Semau Island has enormous potential to become a tourist destination in East Nusa Tenggara.Tourism potential is a variety of resources found in a particular area that can be developed into a tourist attraction.The potential of this island is in the form of natural potential,animal husbandry,maritime culture,and agriculture.This research aims to analyze and classify the level of potential of tourist attractions on Semau Island in improving the regional economy at tourist attractions on Semau Island.The data used is the result of direct interviews with respondents,namely village heads,tourist attraction managers,and local communities.The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative with the SWOT analysis method.The research results concluded that the tourist attraction on Semau Island has the potential to be developed as a superior tourist attraction in Kupang Regency.Strategies or steps that can be taken by managers or local governments to increase tourism development in the form of standard tourism facilities,improving the quality of human resources,and improving infrastructure. 展开更多

The flourishing progress in nanotechnology offers boundless opportunities for agriculture,particularly in the realm of nanopesticides research and development.However,concerns have been raised regarding the human and environmental safety issues stemming from the unrestrained use of non-therapeutic nanomaterials in nanopesticides.It is also important to consider whether the current development strategy of nanopesticides based on nanocarriers can strike a balance between investment and return,and if the complex material composition genuinely improves the efficiency,safety,and circularity of nanopesticides.Herein,we introduced the concept of nanopesticides with minimizing carriers(NMC)prepared through prodrug design and molecular self-assembly emerging as practical tools to address the current limitations,and compared it with nanopesticides employing non-therapeutic nanomaterials as carriers(NNC).We further summarized the current development strategy of NMC and examined potential challenges in its preparation,performance,and production.Overall,we asserted that the development of NMC systems can serve as the innovative driving force catalyzing a green and efficient revolution in nanopesticides,offering a way out of the current predicament. 展开更多

By reviewing the challenges in the development of oilfields in China under low oil prices,this study analyzes the root causes of cost rising,put forwards the low cost oilfield development strategy and specific paths to realize the strategy,and predicts the development potential and prospect of oilfields in China.In addition to the low grade of the reservoir and high development maturation,the fundamental reasons of development full cost rising of oilfields in China are as follows:(1)Facing the problem of resources turning poorer in quality,we have built production capacity at a pace too fast before making enough technical and experimental preparation;(2)technical engineering service model leads to high service cost;(3)team of oil development expertise and matched engineering system cannot satisfy the technical requirements of stabilizing oil production,controlling water cut and fine development.To realize development at low cost,the core is to increase economic recoverable reserves.The concrete paths include:(1)to explore the"Daqing oilfield development culture",improve the ability of leaders in charge of development,and inspire potential of staff;(2)to improve the ability of reservoir dynamics control,and implement precise development by following scientific principles;(3)to speed up integration of water flooding and enhanced oil recovery(EOR)and technological upgrading in order to enhance oil recovery;(4)to innovate key techniques in gas flooding and accelerate the industrial popularization of gas flooding;(5)to break the related transaction barriers and create new management models;and(6)to collaboratively optimize strategic layout and cultivate key oil bases.Although oilfield development in China faces huge challenges in cost,the low-cost development strategy will succeed as long as strategic development of mature and new oil fields is well planned.The cores to lower cost are to control decline rate and enhance oil recovery in mature oil fields,and increase single well productivity through technical innovation and improve engineering service efficiency through management innovation in new oil fields. 展开更多

The results of using microorganism to clean appliances and buildings show that it was a highly efficient method.The researcher found that microorganism was more human and animal friendly than chemicals,and was good for environment as well.Ying Charoen Market was constructed in the year 1955,so it has existed for more than 63 years.The market has all kinds of food and has been a food center for people living in Northern Bangkok for a long time.Thus,it is not surprising that the market is also the center of people,garbage,and pollution,which produce negative effects on the environment.The research population consists of stakeholders(owner,managers,employees,suppliers,vendors,and consumers)in Ying Charoen Market.In details,there are 1,512 vendors in the market,which can be classified into 15 groups according to the main types of products.This study used mixed methods of methodology,in particular,exploratory sequential method.It was a qualitative research and an action participatory research.The objectives were to study the current condition,context,factors,and problems of Ying Charoen Market that are related with the environment,and to establish strategies for developing Ying Charoen Market to become environment-friendly.The data were analyzed by content analysis.The results expected from this research is to have a guidance for producing the strategy of environment management,which will lead to the participation of related people,lower cost in the long term,and good health for employees,vendors,and consumers in the market,as well as positive effects on the environment in general.In addition,the research is piloting the service of how to operate business in environment-friendly way.It is also a model for other markets or enterprises all over the country,presenting them how to manage their business to become sustainable and environment friendly. 展开更多

Different combinations o... This study examines the issue of high-quality labor in rural enterprises of China. It develops a spatial strategy which consists of two dimensions: geographical space and administrative space. Different combinations of these two dimensions form a variety of approaches such as local internalization, local externalization, regional/national inter- nalization, and regional/national externalization. In the local internalization approach, rural enterprises hire such high-quality labor and ask them to work on site, while in the local externalization approach, rural enterprises seek help from employees working in other local enterprises. In the regional/national internalization approach, rural enterprises set up research and development centers in big cities to take advantages of the high-quality labor pool there. Finally in the regional/national externalization approach, rural enterprises hire people from big cities on temporary contracts. Three approaches, hiring retired technical workers, shuttling between the rural site and country seats, and setting up R&D centers in big cities are demonstrated through cases in Zhangjiagang, a leading county-level city in the southern Jiangsu Province. It is argued that rural enterprises need to broaden their perspectives of administrative space and geographical space and think creatively to deal with the shortage of quality labor in rural settings. 展开更多
