抽取某高校同一年级6个理工科专业的95名学生,对其在校期间四年的学业表现定量化评价,以及基于学生毕业后半年就业情况精准化分析的追踪调查,通过数据的比较分析、Origin图像分析,探究大学生在校期间的学业表现对其未来就业的影响。认为:高校学生的在校学业表现与就业存在一定的关系,但并不是绝对关系;学生就业薪资高低受综合因素的影响。建议:激发学生的内生动力;帮助学生找准个人定位,做好家校沟通;帮助学生提前树立职业生涯发展规划理念。

建筑用高分子防水卷材防水可靠性评估方法

通过评估现有防水卷材的防水可靠性,可以为改进防水卷材提供依据。提出建筑用高分子防水卷材防水可靠性评估方法,首先选取耐老化、粘结性能和抗剪性能作为可靠性评估指标;其次,通过S型曲线标准化处理防水可靠性评估指标;最后在专家动态权重法中引入三角模糊数,计算防水可靠性指标的指标值,并利用物元可拓评价方法建立高分子防水卷材防水可靠性评估模型,完成建筑用高分子防水卷材的防水可靠性评估。实验结果表明,所提方法具有较高的评估精度。

目的针对医院绩效考核的需求,提出一种基于层次分析法与B/S三层架构模式的考核管理体系,对医院管理过程中投入、产出、中期成果和最终成果所反映的绩效进行评定和划分等级。方法通过面向对象的技术采用AHP对医疗绩效考核体系进行分析、设计,应用B/S三层架构模式在ASP.NET平台上搭建开发框架,选用C#语言编写程序实现系统的功能。结果经测试,系统能够满足医院绩效考核管理任务的需求,具有考核指标体系管理、考核角色管理、考核人分配管理、考核指标分配管理和考核测评管理等功能。结论系统操作简便、实用性强,能反映医疗部门和人员在一定时期内的工作绩效考核,在一定程度上给医院的发展带来实际性的推进作用。

基于ASP技术的学生管理系统

本文提出了一种基于ASP技术的学生管理系统，利用ASP＋Access＋Excel技术，可以实现教师异地实时的管理学生信息，分析有关数据并自动生成各种图表．提高学生管理工作的效率和灵活性．解决了原来以手工的方式管理学生档案存在的效率低、保密性差，时问一长．会产生大量的冗余文件和数据，不便于查找、更新和维护等种种问题。教师、家长可以及时了解学生在棱的学习情况。

基于S时频熵的球轴承性能退化特征指标提取方法

滚动轴承的性能退化评估是实现主动维护的关键技术,其对特征提取提出了完全区别于故障模式识别的新要求。作为旋转机械中重要的零件,轴承的振动信号往往具有非平稳性,采用有效的时频分析能充分挖掘蕴含其中的故障信息。S变换是一种兼具小波和短时Fourier变换各自优势的时频分析方法,信息熵则能够定量度量信号分布的复杂程度,因此提出了S时频熵指标用来度量轴承振动信号的复杂度并反映其退化过程。对滚动轴承加速疲劳试验寿命周期数据进行分析并与有效值进行对比表明,S时频熵能够有效反映轴承性能的退化过程,可以作为性能退化评估框下现有指标的有益补充。

Heterogeneity Analysis on the Influence of the Supply of Teachers on the Academic Performance of 15-Year-Old Students:Based on PISA 2018 Samples from Four Provinces and Municipalities in China

The quantitative and qualitative supply of teachers has a significant influence on student academic performance.Based on the samples collected from four provinces and municipalities in China for the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)2018,this study analyzes the effects of the supply of teachers on the academic performance of 15-year-old students through a hierarchical linear model(HLM)as well as a quantile regression model.The study has found that the shortage of teachers and the proportion of teachers with a master’s degree significantly affect student academic performance,and the supply of teachers with higher degrees has a decreasing marginal benefit on student academic performance;its best marginal benefit on student academic performance is achieved when the proportion of teachers with a master’s degree reaches about 75%.For students in different academic performance subgroups,the marginal benefit of an increase in the proportion of teachers with a master’s degree in schools is higher for“top students”than for“students with learning difficulties.”In terms of the difference between urban and rural areas,the shortage of teachers in rural schools is more prominent than that in urban schools,and teachers with higher degrees tend to cluster in core cities.The marginal benefit of an increase in the proportion of teachers with a master’s degree is higher for improving student academic performance in rural areas.Therefore,it is recommended to design a policy of differentiated compensatory earnings for rural teachers,and efforts should be enhanced to promote programs for supporting high-quality teachers.In addition,the allocation of teachers should follow the principle of“differentiated equity,”and more differentiated teaching strategies should be adopted for students with different academic abilities.

“Screening”or“Meritocracy”:Does the Choice of a Private School Help Students Achieve Higher Academic Performance?-Based on the PISA 2018 Analysis of Four Provinces and Municipalities in China

The introduced policy of“synchronized enrollment of public and private schools”has once again triggered the debate on the effectiveness of public and private schools.Based on the data of the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)2018 from four Chinese provinces and municipalities,this paper explores whether private schools gain a relative advantage in student academic performance through student“screening”or academic“meritocracy,”through a hierarchical linear model(HLM)and an empirical test of the propensity score matching(PSM).It has been found that the academic performance of students in private schools is significantly better than that in public schools.But with background,metacognitive ability,and learning hours of students in private schools controlled for,such academic performance is not significantly superior,suggesting that private schools rely heavily on student“screening”to achieve a relative advantage in student academic performance.This finding has also verified the scientific nature of the above policy.

