To improve the harmonic suppression ability of multi-pulse rectifier,a 12-pulse rectifier based on zigzag autotransformer by DC side active compensation strategy is proposed.By controlling the small capacity current i...To improve the harmonic suppression ability of multi-pulse rectifier,a 12-pulse rectifier based on zigzag autotransformer by DC side active compensation strategy is proposed.By controlling the small capacity current inverter to generate compensating currents and injecting the currents directly into the DC side of the system,the grid-side currents of the rectifier can be approximated to sine wave.Using zigzag autotransformer as phase-shifting transformer can block the zero sequence current components and reduce the equivalent capacity of the rectifying system.The study on harmonic distortion rate of grid-side currents with the variation of the load shows that the harmonic content of the compensated rectifier decreases significantly under various load conditions.The harmonic content of the grid-side currents of the proposed active injection rectifier is only 1.17%,and the equivalent capacity of the rectifier is calculated.The results show that the rectifier can not only suppress the harmonic currents,but also have a lower equivalent capacity.展开更多

The transformer chosen for study has a ra...This paper investigates the effect of iron core saturation characteristic degree on the onset of chaotic ferrore-sonance and duration of transient chaos in an autotransformer. The transformer chosen for study has a rating of 50 MVA, 635.1 kV, the magnetization characteristic of the autotransformer is modeled by a single-value two-term polynomial with q = 5, 7, 11. The core loss is modeled by a linear resistance and is considered a fix value for it. Simulation results are derived by using MATLAB software and nonlinear dynamics tool such as bifurcation and phase plan diagrams. It is shown settling down to the chaotic region is increased when degree of core nonlinearity is gone from 5 to 11.展开更多
The cluster DC voltage balancing control adopting zero-sequence voltage injection is appropriate for the starconnected cascaded H-bridge STATCOM because no zerosequence currents are generated in the three-phase three-...The cluster DC voltage balancing control adopting zero-sequence voltage injection is appropriate for the starconnected cascaded H-bridge STATCOM because no zerosequence currents are generated in the three-phase three-wire system.However,as the zero-sequence voltage is expressed in trigonometric form,traditional control methods involve many complicated operations,such as the square-root,trigonometric operations,and inverse tangent operations.To simplify cluster voltage balancing control,this paper converts the zero-sequence voltage to the dq frame in a DC representation by introducing a virtually orthogonal variable,and the DC components of the zero-sequence voltage in the dq frame are regulated linearly by proportional integral regulators,rather than being calculated from uneven active powers in traditional controls.This removes all complicated operations.Finally,this paper presents simulation and experimental results for a 400 V±7.5 kvar star-connected STATCOM,in balanced and unbalanced scenarios,thereby verifying the effectiveness of the proposed control.展开更多
为了在特高压环境下正确应用变压器差动保护,需要对特高压变压器进行合理建模,并进行相应的电磁暂态仿真。根据三绕组自耦变压器星型等值电路的原理,用电磁暂态仿真软件EMTDC中的统一电磁等效电路(unified magnetic equivalent circuit,...为了在特高压环境下正确应用变压器差动保护,需要对特高压变压器进行合理建模,并进行相应的电磁暂态仿真。根据三绕组自耦变压器星型等值电路的原理,用电磁暂态仿真软件EMTDC中的统一电磁等效电路(unified magnetic equivalent circuit,UMEC)普通三绕组变压器模型来模拟1000MVA/1050kV三绕组自耦变压器,将特高压变压器参数折算成UMEC模型参数,形成特高压变压器模型。在特高压环境下,分别进行励磁涌流和故障电流仿真,并用于考察应用得最为广泛的2次谐波闭锁的变压器差动保护的动作可靠性。分析表明:当合闸角和剩磁满足一定条件时,特高压变压器三相励磁涌流的2次谐波含量都会在10%以下,即使采用一相制动三相的2次谐波闭锁策略,如果2次谐波门槛值维持在15%~20%,也不能避免差动保护误动;另外,在某些轻微故障的情况下,故障初期故障电流的2次谐波含量成分较高,会使保护动作短暂延迟。展开更多
