Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to optimize the design of charging station deployed at the terminal station for electric transit,with explicit consideration of heterogenous charging modes.Design/methodology/approach–The authors proposed a bi-level model to optimize the decision-making at both tactical and operational levels simultaneously.Specifically,at the operational level(i.e.lower level),the service schedule and recharging plan of electric buses are optimized under specific design of charging station.The objective of lower-level model is to minimize total daily operational cost.This model is solved by a tailored column generation-based heuristic algorithm.At the tactical level(i.e.upper level),the design of charging station is optimized based upon the results obtained at the lower level.A tabu search algorithm is proposed subsequently to solve the upper-level model.Findings–This study conducted numerical cases to validate the applicability of the proposed model.Some managerial insights stemmed from numerical case studies are revealed and discussed,which can help transit agencies design charging station scientifically.Originality/value–The joint consideration of heterogeneous charging modes in charging station would further lower the operational cost of electric transit and speed up the market penetration of battery electric buses. 展开更多

Various protective devices are adopted to protect the station in the extreme conditions against excessive power of airflow, excessive torsion of the shaft, over-pressure of the chamber, over-speed of rotation, power failure, and so on. In addition, the power generation technology for distributed photovoltaic has matured. This paper presents a design scheme for a fast charging station for electric vehicles equipped with distributed photovoltaic power generation system taking the area with certain conditions in Beijing as an example construction site. The technical indexes and equipment lectotype covering the general framework and subsystems of the charging station are determined by analyzing the charging service demand of fast charging stations. In this study, the layout of the station is developed and the operation benefits of the station is analyzed. The design scheme realizes the design objective of "rationalization, modularization and intelligentization" of the fast charging station and can be used as reference for the construction of a fast charging network in urban area. 展开更多

The stratosphere airship provides a unique and promising platform for earth observation. Researches on the project design and control scheme for earth observation platforms are still rarely documented. Nonlinear dynamics, model uncertainties, and external disturbances contribute to the difficulty in maneuvering the stratosphere airship. A key technical challenge for the earth observation platform is station keeping, or the ability to remain fixed over a geo-location. This paper investigates the conceptual design, modeling and station-keeping attitude control of the near-space earth observation platform. A conceptual design of the earth observation platform is presented. The dynamics model of the platform is derived from the Newton-Euler formulation, and the station-keeping control system of the platform is formulated. The station-keeping attitude control approach for the platform is proposed. The multi-input multi-output nonlinear control system is decoupled into three single-input single-output linear subsystems via feedback linearization, the attitude controller design is carried out on the new linear systems using terminal sliding mode control, and the global stability of the closed-loop system is proven by using the Lyapunov theorem. The performance of the designed control system is simulated by using the variable step Runge-Kutta integrator. Simulation results show that the control system tracks the commanded attitude with an error of zero, which verify the effectiveness and robustness of the designed control system in the presence of parametric uncertainties. The near-space earth observation platform has several advantages over satellites, such as high resolution, fast to deploy, and convenient to retrieve, and the proposed control scheme provides an effective approach for station-keeping attitude control of the earth observation platform. 展开更多

The study shows that the sites have many problems such as discordance of land use, severity of spatial segregation, low rate of site utilization. To solve these problems, development approaches of site space resources within 1,000 m around the site area are further explored. The approaches include four aspects: characteristics of land use, functional composite, walking guide and shuttle transportation. 大型封闭空间中UWB定位基站拓扑的通用设计方法

