Application of Blank Symbols in Japanese Architecture and Indoor Designs

A symbol is an expression of meaning,while blank symbols express special meanings.By focusing on the application of blank symbols in Japanese architecture and indoor designs,we analyzed the aesthetic principles in Japanese architecture and indoor designs from the perspective of semiotics,such as“Kongji,”“Emptiness,”and“Dying out,”and their minimalist and pure design concepts.Traditional Chinese culture was also further explored,especially the profound influence of the“Chan sect”and the philosophy of“unity of heaven and mankind”on Japanese architecture and designs.This study aims to facilitate the coexistence and mutual appreciation of Chinese and Japanese architectural designs.

Cultural Inheritance and Innovation in Contemporary Architectural Landscape Design——On the Design Conception of New Suzhou Museum by Ieoh Ming Pei

This study aimed to discuss the mental alogia of national culture in the modernization of architectural landscape design. Taking new Suzhou Museum for an example, the territorial cultural characteristics, the style and color of constructions and the application of new materials and technologies in this museum were analyzed, and the demonstration methods of Chinese culture in contemporary architectural design was discussed. The new Suzhou Museum designed by Ieoh Ming Pei properly handled the relationship between tradition and modernity, artistic form and culture, demonstration of cultural connotation and new materials and technologies through the outstanding design conceptions and artistic demonstration skills, which has provided precious and professional experience for the nationalization and modernization of contemporary Chinese architectural design.

Analysis of Regional Culture in Landscape Architecture Design

After the specific explanation of regional culture,the paper has analyzed its generation source and development tendency,discussed its relation with landscape architecture design,considers that it is one of the important creation sources for landscape architecture design,and landscape architecture design has provided a carrier for the development of regional culture.It has pointed out that the regression of regional culture corresponds with humanistic design idea,and also the inevitable trend of historical development.It has criticized the design method of abandoning native characteristic culture and imitating other cultures.Only based on native culture and by absorbing advanced idea of modern design,Chinese landscape design level will improve constantly,so that Chinese culture will be established in world cultures.

Design and development of infrastructure of the Dome A Kunlun Station(2005–2015)

To enable further advanced study of Antarctica, a new station called Kunlun Station has been built by China in the Dome A region of the inland East Antarctic ice sheet. This paper describes the Antarctic station building design system that was developed with consideration of factors that may affect Kunlun Station, such as environment and climate, construction work and transport, environmental protection and energy conservation, psychological requirements and functional requirements. The design system included site selection, station planning, external building form, construction work, function and indoor environment, energy conservation, environmental protection, and material strategy. We also describe the experience acquired during the transportation and construction phases of Kunlun Station.

Impression Remolding: On Design of Lijiang Railway Station

This paper takes "impression remolding" as the hint of design concept, analyzes uniqueness and correlation of Lijiang Train Station, and also multiple design techniques of integrating regional cultural elements, such as roofi ng cluster.

Architectural Requirements for Improving Social Interactions in Subway Stations： An Evidence Based Design Approach

Environmental design is concerned with the function of people within an environment and their interactions. Subway stations spaces are important examples of public spaces that are in close connection with the social life of people. Also, the fact that the social interactions and relations between people and city environments are becoming indispensable for subway station space indicates that these spaces play an essential role in urban life. This paper addresses the result of a study conducted by the authors on the influential elements pivotal to the improvement of social interactions in subway stations. The theory of John Lang in Urban design with consideration of social interaction was considered in this study. The objective of the study was to identify the architectural requirements in improving social interaction between people and environment in subway station spaces according to an evidence based design approach. To do so, relevant literature in different disciplines, architecture, urban design, social sustainability and so on, were reviewed Next, the most important environmental factors which contribute to human behavior in public spaces were derived and analyzed. Data of the study were collected via questionnaires filled out by the users of Tehran＇s subway stations. The collected data were analyzed and the architectural elements/requirements for improving social interactions were classified. The results of the study indicate that in the case of architectural requirements, contribution to the improvement of social interactions, design considerations for physical and mental safety, accessibility and lighting are the most important factors.

