A Research on the Causes of Chinese College Students’ Overall Physique Decline and Physique Promotion Strategies

At present,Chinese colleges and universities are facing the reality of the overall physical decline of college students,and the quality of college physical education has been questioned by all parties.In order to improve the quality of college physical education and strengthen the physique of college students,this paper first studies the causes of the decline of College Students'overall physique.The study found that,in addition to historical and social factors,many practical factors of college physical education,including teaching content,teaching organization form,teachers’quality,teaching evaluation mechanism and hardware facilities construction,have great influences on the improvement of college students’overall physique.Based on the causes of the decline of college students’overall physique,this paper puts forward feasible promotion strategies from the aspects of physical education curriculum,extracurricular sports activities,and physique monitoring.

运用关键词检索方法,以physical education(英文"体育")和education physique(法文"体育")为关键词,对国外知名图书馆和出版商的英文和法文历史文献数据库及数字图书馆进行在线检索,提出新的认识并修正了国内已有观点。英文文献中出现physical education的时间应不晚于18世纪法国学者杜博斯所著《诗画论》第5版英译本问世之年即1748年,麦克拉仁和斯宾塞的著作都不是最早使用physical education的著作;education physique在法文文献中的出现时间应不晚于杜博斯《诗画论》1733年法文原版问世之年即1733年,卢梭的《爱弥尔》和巴勒克泽尔的《论儿童的身体教育》都不是最早使用education physique的著作。

区块链+学生体质健康测试的创新应用与现实挑战

为准确了解我国学生体质健康状况,探讨区块链技术在学生体质与健康测试中的应用。运用文献资料法、归纳与演绎法、逻辑分析法等方法,得出目前学生体质健康测试中存在应用技术不力、数据失真、共享不足和反馈滞后等问题。阐述了区块链技术在学生体质健康测试中的创新应用,认为应用区块链技术(去中心化、防篡改、可追溯、可信任、低成本等特征)于学生体质健康测试中,可解决现有数据存在的安全性和真实性等问题。

Kinanthropometry Study of the Physique of Hong Kong and the Interior of China Correctional Services Recruits

In this paper,the physique of the Hong Kong Correc-tional Services recruits were identified and reported.Kinanthropometry has been applied in the study of Olympic athletes and researchers concluded that specificsports were correlated with a specific type of physique.Athletes involved in the same sports have a similar phys-ique as well as body shape.Gold medal winners could beidentified by their specific type of body shape.And ath-letes in different sport have different and specific bodyshape.Hence,by applying kinanthropometry study,people in different occupations could be identified by their specific body shape and physique.The finalisedbody shape can be used as reference in the vetting stan-dards.The somatotyping and anthropometric input canbe used to improve the uniform sizing system.

Anthropometric Study of the Physique of Hong Kong-Chinese Fire Services Recruits to Streamline the Sizing System

This research applies the principles of anthropometrics to improve existing size charts together with somatotyping techniques to define the physique of the Hong Kong-Chinese Fire Services recruits. The research results proved that age does not correspond with either body measurements or somatotype components. The results of the study demonstrates that the somatotype component (i. e., endomorphy, mesomorphy and ectomorphy) has low to moderate correlation with body girth and body length measurements.

On the Study of Teacher’s Question Types and Students’ Answers in Primary School English Teaching

Teachers’ questions have been regarded as an important component in foreign language teaching context. The present paper aims to present a brief investigation into teachers’ question types and students’ answers in primary school English teaching, and tries to draw some implications for primary school English teachers. The video was transcribed and analyzed by the researcher. According to what is surveyed in the study, some questioning strategies were put forward for primary English teaching in the future.

Comparative Study on Physical Fitness Test Models of Chinese, Japanese and American Students

The physical health of adolescents is related to the future of the nation and the competitiveness of the country.Through a comparative analysis of the backgrounds,organizations,testing programs and evolution processes of physical health tests in China,Japan and the United States,the three countries are explored.The development trends and problems of student physical fitness tests,find the differences,learn about the research results and experiences of physical fitness tests in Japan and the United States,draw on Japanese and American management models and successful cases,and propose some methods to optimize and improve China's physical fitness test models.It is recommended to make full use of the existing resources to promote the improvement of students'physical fitness.

With this guidance, we propose the enhanced student physique health test paradigm for the private colleges and universities student that will be innovative.

"Ten Thousand"Project to Cultivate the Professional Quality of Medical and Nursing Students:A Case Study of Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Health

With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the quality ofmedical care, medical staffs in hospitals need to have good professional qualities to better provide quality services for patients.Higher vocational colleges are an important training base for medical and nursing skilled personnel in China, but most medicaleducation focuses on students' professional knowledge and skills education, often neglecting the cultivation of professional quality.Taking Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Health as an example, in this paper, a preliminary analysis of the currentsituation of training medical and nursing students' professional literacy in higher vocational colleges based on the "ten thousand"project was carried out, and its importance and significance discussed.