超宽带(ultra-wide band,UWB)技术是无人装备在巡检具有多障碍物的大型封闭空间时获取定位坐标的主要方法之一。目前主要依赖人工方式设计UWB定位基站拓扑的构型、位置和数量。这种方式存在设计效率低下,设计效果未知,性价比难以确定等... 超宽带(ultra-wide band,UWB)技术是无人装备在巡检具有多障碍物的大型封闭空间时获取定位坐标的主要方法之一。目前主要依赖人工方式设计UWB定位基站拓扑的构型、位置和数量。这种方式存在设计效率低下,设计效果未知,性价比难以确定等问题。为此,本文提出了一套较为科学完善的定位基站拓扑评价体系,并提出了一种在大型封闭空间中自动设计定位基站拓扑的通用方法。该方法以仿真模拟为基础,通过遗传算法结合拓扑评价体系,自动生成贴合实际应用场景的最优拓扑方案,包括最优的基站布设数量以及布设位置信息。实验结果表明:1)经通用设计方法生成的拓扑相比使用基站数量最多的拓扑,综合性能提高了6.2%;相比使用基站数量最少的拓扑,综合性能提高了21.2%。2)经通用设计方法生成的拓扑相比人工设计的锯齿形拓扑,综合性能提高了11.4%,设计效率提高了92.9%。可见,针对具有多障碍物的大型封闭空间场景,本文的方法可以在较短的时间内设计出综合性能较优,性价比较高的定位基站拓扑,为无人装备在此类大型封闭空间中开展全自主定位和巡检奠定了基础。 展开更多

[目的]鉴于大型城市轨道交通(以下简称“城轨”)换乘车站数量不断增加,以及该类车站具有埋深较大、人员密集、逃生救援场地受限的特征,应急防灾难度和压力十分突出,因此需要对此类型车站的应急防灾进行设计。[方法]以武汉光谷广场综合体工程作为实际案例,从火灾防护、大客流防护、洪涝防护、恐袭防护及突发疫情防护等5个重点方面,分析大型城市轨道交通车站所面临的灾害特征,结合方案设计、模拟仿真、计算分析等方式,对不同类型的灾害提出解决方案。[结果及结论]采用开放式的建筑布局和贯通的人行交通层,结合自然排烟与下沉广场设置准安全区,是困难条件下大型地下空间的有效消防措施;结合车站特点分析客流高峰情况,对不同时段、不同类型的使用人群进行分类,并设置相对独立、交叉少的流线,以有效地进行大客流防护;除常规的洪涝防护措施外,提高与周边地下空间的硬隔离措施,如增加防淹门是作为洪涝防护的必要手段;提高站内的通透性,快速疏解乘客,避免堵塞滞留可有效防护恐怖袭击;对于突发疫情防护,应严格按照我国相关管理规定,落实日常防控管理,适时采取一般疫情或较大疫情响应措施。 展开更多

However, UCEs to perform the attack/reconnaissance mission are very expensive assets and require a considerable amount of time to train for UCE operations. Accordingly, the future battlefield environment has become important to develop multiple UCE ground control station. In this study, we developed a multiple UCE GCS that one operator can operate up to four UCEs. The software was built with a total of 6 displays using a Lockheed Martin Corporation’s prepar3D. Scenario of research takes into account the operation of the South Korea-type future multiple UCEs, to take advantage of the simulation system, in this paper, we propose for each of the concepts and technologies. 展开更多

为了探讨长距离输水泵站中空气罐的优化设计方法,以西北某长距离输水工程为例,以泵站水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头作为优化目标,以初始气体压力、高度直径比、连接管直径、进口阻力系数和出口阻力系数为优化变量,基于正交优化设计方... 为了探讨长距离输水泵站中空气罐的优化设计方法,以西北某长距离输水工程为例,以泵站水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头作为优化目标,以初始气体压力、高度直径比、连接管直径、进口阻力系数和出口阻力系数为优化变量,基于正交优化设计方法和KYPipe软件,采用极差分析法获得空气罐各参数对于水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头的影响,同时对得到的结果进行排序,比较并找到最优参数组合.结果表明:初始气体压力、连接管直径和出口阻力系数等因素对于水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头的影响程度较大,其中初始气体压力是最敏感的参数,对于最大正压水头和最小负压水头的影响程度最大;经过比较发现最优方案的参数组合为初始气体压力水头50 m、高度直径比4、连接管直径250 mm、进口阻力系数10、出口阻力系数5;相比原始方案,优化方案使泵站的水击最大正压水头降低4.98%、最小负压水头升高64.00%. 展开更多
