A novel assay for the identification of semicarbazide sensitive amine oxidase in human umbilical artery tissue by a priority based strategy in the mass spectrometry was developed. The pro tein extract was separated by SDS PAGE, and then an entire band at 96 KDa was excised and digested by trypsin. The digested peptides were separated by capillary ClS analytical column and detected by ESI MS MS. In the direct data dependent method (also called traditional method), the semicarbaz ide sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO) cannot be identified by LC-ESI-MS-MS. Compared with the tra ditional method, our assay by a priority based strategy in the mass spectrometry can successfully identify the target protein SSAO in the complex biological sample. As 60 μg, 120μg, 240 μg of total protein extract were loaded on the SDS PAGE, the Mascot result showed that SSAO score was 46, 86 and 137, the sequence coverage was 2 % , 5 % and 10 % , and the peptide count was 2, 6 and 10, re spectively. The MS/MS spectra of two unique peptides of SSAO were confirmed by manual identifica tion. The band at 96 KDa included SSAO was validated by the Western blot. The assay significantly improved the score and coverage of target protein and enhanced the identification of reliability and the confidence. 展开更多

Most scholars study the imaging task scheduling from the perspective of static priority, and only a few from the perspective of dynamic priority. However,the priority of the imaging task is dynamic in actual engineering. To supplement the research on imaging observation, this paper proposes the task priority model, dynamic scheduling strategy and Heuristic algorithm. At first, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of imaging observation, decomposes the task priority into four parts, including target priority, imaging task priority, track, telemetry & control(TT&C)requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority, summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail, and designs the corresponding priority model. Then, this paper takes the emergency tasks scheduling problem as the background, proposes the dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm. A necessary condit... This paper deals with the supervisory control problem of discrete event systems modeled by labeled Petri nets. The system is originally unbounded. First, the solvability of the problem is confirmed. A necessary condition is given and proven for the existence of a feasible priority-based controller based on the notions of liveness and transition invariants. Next, a cyclic behavior graph is constructed, which shows the reachable markings that guarantee the maximum liveness of the system within a given bound vector. Finally, an on-line control strategy is proposed to enforce boundedness and liveness to the given system by appending priority relations to transitions. The dynamic priority relation changes flexibly according to the current state of the system and enforces the system evolving in a bounded and live manner. In addition, numerical examples are studied to verify the validity of the proposed approach that remains the structure of the plant net and is efficient for on-line control. 展开更多

Given the existing integrated scheduling algorithms,all processes are ordered and scheduled overall,and these algorithms ignore the influence of the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the product process tree on the product scheduling effect.This paper presents an integrated scheduling algorithm for the same equipment process sequencing based on the Root-Subtree horizontal and vertical pre-scheduling to solve the above problem.Firstly,the tree decomposition method is used to extract the root node to split the process tree into several Root-Subtrees,and the Root-Subtree priority is set from large to small through the optimal completion time of vertical and horizontal pre-scheduling.All Root-Subtree processes on the same equipment are sorted into the stack according to the equipment process pre-start time,and the stack-top processes are combined with the schedulable process set to schedule and dispatch the stack.The start processing time of each process is determined according to the dynamic start processing time strategy of the equipment process,to complete the fusion operation of the Root-Subtree processes under the constraints of the vertical process tree and the horizontal equipment.Then,the root node is retrieved to form a substantial scheduling scheme,which realizes scheduling optimization by mining the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the process tree.Verification by examples shows that,compared with the traditional integrated scheduling algorithms that sort the scheduling processes as an overall,the integrated scheduling algorithmin this paper is better.The proposed algorithmenhances the process scheduling compactness,reduces the length of the idle time of the processing equipment,and optimizes the production scheduling target,which is of universal significance to solve the integrated scheduling problem. 展开更多

Optimized routing strategy for complex network with multiple priorities

Different loads in the network require distinct Qo S standard, while present routing strategies for complex networks ignored this fact. To solve this problem, we designed a routing strategy RS-MP with multiple priorities by which packets are classified into privileged-packets and common-packets. In RS-MP, privileged-packets route by the Shortest Path Algorithm, and do not need to queue up. Common-packets' routes are determined by a new factor BJmax of the network. The BJmax stands for the largest betweenness centrality. By minimizing BJmax, the throughout capacity of the network can be maximized. The simulation results show that RS-MP can guarantee privileged-packets with the shortest path length and smallest delay, and maximized throughout capacity for common packets in the no-congestion state. 展开更多

