Essentially, metaphor is that people using the familiar, concrete conceptual construction to construct and comprehend the strange and abstract one. Since the end of 1980 s, with the establishment of the joint-stock enterprises, people keep the passion for the stock market. And then a large quantity of terms of the stock appear in our life, most of them are of metaphorical meanings. This paper studies the conceptual metaphors in stock terms and the forms of K lines from the view of conceptual metaphor theory. The aims of this paper is to broaden the scope of language study, and make a interdisciplinary research, which can aid us to understand the nature of language in a new perspective. Moreover, it also provide a new view of studying the stock terms.展开更多
