The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of two alloys, namely Al-12.2%Zn-2.48%Cu-2.0%Mg-0.15%Zr-0.166%Ag(alloy 1), and Al-9.99%Zn-1.72%Cu-2.5%Mg- 0.13%Zr (alloy 2) were investigated. The results show that low temperature aging after promotive solution treatment can increase elongation without the loss of strength for the studied alloys. The optimum aging treatment (T6) for alloy 1 and alloy 2 is 100℃/80h and 100℃/48h, respectively. Compared with other heat treatment alloys, alloy 1 and alloy 2 show super-high tensile strength up to 753MPa and 788MPa, remaining 9.3% and 9.7% elongation under T6 condition, respectively. During aging, trace addition of Ag enhances the formations of GP zone and metastable phase, and stabilizes GP zone and metastable phase to a higher temperature. Trace addition of Ag prolongs the aging time of reaching the peak strength and delays over-aging condition of the alloy. However, trace addition of Ag promotes the formation of coarse constituent in the alloy and consumes hardening alloying elements of Zn and Mg. Moreover, the addition of the transition element Zr in 7000 series super-high alloy forms incoherent Al3Zr dispersoid which can serve as nucleation sites for nonuniform precipitation of η phase during aging process. The higher the aging temperature, the greater the tendency for nonuniform precipitation of η phase. 展开更多

The films deposited at low temperature(LT-films) have increasingly attracted theoretical and technical interests since such films exhibit obvious difference in structure and performances compared to those deposited at room temperature.Studies on the tribological properties of LT-films are rarely reported in available literatures.In this paper,the structure,morphology and tribological properties of Ag films,deposited at LT(166 K) under various Ar pressures on AISI 440C steel substrates by arc ion plating(AIP),are studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and a vacuum ball-on-disk tribometer,and compared with the Ag films deposited at RT(300 K).XRD results show that(200) preferred orientation of the films is promoted at LT and low Ar pressure.The Crystallite sizes are 70 nm-80 nm for LT-Ag films deposited at 0.2 Pa and 0.8 Pa and larger than 100 nm for LT-Ag films deposited at 0.4 Pa and 0.6 Pa,while they are 55 nm-60 nm for RT-Ag films deposited at 0.2 Pa-0.6 Pa and 37 nm for RT-Ag films deposited at 0.8 Pa.The surfaces of LT-Ag films are fibre-like at 0.6 Pa and 0.8 Pa,terrace-like at 0.4 Pa,and sphere-like at 0.2 Pa,while the surfaces of RT-Ag films are composed of sphere-like grains separated by voids.Wear tests reveal that,due to the compact microstructure LT-Ag films have better wear resistances than RT-Ag film.These results indicate that the microstructure and wear resistance of Ag films deposited by AIP can be improved by low temperature deposition. 展开更多

It was found that growth state was varied under different sowing time , moreover, stem became wider with the increasing of light density at the same leaf age. Seedling age of responding to low temperature vernalization only when they grew five leaves above and with over 3.03 ±0.07 centimeter stalk width in 'Qingfeng Broccoli 103'. The older leaf age was and the stronger plant was, the more sensitive and the shorter demanded duration time on low temperature was, and the shorter time required when the plants entered into critical period of floral bud differentiation. 展开更多

In order to understand the effect of low temperature on the formation process of aerobic granules and contaminants removal characteristics,the aerobic granules-membrane bioreactor (AGS-MBR) has been started up and operated at low temperature using the carbon resource of sodium acetate. Aerobic granules cultivated in AGS-MBR possess smooth surface and compact structure in morphology as well as better settling property and higher biomass after 38 days. The average parameters of aerobic granules are: diameter 3. 1 mm,wet density 1. 041 g/mL,sludge volume index 42. 35 mL/g and settling velocity 20. 6 - 45. 2 cm/min. During the start-up of AGS-MBR,the respectively average contaminants removal efficiencies at low temperature are 91. 9% for chemical oxygen demand (COD) ,89. 2% for NH4 + -N and 86. 3% for PO43- -P,and the overgrowth of filamentous bacteria has been well controlled. In addition,the hollow fiber microfiltration (MF) membrane fouling is light and the regime membrane layer is capable of enhancing membrane filtration as well as the average growth of trans-membrane pressure (TMP) is 1. 07 kPa/d. Compared with the conventional cultivation of aerobic granules,the sludge granulation time significantly decreases from 73 days to 38 days by the application of microfiltration membrane at low temperature. 展开更多