Background:In fire-prone ecosystems,plant species having different post-fire regeneration strategies(PFRS)coexist at the local scale while showing different growth dynamics.To evaluate the effect of PFRS on species regeneration,we investigated the plant communities burned in different years in the central Yunnan Province,Southwest China.Several indicators describing plant growth and population importance were measured to compare the regeneration of four dominant tree species,including one facultative seeders(FS)and three obligate resprouters(OR).Partial correlation and mixed linear effect modeling were applied to disentangle the contribution of intrinsic and environmental factors to the interspecific variation in post-fire regeneration.Results:We identified two subtypes of plant growth strategy in the early post-fire stage for OR species;i.e.,number growth(ORþN)priority and height growth(ORþH)priority for sprouting stems.Generally,the FS and OR species varied in height growth rate with different temporal dynamics.The ORþN species occupied post-fire space horizontally with more resprouts and larger coverage than ORþH and FS species at the earlier stage.In contrast,the ORþH species generally had far less resprouts per clump,more variations in stem height and basal diameter.Factor analysis showed that the variation of post-fire plant regeneration was not effectively explained by environmental factors(R2<20%);however,the linear mixed models with the modified PFRS as a random effect substantially increased the explanation.Conclusions:The differentiated regeneration dynamics and growth priorities in the four dominant tree species indicated a critical dichotomy of habitat occupation strategy for the resprouter species during the early stage of post-fire forest restoration.Our study uncovered a trade-off between height versus number growth priority in the post-fire tree growth strategy and provides a novel perspective in understanding the living space occupying(niche partitioning)process and species coexistence in post-fire forest community assembly. 展开更多

In addition, strategic reading is significant for a reader to construct meaning effectively from written texts. The study aimed to examine the frequency of the employment of reading strategies by 1,368 Chinese university students in Southwest China; and the relationship between students' employment of reading strategies and their genders. The data were collected through the questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively through the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and the chi-square tests in terms of examining the significant variation. The results revealed that the frequency of the participants' overall reading strategy use fell into the moderate use; the significant differences were found in relation to the students' genders. The pedagogical implications in relation to the particular research findings were given at the end of the paper. 展开更多

为提高网联混合交通流环境下高速公路基本路段通行能力,需针对车流量、网联自动驾驶车辆(CAV)比例制定与之匹配的车道管理策略。针对低CAV比例环境下CAV专用车道闲置浪费的问题,提出了一种CAV优先车道管理策略。利用跟驰模型推导了混合... 为提高网联混合交通流环境下高速公路基本路段通行能力,需针对车流量、网联自动驾驶车辆(CAV)比例制定与之匹配的车道管理策略。针对低CAV比例环境下CAV专用车道闲置浪费的问题,提出了一种CAV优先车道管理策略。利用跟驰模型推导了混合交通流基本图模型,构建了人工驾驶车辆(HV)专用车道、CAV专用车道、混行车道及CAV优先车道通行能力模型,分析了高速公路不同车道组合方案适用的交通需求范围。然后,以双向4车道高速公路为例,基于SUMO仿真平台分析了CAV优先车道性能,对不同车道组合方案的通行能力和适用范围进行了仿真验证,并从效率、安全及能耗角度对车道组合方案进行了比较。结果表明:在适用性方面,CAV比例p≤0.5时,两条混行车道适用的交通需求范围最大,CAV优先车道次之,CAV专用车道最小;在效率方面,p≤0.5时,设置CAV专用车道方案的效率最差,CAV优先车道表现较好,且p越小优先车道效率提升越显著;在安全、能耗方面,设置CAV专用车道方案的能耗和安全性能较佳,CAV优先车道次之;在p>0.5时,设置CAV专用车道方案的综合表现更优;在多种车道管理方案均可行时,相比于两条混行车道方案,采取其他车道管理措施在安全、能耗上的表现均有提升;在需求D≤2500 veh/h,p≤0.5时,相比于其他车道方案,采用CAV优先车道方案既能满足通行需求、降低能耗,也能更充分地利用道路资源,综合表现均衡。 展开更多