Meeting 24-h Movement Guidelines is Related to Better Academic Achievement:Findings from the YRBS 2019 Cycle

This research is designed to investigate the relationship between the 24-h movement guidelines(24-HMG)and self-reported academic achievement(AA)using nationally representative data derived from the 2019 U.S.National Youth Risk Behaviour Survey.A multiple-stage cluster sampling procedure has been adopted to ensure a representative sample(N=9127 adolescents;mean age=15.7 years old;male%=49.8%).Logistic regression has been adopted to obtain the odds ratio(OR)regarding the associations between adherence to 24-HMG and AA while controlling for ethnicity,body mass index,sex and age.The prevalence of meeting the 24-h movement guidelines in isolation and combination varied greatly(physical activity=23.3%,screen time=32.5%,sleep=22.3%,and 24-HMG=2.8%),while the percentage of highest-class AA was 42.5%.Compared with the situation when none of 24-HMG is met,the achievement of any of the combined guidelines(except for meeting the physical activity guidelines)was significantly associated with higher odds of achieving first-class AA.Meeting the sleep guideline had 1.42 times increased likelihood to achieve highest-class AA as compared with not meeting the sleep guideline.Meeting screen time guidelines and physical activity guidelines,respectively,were 1.32 and 1.13 times more likely to report first-class AA;but meeting the guidelines of physical activity was not significantly related to AA.Meeting the 24-HMG had the highest odds of achieving first-class AA(OR=2.01,95%CI:1.47-2.73).In both sexes,adolescents who met 24-HMG self-reported better AA(boys OR=2.05,95%CI:1.34-3.15;girls OR=2.26,95%CI:1.36-3.76).Significant relationships were observed in adolescents from 9-10th grade,but not higher grades.Our research findings suggest that optimal movement behaviours can be seen as an important element to better academic achievement among U.S.adolescents.Future studies can adopt our discoveries to promote adolescents’academic achievement through implementing optimal 24-h movement behaviour patterns.

音乐素养是现代公民必备的文化素养。小学生音乐素养的内涵是指学生运用听、读、演、创、悟等方式来感受美、欣赏美、表现美和创造美所具备的音乐知识、能力和态度的综合表现。培养小学生音乐素养的价值是弥补“五育”并举短板的重要抓手、传承中华优秀传统文化的重要载体、激发创新思维的重要途径、深化音乐教学改革的重要手段。基于文献和调研实证得出小学生音乐素养可以通过音乐的听、读、演、创、悟等方面进行测评。“听”的测评要点在于“聆听”“听辨”,“读”的测评要点在于“读谱”“读背景”,“演”的测评要点在于“演奏”“演唱”“综合表演”,“创”的测评要点在于“编创”“改编”,“悟”的测评要点在于“感悟”“领悟”。

Performance Analysis and Future Prospect of China’s Anti-bullying Policy and Practice:Evidence from PISA 2015 and PISA 2018

This paper analyzes the performance of China’s anti-bullying efforts with the data on school bullying in the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)2015 and PISA 2018.It is found that China has fully demonstrated its high performance in anti-bullying actions with all three key performance indicators dropping dramatically,namely the prevalence of bullying,the index of exposure to bullying,and the percentage of frequently bullied students.Further,from the perspectives of personal characteristics and school features,two rounds of PISA data are adopted to make the longitudinal diachronic comparison and the cross-national horizontal comparison,followed by the analysis of the occurrence and development patterns of school bullying.Five suggestions are put forward for the deployment of China’s anti-bullying action plan.

Evolution of Product Innovation Best Practices and Insights to Improve NPD Performance in SMEs

Product innovation practices are documented in the historic 1968and 1982Booze,Allen&Hamilton(BAH)studies followed by the Product Development and Management Association’s(PDMA)four longitudinal best practices/comparative performance assessment studies(CPAS)conducted since the 1990s.These significant NPD best practices benchmarking studies are reviewed within the context of evolution of product innovation practices during 1968-2012.The widening gap in share of profits from new products between the best NPD firms and the rest in 2012informs us that the Schumpeter’s theory of innovation is still relevant in current markets.The PDMA 2012CPAS found that in Asia,small enterprises were not very proficient in NPD.Where as large Asian enterprises needed 7ideas for one commercial success in line with the proficiency of North American enterprises,small Asian enterprises needed 18ideas for one commercial success.A key insight for small Asian enterprises from 2012PDMA CPAS is that it is more important to strive to become the"best"than endeavoring to introduce a large number of new products each year.Insights to improve NPD performance in SMEs are offered along with a systematic framework to achieve successful product innovation.SMEs can begin their improvement effort with self-assessment utilizing the three organizing principles for NPD and eight action categories outlined in the Thota framework for innovation.

美国新入职教师表现性评价(edTPA)系统是美国第一个全国性的新入职教师教学能力表现性评价系统,采用嵌入式评价和教学事件评价两种评价方式。edTPA系统是一种基于证据的评价,评价内容客观全面;专业化的评估成员和不同学科、不同学龄阶段的详细的评价准则,提高了评价的科学性;评价主体参与评价和真实的教学情境测评使评价具有教育性和发展性。美国edTPA系统对指导和促进我国教师专业发展有一定的启示作用。
