There is seldom approach developed for the initial topology design of flexure-based compliant mechanisms. The most commonly-used approaches, which start with an existing rigid-body mechanism, do not consider the performances between different topologies. Moreover, they rely heavily on the rigid-body topology, therefore limit the diversity of compliant mechanisms topology. To obtain the optimal initial topology of such mechanisms directly from problem specifications without referencing to the existing mechanism topologies, a spring-joint method is presented for a restricted class of the serial passive flexure-based compliant mechanisms, which are the building blocks of parallel compliant mechanisms. The topology of the compliant mechanisms is represented by a serial spring-joint mechanism(SSJM) that is a traditional rigid-body mechanism with a torsional spring acting on each joint, and is described by position vectors of the spring-joints. A simplified compliance matrix, determined by the position vectors, is used to characterize the tip of the SSJM kinematically, and is optimized to ensure the desired freedoms of the compliant mechanisms during optimization. The topology optimization problem is formulated as finding out the optimal position of the spring-joints in a blank design domain with an objective function derived from the simplified compliance matrix. In design examples, syntheses of the compliant mechanisms with both single freedom and two decoupled freedoms are presented to illustrate the proposed method. Large Deformation Analysis and Synthesis of Elastic Closed-loop Mechanism Made of a Certain Spring Wire Described by Free Curves

Recently novel mechanisms with compact size and without many mechanical elements such as bearing are strongly required for medical devices such as surgical operation devices. This paper describes analysis and synthesis of elastic link mechanisms of a single spring beam which can be manufactured by NC coiling machines. These mechanisms are expected as disposable micro forceps. Smooth Curvature Model(SCM) with 3rd order Legendre polynomial curvature functions is applied to calculate large deformation of a curved cantilever beam by taking account of the balance between external and internal elastic forces and moments. SCM is then extended to analyze large deformation of a closed-loop curved elastic beam which is composed of multiple free curved beams. A closed-loop elastic link is divided into two free curved cantilever beams each of which is assumed as serially connected free curved cantilever beams described with SCM. The sets of coefficients of Legendre polynomials of SCM in all free curved cantilever beams are determined by taking account of the force and moment balance at connecting point where external input force is applied. The sets of coefficients of Legendre polynomials of a nonleaded closed-loop elastic link are optimized to design a link mechanism which can generate specified output motion due to input force applied at the assumed dividing point. For example, two planar micro grippers with a single pulling input force are analyzed and designed. The elastic deformation analyzed with proposed method agrees very well with that calculated with FEM. The designed micro gripper can generate the desired pinching motion. The proposed method can contribute to design compact and simple elastic mechanisms without high calculation costs. 展开更多

The loads acting on the sealing elements of balanced mechanical seals are analyzed. When the balance factor approaches the back pressure factor, the spring pressure will become main part of the face pressure. The leakage model of balanced mechanical seals is established on the base of M-B model for rough surface. Several GY-70 type balanced mechanical seals are tested. The influences of the spring pressure both on the leakage rate and on the friction characteristic of balanced mechanical seals are investigated. The research results indicate that as spring pressure increases, both the clear-ance between two end faces and the leakage rate will decrease, and the friction will be more serious because lubrication medium between the rotating ring and the stationary ring reduces, though the increase of the spring pressure may not be enough to change the face friction state of mechanical seals. There exists an optimum spring pressure for mechanical seal operation. Under this spring pres-sure, not only leakage rate is small, but also the seal end surfaces have a fine friction characteristic. Under different operating conditions, identical type mechanical seals may possess different spring pressure. Appropriate selection of spring pressure is valuable to realize long-period and small leakage rate operating of balanced mechanical seals. 展开更多

Negative stiffness mechanisms have great application potential in different fields, such as vibration isolation, energy absorption and mesh antenna unfolding. Although numerous compliant mechanisms with negative stiffness features have been implemented in literature, the designing work remains in its infancy, and proposing an original design strategy may open a new avenue for the future inventions. In this study, inspired by a toy, we developed a novel type of compliant mechanism composed of thin strips, possessing negative stiffness property under torsion. The negative stiffness feature is achieved by large deformation of the strips rather than mechanical buckling. As a consequence, the obtained negative stiffness segment covers a significantly long range. Demonstrated with examples, it was shown that the proposed mechanisms could be combined with other compliant mechanisms to realize long-range unusual torque-angle relationships, which can be used in different applications. 展开更多