数字基础设施建设能否缓解农村家庭金融脆弱性?——“宽带中国”示范城市的政策效应分析 被引量:3

农村家庭在信息获取上的劣势是其金融脆弱性比城市家庭更高的原因之一,数字基础设施的完善能够有效缓解农村家庭面临的信息约束与信息劣势,从而可以通过增加家庭收入和优化家庭资产负债配置来缓解农村家庭的金融脆弱性。采用中国家庭追... 农村家庭在信息获取上的劣势是其金融脆弱性比城市家庭更高的原因之一,数字基础设施的完善能够有效缓解农村家庭面临的信息约束与信息劣势,从而可以通过增加家庭收入和优化家庭资产负债配置来缓解农村家庭的金融脆弱性。采用中国家庭追踪调查2010—2018年的5期数据,运用多期双重差分模型进行政策效应分析,结果表明,“宽带中国”示范城市建设显著降低了农村家庭的金融脆弱性;机制分析发现,数字基础设施建设可以提高农村居民非农就业和购买商业保险的概率,并提高农村家庭的非农就业收入和保险参与度,即数字基础设施建设可以通过促进非农就业和保险参与两条路径来缓解农村家庭金融脆弱性;异质性分析结果显示,数字基础设施建设对户主为男性、户主未婚、平均文化程度较低、收入水平较低的农村家庭具有更为显著的金融脆弱性缓解作用。因此,应加强农村地区数字基础设施建设,并充分发挥“数字下乡”促进农民非农就业和保险参与的积极作用,有效缓解农村家庭金融脆弱性。 展开更多

在电力电子系统中,某些特殊拓扑电路出现故障不能直接采取保护措施,必须上传故障信号至上层控制器并由其进行统一协调保护,避免引发二次故障,而功率器件可承受的短路故障时间很短,要求对故障等紧急事件的传输延时要小。因此,采用适当的... 在电力电子系统中,某些特殊拓扑电路出现故障不能直接采取保护措施,必须上传故障信号至上层控制器并由其进行统一协调保护,避免引发二次故障,而功率器件可承受的短路故障时间很短,要求对故障等紧急事件的传输延时要小。因此,采用适当的低延时传输策略是确保及时响应和处理紧急信号的关键。为此,设计了一种紧急事件优先插入的低延时高速传输策略。首先,对电力电子装置输入输出信号进行分析,确定不同数据类型的优先级,其中紧急事件的优先级最高,在任何时刻均能优先插入链路中进行传输;然后,依据模块划分原则,采用硬件描述语言完成相关模块的编程;最后,经软件仿真验证及硬件测试,验证了紧急事件优先插入策略的正确性。研究结果表明:该策略能够有效降低紧急事件的传输延时,使系统快速对紧急事件做出响应,达到维护电力电子系统安全的目的。 展开更多

随着我国畜牧业的快速发展,饲料行业的规模也在不断扩大。我国饲料产业已成为全球最大的饲料生产和消费国,随着行业规模的扩大和国际化程度的加深,饲料企业对高素质人才的需求更为迫切,如何培养出匹配饲料企业需求的高校大学生是企业和... 随着我国畜牧业的快速发展,饲料行业的规模也在不断扩大。我国饲料产业已成为全球最大的饲料生产和消费国,随着行业规模的扩大和国际化程度的加深,饲料企业对高素质人才的需求更为迫切,如何培养出匹配饲料企业需求的高校大学生是企业和高校需要共同思考的问题。本文通过分析饲料企业对大学生的具体需求,结合目前高校的育人模式,提出了基于饲料企业需求的高校大学生职业素养与就业能力提升培养策略,同时探讨了构建饲料企业与高校协同育人的平台与机制,以及科学化的职业素养评价体系的具体举措。这些策略和举措有助于满足饲料企业对大学生职业素养与就业能力的需求,培养适应市场需求的高素质人才。 展开更多