中国传统文化在建筑设计中的传承研究

建筑是中国传统文化的重要载体之一,建筑与文化之间的深刻联系贯穿了中国古代建筑体系中的每一个方面。文章以建筑设计为研究对象,从实用、审美、文化角度阐述了传统文化在古代建筑设计中的应用价值;从设计思想、形式、内容等方面以经典案例探讨了传统文化在现代建筑设计中的传承体现;综合现代建筑设计特点,提出了传统文化在现代建筑设计中的传承设计原则,旨在为现代建筑设计增强文化内涵提供思路。

基于岭南传统建筑元素的文化创意产品设计研究

文章以设计的角度研究岭南传统建筑的创新转化,旨在为岭南传统建筑的“活态化”应用提供新的途径。岭南传统建筑是岭南文化的瑰宝,是地域性的文物,承载着该地区的历史记忆。文章论述了岭南传统建筑的三种形式,提出以原型式设计、情景式设计两种思路去创意开发岭南传统建筑文化创意产品,并以镬耳墙与茶具相结合进行设计实践。结果表明,现代设计能够赋能传统建筑文化,将静态的岭南建筑文化以可移动、可消费的实体产品融入日常的生活中,以期赋予传统建筑新的生命力和时代价值,达到文化传承传播与经济效益的双赢。

河源客家建筑元素在服装与服饰设计中的研究与应用

客家文化是我国重要的传统文化之一。以河源客家建筑文化为研究出发点,依据河源客家建筑的文化特点、建筑形态、空间结构、装饰艺术等,从中提取围龙屋结构、水、雕刻、彩绘等设计元素,分析并探讨河源客家建筑与现代服装设计的关联性,将建筑元素与服装、饰品设计相结合,设计出系列服装与服饰作品,增加服装、服饰产品的艺术审美价值与市场竞争力,达到文化传承和再发展的目的。

文化传播视角下香港博物馆建筑空间设计策略研究

该文从文化传播的视角出发,以香港博物馆建筑空间为研究对象,结合实地调研和专家评分法,从场地布局、整体造型和表皮细部这三个维度以及相应十五个要素,对香港博物馆建筑空间设计的文化表达性进行研究。通过分析研究,归纳香港博物馆各要素表达城市文化的特点,并综合提出了香港博物馆建筑空间优化设计策略,以提升其表达城市文化内涵的能力,并为其他城市博物馆等文化建筑的建设和发展提供积极参考。

基于站城一体化理念的地铁站环境改造设计策略——以大连地铁蔡大岭站为例

随着城市化进程的推动和站城一体化理念的提出,城市综合体作为一个必然的产物应运而生。一种集交通、购物、休闲及商用等多种城市功能于一体的新型建筑体系开始出现。文章以大连地铁蔡大岭站为研究对象,融入大连城市本身地域文化,对大连蔡大岭地铁站建筑的改造进行站城一体化研究。

地域文化传承下的综合康养社区规划与适老居住建筑设计教学探讨

建筑学住宅设计及住区规划课程以“适老与更新——既有建筑改造前提下的综合康养社区规划与适老居住建筑设计”为主题,赛教结合,通过实地调研、定性、定量分析等环节,尝试引导学生关注社会、人文、环境。课程强化问题导向,并将社区规划与居住建筑设计与所属地域文化相融合,以培养学生规划与建筑设计中的适老化设计能力。该探索可以为建筑设计教学改革尝试提供借鉴。

文化建筑的地域性与时代感

建筑的地域性与时代感是永恒的话题。本文从地域性与行政区划、过去式与现在式、逻辑学上的排他性、以历史的眼光理解传统建筑形态的必然性和优点的相对性、回归设计的基本问题等5个方面阐述了笔者对传统、地域及当代建筑的理解,提出以历史的眼光看待过去的成就、合乎逻辑地总结地域传统、创造属于当代的建筑、关注建筑学的基本问题等观点。本文反对东施效颦式地“继承”传统,呼唤“诚实”的建造,鼓励从传统建筑的原型中挖掘其对当代建筑设计的借鉴价值。

为国家版本资源永续保存而设计——以中国国家版本馆中央总馆为例

建设中国国家版本馆,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大决策,是文明大国建设的基础工程,是功在当代、利在千秋的标志性文化工程,充分体现了传承发展中华文化的高度自觉、汲取历史智慧更好走向未来的历史主动,具有重要的战略意义[1]。国家版本馆的主要任务是保藏,因此版本资源的永续保存是国家版本馆建筑设计的关键所在。在系统梳理了版本资源永续保存面临的主要安全问题的基础上,对国内外版本资源永续保存历史、现状及发展情况进行调查研究和经验归纳,通过中国国家版本馆中央总馆的设计研究和实践总结,从场址选择、长远发展、保藏空间与模式、防灾减灾、环境控制、功能复合、文化传承等7个方面提出我国版本资源永续保存的技术路径。