The agglomeration of precipitated carbide is the sign that indicates spot welded joints structure of spring steel is fully tempered. Spot welded joints microstructure of nickelplaied spring steel is fully tempered in random tempering heat treatment process, and mechanical properties of the welded joints are advanced. A position and orientation compensation mechanism for the automatic docking device of a launch rocketwas established.The docking process was simulated,and the maximum docking deviation was used for the prototype testing of the compensation mechanism.The compensation mechanism mainly comprises four column pairmotion branch chains with the same structure.When the position of the ground connector panel changes relative to the moving platform,the sliding rods in the four motion branch chains move and rotate to either compress or stretch the connected spring,thereby compensating the position and orientation.First,the dynamic simulation model of the compensation mechanism was established.The docking process was then simulated under the maximum docking deviation.Bench testing of the automatic docking device prototype was carried out.Afterwards,the device was manufactured,and a maximum load test and maximum deviation test were carried out.The results demonstrate that the compensation mechanism meets the design requirements,and the spring stiffness was found as the most important factor in determining the mechanical properties of the system.The proposed compensation mechanism has a number of advantages,including a simple structure,large load bearing capacity,small size,simple installation,and adjustment. 展开更多

目的:设计医院“双通道”处方流转系统,解决患者需到零售药店自费购买谈判药品的问题。方法:该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,使用前后端分离的模式进行开发,以Oracle 10g作为数据库,通过SM4算法进行数据加密。其中前... 目的:设计医院“双通道”处方流转系统,解决患者需到零售药店自费购买谈判药品的问题。方法:该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,使用前后端分离的模式进行开发,以Oracle 10g作为数据库,通过SM4算法进行数据加密。其中前端采用Vue.js框架搭建,使用Element UI构建用户界面,通过AJAX调用后端的RESTful接口并使用JS对象简谱(JavaScript objection notation,JSON)进行数据交互;后端使用Spring Boot和MyBatis框架搭建。整个系统主要由就诊开方、处方详情查询、处方撤销3个功能模块组成。结果:经实际应用,该系统可实现医生按照赋予的权限开具药品处方、药师前置审方后自动上传至医保电子处方平台,患者可以直接去定点药店取药和结算,而且整个过程可追溯,达到了预期目标。结论:该系统能够满足参保患者的合理用药需求,确保患者及时合理地使用进入医保目录的谈判药品。 展开更多

Characteristics and design parameters of the air spring are explored in this study. Based on analyses of winding technology for this kind of package, the kinetic laws of the thread guide is put forward. General design equations of the cam profile are derived, and common kinetic laws of II linkage group which is used for such mechanism design is proposed. It proves theoretically that it is practicable. The experimental results indicate that it can meet the needs of technological demands, and the new thread guide mechanism has been used successfully on textile machines. 展开更多

天津市2018—2020年春节PM_(2.5)中水溶性无机离子特征及重污染过程分析

为阐明大气污染重点整治和新冠疫情影响下我国华北地区城市春节期间重污染过程PM_(2.5)中水溶性无机离子变化特征及其影响因素,本研究结合气态前体物浓度和气象要素,对天津市2018—2020年连续3年春节假期的2次重污染过程PM_(2.5)中主要... 为阐明大气污染重点整治和新冠疫情影响下我国华北地区城市春节期间重污染过程PM_(2.5)中水溶性无机离子变化特征及其影响因素,本研究结合气态前体物浓度和气象要素,对天津市2018—2020年连续3年春节假期的2次重污染过程PM_(2.5)中主要水溶性无机离子(WSIIs)浓度进行对比分析.结果表明,2018年和2020年春节假期PM_(2.5)平均浓度(98.32μg·m^(-3)和137.7μg·m^(-3))显著高于2019年(49.97μg·m^(-3)).PM_(2.5)平均浓度在污染期Ⅱ(2020年为206.5μg·m^(-3))是污染期Ⅰ(2018年98.32μg·m^(-3))的2.1倍;2次污染事件中NO_(2)浓度变化不大,而SO_(2)浓度在污染期Ⅱ(14.89μg·m^(-3))是污染期Ⅰ(30.04μg·m^(-3))的49.6%.SNA在WSIIs中占比超过77%,主要以NH_(4)NO_(3)、(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)形式存在,其中NH_(4)NO_(3)为最主要的无机盐,且污染期Ⅱ的NH_(4)NO_(3)浓度远高于污染期Ⅰ.此外,污染期Ⅱ的PM_(2.5)/CO、SOR、NOR均明显升高,表明更有效的SO_(4)^(2-)和NO_(3)^(-)形成过程是导致污染期Ⅱ中PM_(2.5)浓度偏高的主要原因之一.不利的边界层高度、相对湿度、风速等气象要素形成静稳、强逆温天气,导致大气环境容量减小,并使得污染期Ⅱ的二次无机气溶胶生成效率大幅提高,进而削弱了疫情效应与减排措施的影响.而污染期Ⅰ除了二次转化外,PM_(2.5)浓度可能更多受到区域传输等影响. 展开更多

