Then the effect of the additive amount of CaCO3 on mechanical properties of the product was analyzed, and a compatible mechanism between CaCO3 particles and the main component of PP was established. In the end, the mechanical performance of the products was studied when the natural light degradation was changed. The experiment results show that after adding CaCO3 to the PP spun-bonded nonwovens and through the application of complex coupling agent and organic modification, hardcore of rigid particles and polymer composite elastomers can be combined together tightly and disperse rapidly and evenly in the main part of PP. In addition, CaCO3 can catalyze the light degradation of PP spun-bonded nonwovens. The larger the content of CaCO3 is, the faster the light degradation will be.展开更多

In this study, we first used Wilcoxon test and Pearson correlation analysis to investigate the effect of intercalation rate on structural variables and product performance. Then, regression models were constructed to predict the values of each structural variable under different combinations of process parameters. Finally, we constructed a multi-objective constrained optimization problem based on the stepwise regression model and the product variable conditions. The result indicates that the method can improve the wettability of PET nonwovens remarkably, but the aging decay of the sample's wettability is found to be notable as a function of the storage time after treatment due to the internal rotation of the single bond of surface macromolecules. As shown by SEM and XPS analysis, the etching and surface reaction are significant, and water-penetration weight is found to increase remarkably with the increasing power. This variation can be attributed to momentum transfer and enhanced higher-energy particle excitation.展开更多

Characterizations of the graphene were conducted by UV-visihle absorption spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Then the spunlaid-melthlowing-spuulaid (SMS) nonwovens were treated with the graphene solution via pad-dry-cure process. The surface and the antistatic property of the obtained nonwovens were tested. The results showed that O. 1 mg/mL graphene solution exhibited good stability in water. When treated with this solution, the graphene could be evenly dispersed on SMS nonwovens and the nonwovens had an excellent antistatic performance and a high relatively antistatic durability.展开更多