基于贵州苗族文化背景下地域化建筑设计研究

随着经济的全球化,城市建筑出现了趋同性。以贵州苗族建筑项目案例分析着手,通过对苗族居住环境、民居建筑、银饰、服饰、音乐和装饰等文化元素的提取和应用,得出地域文化在现代建筑设计中的设计表达方式,为贵州今后的苗族地域化建筑设计提供借鉴和参考。

岭南山水之间的“两观三性”融合营造——广州国家版本馆

中国国家版本馆项目是纳入国家“十四五”规划的重大文化传世工程。中华版本传世工程聚焦展示大国形象、坚定文化自信、赓续中华文脉、推动文明对话的功能定位。中国国家版本馆广州分馆设计团队运用“两观三性”建筑理论作为总体指导思想,提出“中华典藏、岭南山水、时代新韵、文明灯塔”的总体设计构思,连贯打通规划与布局、建筑与空间、环境与景观、工法与细部、绿色生态智慧技术等多个设计维度,融合营造岭南山水之间的中华文化殿堂。

晋商文化在建筑空间设计中的运用

本文提出在传承中国优秀传统建筑智慧,满足建筑地域性表达要求的同时,应采取先进的绿色建造技术,通过“被动优先、主动优化”的建筑主导型设计策略,将建筑的绿色设计技术融入建筑的文脉营造中,并在此基础上进行建筑设计创作实践,探讨新时代下文化建筑的传承创新路径。

南京民国建筑基因提取及智能辅助创新设计研究

目的基于对南京民国建筑文化进行保护的视角,探寻南京民国建筑基因的现代设计传承路径,挖掘人工智能辅助南京民国建筑主题文创产品设计的新思路。方法首先,选择25处代表性南京民国建筑作为研究对象,根据建筑基因理论解析南京民国建筑基因的类型,对立面样式、屋顶造型、装饰纹样、色彩搭配、建筑材料、空间环境、情感因素7类基因进行图谱绘制;其次,运用层次分析法对基因图谱进行权重计算并选取设计因子;再次,使用形状文法重构设计因子,将演变后的设计因子输入人工智能软件并生成50张纹样图形样本;最后,基于SOR理论模型进行实验评价,选出智能生成纹样中最符合南京民国建筑风格的样本并应用于文创设计之中。结果构建南京民国建筑基因图谱及判断矩阵评价模型,选取典型因子并采用人工智能软件生成纹样,形成了文创智能化设计新模式。结论对南京民国建筑基因提取及智能辅助设计进行研究,展示了南京民国建筑基因所具备的遗传、选择、复制、变异等特性,实现了建筑遗产的创造性转化、创新性发展,同时显示了智能辅助文创设计的可能性,提升了文创产品的文化内涵。

城市荒野的生态与文化价值研究进展

【目的】在当前中国生态文明建设的背景下,城市荒野的生态价值和文化价值日益凸显。理解城市荒野的综合价值可以为城市规划和管理提供重要参考,进而引导城市荒野的保护和恢复工作,促进社区参与和公众教育,提升居民的生活质量和福祉。【方法】在解析城市荒野概念内涵的基础上,聚焦其生态价值与文化价值,对30年来国内外研究进展进行梳理,总结共识,探讨未来可深入推进的方向。【结果】发现学界对城市荒野的理解可归纳为3种倾向:注重特定地点生态特性的城市荒野地、强调居民野性感知的野性体验点、结合生态与体验的城市荒野景观及城市野境。从生态视角来看,不同类型的城市荒野对应着保持或恢复自然主导作用的不同历程,其高度的自我调节能力形成的野性自然为城市提供了多种生态系统服务;从文化视角来看,居民的自然形象、景观偏好和景观体验与城市荒野的意象、评价、求趣与寄情相关联。【结论】基于对城市荒野生态价值与文化价值的辨析,总结出3个方面的联系以供后续研究探讨:1)城市荒野的动态演变是促进荒野感知的关键特征;2)城市荒野以自然过程为主导的特征对文化感知具有双重作用;3)生态与文化视角的融合共同影响着城市荒野生态系统的稳定性和发展前景。可为风景园林领域的从业者和研究者提出建议。