富氢环境下镍钛形状记忆合金弹簧变形行为的实验和理论研究

镍钛形状记忆合金器件在某些特定服役环境下不可避免地与氢接触,导致其力学性能发生改变.实验研究方面,通过对两种构型(弹簧指数为8.5和11.7)的镍钛合金弹簧进行异位电解充氢,随后对充氢和未充氢镍钛合金弹簧进行不同幅值的拉伸-卸载实... 镍钛形状记忆合金器件在某些特定服役环境下不可避免地与氢接触,导致其力学性能发生改变.实验研究方面,通过对两种构型(弹簧指数为8.5和11.7)的镍钛合金弹簧进行异位电解充氢,随后对充氢和未充氢镍钛合金弹簧进行不同幅值的拉伸-卸载实验,揭示了氢对超弹性镍钛合金弹簧变形行为的影响.结果表明,氢会显著影响弹簧的相变硬化行为,并且使马氏体相变临界力下降地更为迅速.理论研究方面,基于实验结果,在不可逆热力学框架下构建了镍钛形状记忆合金力-扩散耦合本构模型.在该本构模型中,考虑了与弹性,马氏体相变和氢致膨胀相关的应变和氢浓度场对马氏体相变的影响.通过建立的Helmholtz自由能推导出相变行为的热力学驱动力.基于质量守恒定律和Fick定律,得到氢浓度场的演化方程.为了准确地描述充氢和未充氢镍钛合金弹簧的变形行为,在建立的本构模型基础上,进一步发展了描述弹簧力-扩散耦合变形行为并考虑其扭转、弯曲变形模式的半解析模型.通过与实验结果的对比,可以发现,提出的半解析理论模型能够很好地预测富氢环境下超弹性镍钛合金弹簧的变形行为. 展开更多

针对某汽车侧门锁紧急情况下开启需求,提出了弹簧连杆应急快开机构,可实现小开启力和优先级高的开启操作。以奇异位形、棘轮棘爪接触状态和限位接触状态为划分依据,研究了不同工况下应急开启支链在运动过程中的多运动模式和变拓扑结构;... 针对某汽车侧门锁紧急情况下开启需求,提出了弹簧连杆应急快开机构,可实现小开启力和优先级高的开启操作。以奇异位形、棘轮棘爪接触状态和限位接触状态为划分依据,研究了不同工况下应急开启支链在运动过程中的多运动模式和变拓扑结构;经过静力学分析,得到了应急开启的必要条件;通过Adams软件仿真,验证了应急开启支链在车门锁内快速开启的可行性;用控制变量法对应急开启支链的开启时间和开启时间一致性进行研究,主弹簧刚度在5~7 N/mm内,预载荷在75~85 N范围内,主弹簧最大储能位置偏移小,满足开启时间的一致性。提出的弹簧连杆应急快开机构嵌入汽车侧门锁内,满足小开启力、高优先级和开启时间的要求,为应急快开支链设计及性能优化提供了重要理论依据。 展开更多

微机电系统(MEMS)惯性开关在引信领域有广阔的应用前景,但可用于引信工作环境的低g值型MEMS惯性开关较少。对此,为低发射过载的弹药引信提出一种低闭合阈值的MEMS惯性开关设计方案,满足引信识别低g值冲击信号的功能需求,实现稳定接通引... 微机电系统(MEMS)惯性开关在引信领域有广阔的应用前景,但可用于引信工作环境的低g值型MEMS惯性开关较少。对此,为低发射过载的弹药引信提出一种低闭合阈值的MEMS惯性开关设计方案,满足引信识别低g值冲击信号的功能需求,实现稳定接通引信电源的功能,同时具备抵抗引信工作环境中高过载的能力,提高引信可靠性。依据触发信号特征和引信工作环境提出设计要求,对惯性开关的振荡模型进行理论分析,阐明惯性开关结构尺寸对开关性能的影响规律,给出开关整体设计方案,并应用ANSYS有限元软件对设计结果进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所设计的惯性开关能够监测幅值为20g、脉宽为1 ms的冲击信号,开关响应时间小于1 ms,电极接触时间长于30μs,抗过载性能达到12 000g,满足性能指标要求。 展开更多