Relationships Among Personality, Physical Self-description, and Social Physique Anxiety

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among personality, physical self-description, and social physique anxiety in employees of a hospital in Yunlin, Taiwan. Questionnaires were submitted to 400 nurses and of which 386 were completed, resulting in a response rate of 96.5%. A sample of this size ensured the validity and reliability of the results. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis and techniques such as frequencies, means and path analysis using computer software SPSS for Windows 15.0 and LISREL 8.72. The results demonstrate （1） a significant, direct, and positive effect of personality on physical self-description; （2） a significant, direct, and negative effect of physical self-description on social physique anxiety; and （3） an indirect negative effect of personality on social physique anxiety through physical self-description. All paths in the model were significant （p 〈 0.05）. Analysis using linear structural relational model （LISREL） demonstrated the suitability of the framework and proved that the model used was applicable for this research. The results of this research will be used as a reference to develop strategies for human resource management in Taiwan Residents hospitals.

体质贴联合八段锦功法治疗气虚血瘀质新型冠状病毒感染恢复期患者的临床研究

[目的]观察气虚血瘀体质贴(简称体质贴)联合八段锦功法对气虚血瘀体质的新型冠状病毒感染恢复期患者的临床疗效。[方法]符合入选标准的43例新型冠状病毒感染恢复期患者分为试验组(21例)和对照组(22例)两组均在八段锦功法的基础上予体质贴辅助治疗,治疗12周后,观察两组患者治疗前后在中医症状积分量表、改良英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表(mMRC)、Borg自觉疲劳量表和匹兹堡睡眠问卷(PSQI)的评分改善情况。[结果]治疗12周后,与治疗前相比,试验组中医症状总积分明显降低(P<0.05);组间比较显示试验组总积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在改善单项症状积分方面,两组与各自治疗前相比,试验组在改善肌肉疲劳、气短、胸闷、干咳的方面积分明显降低(P<0.05),对照组在改善肌肉疲劳、自汗盗汗方面的积分明显降低(P<0.05)。组间比较显示,试验组在改善肌肉疲劳、气短、心悸、胸闷、干咳上的积分较对照组积分明显降低(P<0.05)。mMRC量表评分结果显示,两组患者与治疗前相比,呼吸症状评分无明显变化(P>0.05)。Borg量表和PSQI量表结果显示,与治疗前相比,两组患者症状积分均明显下降(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]体质贴联合八段锦康复治疗对气虚血瘀质新型冠状病毒感染恢复期患者的中医症状有改善作用,尤对肌肉疲劳、气短、心悸、胸闷、干咳改善明显,同时可以减轻患者疲劳,改善患者睡眠质量。

Treatment of male infertility from damp heat physique

Male infertility is a common and frequently-occurring disease in andrology clinics.Its pathogenesis and clinical symptoms are complex and changeable.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly based on dialectical treatment.Modern physicians headed by Professor Wang Qi respected the theory of physique,combined body differentiation,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and put forward a new diagnosis and treatment concept of"quality differentiation and treatment".Big clinical data has confirmed that there is a correlation between Damp-Heat(Etiological terms.It refers to a disease.The combination of heat and dampness.)physique and male infertility.In order to improve the therapeutic effect of male infertility due to Damp-Heat,through the differentiation and treatment of male infertility and the analysis of the theory of Damp-Heat physique,combined with the investigation and research results of Damp-Heat physique and modern doctors’experience in the treatment of male infertility from the perspective of Damp-Heat In summary,it is concluded that correcting the formation and development of Damp-Heat physique clinically has important clinical basis and therapeutic advantages for the prevention and treatment of male infertility.

新生儿出生体格与父母体质指数及母亲孕期营养的关系

目的:探讨新生儿出生体格与父母体质指数及母亲孕期增重、贫血的关系,为提高妇幼保健质量提供理论依据。方法:对2020年1—12月在兰州市妇幼保健院进行孕产期系统保健管理的100名孕产妇及其新生儿进行调查。采用自行的设计问卷对孕产妇进行调查,通过面对面访谈、就诊时检测的方式收集父母亲一般情况、围孕产期生活习惯、父母亲身高、体重、新生儿分娩情况、体质指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(Hb)检测值、出生体格等资料,并对资料进行统计学分析。结果:不同父亲BMI类型与新生儿出生体格相关,低体重组、正常体重组、超重/肥胖组父亲的新生儿出生体重分别为(3.01±0.28)kg、(3.25±0.44)kg、(3.40±0.34)kg,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.793,P<0.05)。母亲孕期增重与新生儿出生体重相关,增重不足、增重正常、增重超重组母亲的新生儿出生体重分别为(3.22±0.42)kg、(3.19±0.34)kg、(3.40±0.45)kg,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.878,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,父亲BMI,母亲孕期增重、孕前BMI与新生儿出生体重呈正相关,父亲饮酒与新生儿出生体重呈负相关。父亲BMI、母亲身高与新生儿出生身长呈正相关。结论:新生儿出生体格与父母体质指数及母亲孕期增重有关,应多关注父亲因素对儿童早期发育的影响。

基于形气神理论探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫诊治策略

形气神理论是对人体生命活动进行整体性、系统性的探讨,从形、气、神三个层面揭示人体物质基础、运动变化和精神情志的和谐统一,是《黄帝内经》中生命观的高度体现。糖尿病胃轻瘫为临床常见病,本虚标实、病情复杂多变。笔者从形、气、神角度探讨三者在糖尿胃轻瘫疾病发生、发展过程中的变化,阐明脾胃虚损是发病的起始因素,气机不畅是疾病发展的关键因素,心神不安是其内在因素,并提出治形、理气和调神的治法。