It was found that the... The fracture toughness of SA508-Ⅲ steel was studied in the temperature range from room temperature to 320℃ using the J-integral method. The fracture behavior of the steel was also investigated. It was found that the conditional fracture toughness (JQ) of the steel first decreased and then increased with increasing test temperature. The maximum and minimum values of do were 517.4 kJ/m^2 at 25℃ and 304.5 kJ/m^2 at 180℃, respectively. Dynamic strain aging (DSA) was also observed to occur when the temperature exceeded 260℃ with a certain strain rate. Both the dislocation density and the number of small dislocation cells effectively increased because of the occurrence of DSA; as a consequence, crack propagation was more strongly inhibited in the steel. Simultaneously, an increasing number of fine carbides precipitated under high stress at temperatures greater than 260℃. Thus, the deformation resistance of the steel was improved and the Jo was enhanced. 展开更多

采用低温液相法制备了纯水相纳米TiO_(2)溶液,然后在纳米TiO_(2)表面沉积Ag^(+)获得了纯水相Ag^(+)/TiO_(2)溶液。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR... 采用低温液相法制备了纯水相纳米TiO_(2)溶液,然后在纳米TiO_(2)表面沉积Ag^(+)获得了纯水相Ag^(+)/TiO_(2)溶液。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见光吸收光谱仪(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱仪(PL)进行表征。经过各项表征分析可知,Ag^(+)/TiO_(2)粒子是粒径10 nm的球形颗粒,XRD特征峰为锐钛矿二氧化钛和硫酸银的叠加峰。此外,沉积的Ag以+1的价态存在,且提高了纳米TiO_(2)的光催化活性,产生了协同效应。抗菌测试结果表明,制备的纯水相Ag^(+)/TiO_(2)溶液在不同菌种和不同应用环境下均表现优异的抗菌性能,说明了Ag^(+)/TiO_(2)抗菌的高效性和广谱性,具有极大的市场应用价值。 展开更多

低温循环老化航空锂离子电池热失控的爆炸危险性

鉴于全寿命周期内循环老化后航空锂离子电池热失控反应较新电池有显著差异,且低温环境对锂离子电池系统重大失效危险性影响更加贴近低空实际飞行场景,自主搭建了锂离子电池热失控及气体爆炸测试平台,采用锂离子电池的热失控时间、表面... 鉴于全寿命周期内循环老化后航空锂离子电池热失控反应较新电池有显著差异,且低温环境对锂离子电池系统重大失效危险性影响更加贴近低空实际飞行场景,自主搭建了锂离子电池热失控及气体爆炸测试平台,采用锂离子电池的热失控时间、表面峰值温度和热失控超压及热失控气体的爆炸极限、压力及温度为关键参数,探讨低温(-10℃)循环老化对锂离子电池热失控爆炸危险性的影响。实验结果显示,常温循环老化锂离子电池较新电池热失控时间明显提前和电池安全阀开启到完全热失控的时间间隔明显增长,分别为559.86和122.56 s,且热失控气体爆炸下限升高30.95%,气体爆炸压力降低至258.6 kPa;低温环境因素则会使老化锂离子电池热失控的爆炸危险性发生显著变化,导致热失控时间提前至412.38 s,安全阀打开到完全热失控的时间间隔缩短至56.66 s,并使热失控气体爆炸下限降低20.49%,爆炸压力高达319.5 kPa。 展开更多

The excellent properties of SiC bring new challenges for the device packaging.In this study,the bonding strength,fracture behaviors and microstructural evolution of micron-porous Ag joint were elevated during thermal cycling(–50 ℃–250 ℃) in SiC/DBC(direct bonding copper) die attachment structure for different time.During harsh thermal shock test,the strength of sintered joint deceased gradually with the increase of cycling number,and the value just was half of the value of as-sintered after 1 000 cycles.Coarsening of Ag grains was observed in micron-porous joint with the structure inhomogeneity and defects increasing,which were the reasons of the strength decease.In addition,it was also found that the fracture behavior of sintered joints was changed from ductile deformation of Ag grain to brittle fracture of crack propagation after 1 000 cycles.This study will add the understanding in the mechanical properties of Ag sinter joining and its applications at high temperature. 展开更多

The rule of infant age concrete strength development under low temperature and complex affecting factors is researched. An efficient and reliable mathematical forecast model is set up to predict the infant age concrete antifreeze critical strength under low temperature at construction site. On the basis of the revision of concrete equivalent coefficient under complex influencing factors, least-squares curve-fitting method is applied to approximate the concrete strength under standard curing and the forecast formula of concrete compressive strength could be obtained under natural temperature condition by various effects. When the amounts of double-doped are 10% fly ashes and 4% silica fumes as coment replacement, the antifreeze critical strength changes form 3.5-4.1MPa under different low temperature curing. The equivalent coefficient correction formula of concrete under low temperature affected by various factors could be obtained. The obtained equivalent coefficient is suitable for calculating the strength which is between 10% to 40% of standard strength and the curing temperature from 5-20 ℃. The forecast value of concrete antifreeze critical strength under low temperature could be achieved by combining the concrete antifreeze critical strength value with the compressive strength forecast of infant age concrete under low temperature. Then the theory for construction quality control under low temperature is provided. 展开更多
