Objective To calculate the number of pregnant women who receive standardized prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT)services for HIV annually.Methods HIV-positive pregnant women in six counties of Liangshan ... Objective To calculate the number of pregnant women who receive standardized prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT)services for HIV annually.Methods HIV-positive pregnant women in six counties of Liangshan Prefecture in 2017 were selected as study subjects.The entire process,from when the subjects first received the PMTCT of HIV services to the end,was divided into four stages,which were further divided into 25 phases.The equivalent coefficient was used to indicate the weight of workload in each phase.Seven experts were invited to score the equivalent coefficient;the number of pregnant women who received standardized services to prevent the transmission of HIV was calculated.Results A total of 663 HIV-positive pregnant women were registered in six Liangshan Prefecture counties in 2017.This figure was converted into 7,780 person-months devoted to HIV-positive pregnant women,with 260 person-months(3.34%)spent on the first antenatal care,1,510 person-months(19.41%)during pregnancy,378 person-months(4.86%)on delivery,and 5,632 person-months(72.39%)on post-partum period.The equivalent coefficient calculation showed that 314 HIV-positive pregnant women received standardized PMTCT services.Conclusion The number of pregnant women receiving standardized services for the PMTCT of HIV can be calculated accurately using the equivalent method to identify the gap between the level of PMTCT of HIV intervention services needed and the actual workload. 展开更多

Background: In recent years various standards have been proposed for assessment and supervision of healthcare systems. One of the most popular of them in health care area is Joint Commission International (JCI) standards of US. This study has been conducted to investigate executive potentials related Accreditation Standards of Maternity and birth services of this commission in hospitals providing maternity and birth services in Ardebil Province. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic study conducted as cross-sectional on 232 employees of three hospitals in Ardebil including Alavi, Arta and Sabalan who were randomly chosen. This is a multi-stage study that in stage 1, an accreditation tool for maternity and birth services was designed based on JCI standards. Validity and reliability of questionnaire was measured by Alpha Cronbach. In stage 2, score of different dimension of Accreditation Standards of MOS was calculated using data obtained from questionnaires distributed among a sample of 232 hospitals personnel;all of them were working in maternity and birth field. Statistical tests used are one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), dunnets post hoc and correlation test that all of them were calculated by SPSS V. 18. Results: Result showed that all of the MOS accreditation standards components were capable in selected hospitals. Arta hospital earned the highest score of standards (mean = 149/4) and Alavi hospital received the lowest score (mean = 128/04) of the maximum attainable score (186). Also, significant difference was observed between selected hospitals in total score of MOS standards (F = 50/432, p < 0/00). Conclusion: Based on study findings, there is an inequality between Ardebils hospital in field of MOS accreditation standards. Public hospitals are in more difficult situation compared to private hospitals, therefore Health Care System policy makers must pay attention systematically and specially to implementation of international standards in order to improve health care impacts in public hospitals. 展开更多

Despite all this, attacker knowledge by cybercriminals has advanced and resulted in different attack methodologies on the internet and its data stores. This paper will discuss the origin and significance of Denial of Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). These kinds of attacks remain the most effective methods used by the bad guys to cause substantial damage in terms of operational, reputational, and financial damage to organizations globally. These kinds of attacks have hindered network performance and availability. The victim’s network is flooded with massive illegal traffic hence, denying genuine traffic from passing through for authorized users. Currently,ocean data portals are being developed around the world based on Geographic Information Systems(GIS) as a source of ocean data and information.However,given the relatively high temporal frequency and the intrinsic spatial nature of ocean data and information,no current GIS software is adequate to deal effectively and efficiently with spatiotemporal data.Furthermore,while existing ocean data portals are generally designed to meet the basic needs of a broad range of users,they are sometimes very complicated for general audiences,especially for those without training in GIS.In this paper,a new technical architecture for an ocean data integration and service system is put forward that consists of four layers:the operation layer,the extract,transform,and load(ETL) layer,the data warehouse layer,and the presentation layer.The integration technology based on the XML,ontology,and spatiotemporal data organization scheme for the data warehouse layer is then discussed.In addition,the ocean observing data service technology realized in the presentation layer is also discussed in detail,including the development of the web portal and ocean data sharing platform.The application on the Taiwan Strait shows that the technology studied in this paper can facilitate sharing,access,and use of ocean observation data.The paper is based on an ongoing research project for the development of an ocean observing information system for the Taiwan Strait that will facilitate the prevention of ocean disasters. 展开更多
