We identify that the top two phonon...Based on first-principles calculations, symmetry analysis and model construction, we predict that Ho2CF2hosts both straight and twisted Weyl nodal lines in its bulk phonon spectrum. We identify that the top two phonon bands entangle with each other, forming two straight Weyl nodal lines on the K–H and K′–H′paths at the Brillouin zone(BZ) boundary,and six twisted Weyl nodal lines within the BZ. All the Weyl nodal lines along the kz direction and across the entire BZ.The symmetry analysis indicates that these Weyl nodal lines are protected by the PT symmetry and crystal symmetry. The Berry phase and drumhead-like nontrivial surface states are calculated. We also construct a tight-binding model to describe these nodal lines. Our work provides an excellent material platform for exploring the fascinating physics associated with straight and twisted Weyl nodal line phonons.展开更多

So that precisely locating can be guaranteed in machini ng. Therefore, how to work out the space location angle of the arbitrary straigh t lines and planes to be machined both conveniently and precisely, turns out to be the must-be-solved chief problem in the numerical control machining. In thi s paper, through the deeply research of this problem, a new kind of calculating formula that calculates and defines the space location angle of the arbitrary st raight lines and planes by using the methods of analytic calculating. The formul a has been applied in the practical manufacturing calculation. This study aims to synthesis the spatial straight line mechanisms with only revolute joints, meaning that no prismatic joints are included. According to the generalized function sets and the law of one dimensional rotation, the type of compositions of characteristic and the corresponding conditions are derived. Furthermore, some novel symmetrical and asymmetrical spatial straight line mechanisms are synthesized through assembling specific kinematic chains under the corresponding conditions. The formation control of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(multi-UAVs)has always been a research hotspot.Based on the straight line trajectory,a multi-UAVs target point assignment algorithm based on the assignment pro...The formation control of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(multi-UAVs)has always been a research hotspot.Based on the straight line trajectory,a multi-UAVs target point assignment algorithm based on the assignment probability is proposed to achieve the shortest overall formation path of multi-UAVs with low complexity and reduce the energy consumption.In order to avoid the collision between UAVs in the formation process,the concept of safety ball is introduced,and the collision detection based on continuous motion of two time slots and the lane occupation detection after motion is proposed to avoid collision between UAVs.Based on the idea of game theory,a method of UAV motion form setting based on the maximization of interests is proposed,including the maximization of self-interest and the maximization of formation interest is proposed,so that multi-UAVs can complete the formation task quickly and reasonably with the linear trajectory assigned in advance.Finally,through simulation verification,the multi-UAVs target assignment algorithm based on the assignment probability proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the total path length,and the UAV motion selection method based on the maximization interests can effectively complete the task formation.展开更多

Although the system parameters may be tuned very well, due to the machine and...In steel plants, estimation of the production system characteristic is highly critical to adjust the system parameters for best efficiency. Although the system parameters may be tuned very well, due to the machine and human factors involved in the production line some deficiencies may occur in product. It is important to detect such problems as early as possible. Surface defects and dimensional deviations are the most important quality problems. In this study, it is aimed to develop an approach to measure the dimensions of metal profiles by obtaining images of them. This will be of use in detecting the deviations in dimensions. A platform was introduced to simulate the real-time environment and images were taken from the metal profile using 4 laser light sources. The shape of the material is generated by combining the images taken from different cameras. Real dimensions were obtained by using image processing and mathematical conversion operations on the images. The results obtained with small deviations from the real values showed that this method can be applied in a real-time production line.展开更多
