目的分析胆总管结石(common bile duct stone,CBDS)应用自动脱落内支架管的临床效果和对肝功能的影响。方法临床选择东莞康华医院肝胆胰外科收入院的CBDS患者76例,收入院时间为2017年1月—2021年3月,按不同的治疗方式分为试验组、对照组...目的分析胆总管结石(common bile duct stone,CBDS)应用自动脱落内支架管的临床效果和对肝功能的影响。方法临床选择东莞康华医院肝胆胰外科收入院的CBDS患者76例,收入院时间为2017年1月—2021年3月,按不同的治疗方式分为试验组、对照组,各38例,试验组予以内支架管,对照组予以T管,分析两组术中出血量、住院时间、术后通气时间、手术时间以及白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TB)水平。结果试验组术中出血量明显少于对照组,且试验组住院时间、术后通气时间、手术时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前、治疗后肝功能指标ALB、AST、TB比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBDS患者实施自动脱落内支架管可获得显著价值,不仅能够有效缩短住院时间,减少术中出血量,还能够有效缩短手术时间以及术后通气时间,因此值得临床应用及推广。展开更多
