In order to study the resonance of a rotating circular plate under static loads in magnetic field, the nonlinear vibration equation about the spinning circular plate is derived according to Hamilton principle. The algebraic expression of the initial deflection and the magneto elastic forced disturbance differential equation are obtained through the application of Galerkin integral method. By mean of modified Multiple scale method, the strongly nonlinear amplitude-frequency response equation in steady state is established. The amplitude frequency characteristic curve and the relationship curve of amplitude changing with the static loads and the excitation force of the plate are obtained according to the numerical calculation. The influence of magnetic induction intensity, the speed of rotation and the static loads on the amplitude and the nonlinear characteristics of the spinning plate are analyzed. The proposed research provides the theory reference for the research of nonlinear resonance of rotating plates in engineering.展开更多

The performance of the composite phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor was evaluated using the rotary hanging sheet corrosion test, the static scale inhibition test and the corrosion electrochemical test. And the surface morphology of the carbon steel was observed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Orthogonal experiment results indicated that the optimal mass ratios of amino acid: Zn2+ synergist: HPMA: corrosion inhibitor D: acrylic acid copolymer was 0.5:10:12:1:8. It was also observed that phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor based on an anodic reaction through the electrochemical corrosion experiment, its annual corrosion rate and scale inhibition rate reached 0.0176 mm·a–1 and 98.3%, respectively, showing excellent corrosion and scale inhibition performance.展开更多

Such feedback is detailedly analyzed from the viewpoint of equivalent damping. Firstly, the primary resonance of the controlled HSLDS vibration isolator subjected to a harmonic force excitation is obtained based on the multiple scales method and further verified by numerical integration. The stability of the primary resonance is subsequently investigated. Then, the equivalent damping is defined to study the effects of feedback gain and time delay on primary resonance. The condition of jump avoidance is obtained with the purpose of eliminating the adverse effects induced by jumps. Finally, the force transmissibility of the controlled HSLDS vibration isolator is defined to evaluate its isolation performance. It is shown that an appropriate choice of feedback parameters can effectively suppress the force transmissibility in resonant region and reduce the resonance frequency. Furthermore, a wider vibration isolation frequency bandwidth can be achieved compared to the passive HSLDS vibration isolator.展开更多
