不同病程的高血压病人舌色和面色参数也存在一定差异。舌、面诊客观特征参数可作为高血压中医辨证分型以及病程诊断的客观依据。

岭南中医妇科课程标准化教学改革

地域特色课程是中医药院校的新兴课程,是我国发展中医药事业和高等中医药教育教学改革的重要组成部分,课程质量是培育人才的基石。文章基于岭南中医妇科课程标准化建设研究,通过分析目前的中医人才的培育要求及中医院校课程标准化的现状,指出该课程教学改革的必要性,从教材编写、教学设计、教学比例、教师队伍、教学形式、教学方法及考评方式等方面提出思考及实践总结,强调思政立德树人,跟师守正创新。以期为同类课程设置及教学实践提供参考。

中医药文化融入中医药院校课程思政模式的探索--以《老年护理学》课程为例

[目的]以中医药院校《老年护理学》课程为例,积极探索将中医药文化融入课程思政教育的教学改革新模式。[方法]通过文献研究法等方法,聚焦护理专业育人本质,构建《老年护理学》中医药文化课程思政方案和评价体系。[结果]通过老年护理四个维度“认识、实践、感悟、创新”,构建出中医药课程思政方案教学模式,根据不同维度形成全方位的课程思政评价体系,促进课程思政的有效实施。[结论]将中医药文化融入课程思政,解决医学专业教育与思政育人“两张皮”现象,为中医药文化继承发扬及现代化中医药高素质人才培养,作出了有益探索和贡献。

基于培养学生中医思维目标的经典课程教学方法探讨

中医思维体现和影响着中医人的素质和修养,是成就高水平中医师的一个不可或缺的重要因素。在“健康中国”国家战略方针的指导之下,随着“新医科”的建设与实施,中医思维成为新时代中医学人才必备的关键能力。因此,如何培养和构建中医学生的中医思维能力成为中医药高等教育质量内涵建设的重要课题之一。基于此,文章将从渗透传统文化、“点破”思维方法、重视思维训练三个方面略谈在经典课程教学中的一些粗浅体会,以供同道参考。

中医药传统知识专门保护制度构建研究

中医药传统知识是中医药的核心内容,兼具卫生、经济、科技、文化、生态五重资源价值。目前中医药传统知识面临国外不当占有、盗用,国内传承、保护不力的双重困局,现行法律制度无法实现全面、系统保护,建立专门保护制度已成为必然选择。专门保护制度需要解决四个核心问题:对外防御侵占和不当占有,对内保护持有人权利并规范知识的获取与利用,化解持有人利益与社会公共利益之间的矛盾,处理与现行法律制度的衔接。在此基础上,提出构建中医药传统知识专门保护制度的四个机制,即阻却外国不当专利申请的防御机制、持有人权利保护机制、持有人利益与社会公共利益平衡机制、与现行法律制度的衔接机制,以更好促进中医药传统知识的保护、传承、创新、发展。

北京协和医学院临床医学改革试点班中医课程的教学评价

目的对首三届北京协和医学院临床医学专业“4+4”改革试点班的《中医学》课程进行教学评价。方法采用问卷星无记名问卷调查方式,统计及分析总结2019级、2020级和2021级学生填写的《中医学教学问卷调查表》。结果大部分学生对中医感兴趣、认为有必要学习《中医学》课程,认为《中医学》授课教师充分备课,教学内容与教材、教学大纲、授课PPT相匹配,教学内容与临床紧密结合,对教学手段和方法满意。结论教学评价有助于教师总结教学经验和提升《中医学》课程的教学质量。

中医特色护理门诊医护协作出诊实践分析

目的 探讨脾胃病专科中医特色护理门诊医护协作出诊开展的可行性及成效。方法 运用医院选拔原则确定出诊护师,与专科医师合作开设脾胃病专科中医特色护理门诊。通过对2023年医护协作出诊和2019年护师单独出诊的脾胃病专科中医特色护理门诊就诊患者进行问卷调查,分析对医疗护理服务的满意度。结果 脾胃病专科中医特色护理门诊医护协作出诊开展以来,护理门诊量由2019年的35人次/月上升到2023年的148人次/月,出诊时间由2019年的1次/周增设至2023年的3次/周。2023年护理门诊医护协作出诊的就诊患者对医疗护理服务的满意度高于2019年护师单独出诊,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脾胃病专科中医特色护理门诊医护协作出诊的开展,拓展了中医护理服务内涵,满足患者日益增长的个体化、多元化需求,提高患者对医疗护理服务的满意度。

中药药理研究方法学在线课程的构建

针对中药药理研究方法学课程传统教学中遇到的痛点问题,结合信息技术,积极进行在线课程建设。从在线课程的设计理念、构建、实施等方面加以论述,从对教学内容进行重构、拍摄前的准备工作、上线前的准备工作和运行前的准备工作4个方面重点阐释在线课程的构建过程。从实施效果看,该在线课程实施效果良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。

关于在医学高等教育中开设《疼痛学》课程教学的探讨

随着社会不断发展进步,人类对疼痛的关注和认识使得疼痛学这门学科兴起,多领域的学者都在研究该学科。疼痛学是现代医学的重要组成部分,其是以疼痛为主要症状的全科医学,也是多学科相互渗透交叉的边缘学科。本研究旨在探讨医学高等教育中开设《疼痛学》课程教学的必要性,探讨《疼痛学》教师团队的构建、《疼痛学》教材的编写和使用以及《疼痛学》的教学方法,传授医学本科生关于《疼痛学》临床诊疗思维和决策的相关方法学,给予本科生在疼痛科临床实习的指导性意见,为“医学生”未来提供多一门可供选择就业的临床专业,也为疼痛学科人才培养作出前期铺垫。

从“道”和“术”两个层面设计,以中医类课程思政为范例,探究临床医学专业的课程思政设计,培养临床医学专业学生学习优秀传统文化和传统医药的兴趣,增强民族自豪感,树立民族自信和文化自信。“道”的层面从价值引领、知识拓展和能力提升3个维度论述,帮助学生正确认识祖国优秀传统文化,正确认识人际关系,正确认识当今复杂国际关系,形成正确的价值观、人生观和世界观。“术”的层面以中医药的卓越疗效和光明前景入手,融思政与专业知识于一体,润物无声,激发学生对中医药的热爱,培养学生树立多学科结合解决问题的能力。

非正式学习的留学生学习中医经典课程的策略研究

从非正式学习的角度,设定学习目标、丰富学习资源、设计学习活动、拟定学习评价策略等,拓展留学生非正式学习中医经典课程的深度和广度,以此探究留学生学习中医经典课程的实现路径和策略,为提高学生学习效率、培养中医思维、形成辨证论治的能力奠定基础。结合理论与实践研究,发现非正式学习的关键是留学生自我管理能力和学习自觉的培养,朋辈间的协同学习是学习自觉的实现路径。同时,整合非正式学习与正式学习,可以更好地实现学习目标。

基于“五寓”课程思政理念的中医药人才培养策略研究——以“中药炮制学专论”课程为例

中药学类研究生课程重视中药学思维的培养,具有课程思政挖掘的良好基础,但课程思政缺乏系统设计,思政教育与专业教育融入未形成长效机制,专业课程考核和评价欠缺“课程思政”相关指标,“两张皮”问题仍然存在.为此以“中药炮制学专论”课程为例,课程团队践行“五寓”课程思政理念,通过对教学内容进行重构,改进教学方法,拓宽教育场域,实现思政目标与知识目标、能力目标和素质目标“同频共振”.“五寓”课程思政理念的凝练针对性地解决了研究生课程思政教与学中的问题,为中药学学科课程思政建设提供了保障.

一流课程建设背景下中药制药工艺学课程的建设与探讨

中药制药工艺学作为中药制药专业的专业核心课程,在中药制剂开发和生产中极为重要。在一流本科课程建设背景下,本文结合当前中药制药工艺学课程建设中存在的问题,从突出中医药思维培养、优化教学内容、加大综合性实验课程开设、强化讨论式教学、思政引领—制药工程与设备相结合的教学模式等方面进行中药制药工艺学课程建设探讨,有望为中药制药工艺学课程建设提供参考。
