Labor education is an essential component of college and university education that can help students to develop a strong work ethic,acquire practical skills,and better understand the value of work.Strengthening labor ...Labor education is an essential component of college and university education that can help students to develop a strong work ethic,acquire practical skills,and better understand the value of work.Strengthening labor education for college and university students is an urgent need of the high-quality development of the society and the internal requirement of promoting the all-round development of individuals.This study analyzes the importance of strengthening labor education for college and university students in the new era and proposes four practical pathways which draw on labor courses and campus activities,social practices,scientific research projects,and internships.After implementing these pathways,a survey of 967 students showed that students’understanding and awareness of labor was deepened,their hands-on skills and interests in science and labor practices were improved,and they became more cordially respectful to the working class.Taken together,the exploration and practice of these pathways helps college and university students to recognize their abilities,strengths,and interests,and guides them to form good labor habits that permeate all aspects of their studies and lives.展开更多

By introducing a general equilibrium framework to China's dual economic structure, this paper studies the microscopic mechanism of education input to narrow the urban-rural income gap and how to improve the alloca...By introducing a general equilibrium framework to China's dual economic structure, this paper studies the microscopic mechanism of education input to narrow the urban-rural income gap and how to improve the allocation efficiency of education funds in China's "new normal" economy. The empirical analysis results show that education input is effective in narrowing the urban-rural income gap and achieving a Pareto improvement state in both direct and indirect ways. However, the effect of education input at different stages varies. In particular, the impact of compulsory education on improving inequality is more significant than the other education levels. With adjustment for the macroeconomic slowdown, raising fiscal expenditures on education can improve potential economic growth by promoting human capital accumulation and labor productivity in the long run. In all, education input can promote labor migration and narrow the urban-rural income gap, which is conducive to alleviating the contradiction of the structural transformation lag in employment and achieving inclusive growth targets.展开更多

Based on the research introduction of domestic and foreign scholars,dynamic equilibrium between the rural labor force flow and the price of agricultural product is analyzed by VEC model,according to the data of the ru...Based on the research introduction of domestic and foreign scholars,dynamic equilibrium between the rural labor force flow and the price of agricultural product is analyzed by VEC model,according to the data of the rural labor force flow and the price of agricultural products in the years 1990-2007.Chows breakpoint test is used to measure the stage characteristics of the impact of rural labor force flow on the price of agricultural product.Result shows that there is a long-term and stationary relationship between the flow quantity of rural labor force and the price of agricultural product.Rural labor force flow,as an exogenous force,affects the agricultural production,and further influences the price fluctuation of agricultural products.Impact of rural labor force flow on the price of agricultural product is from weak to strong,then grows gradually weaker,and reaches its peak value at the year 1998.With the development of rural society and economy and the market process,rural labor force flow endogenously affects the price of agricultural product,which has periodic characteristics.In order to achieve a dual stabilization of the rural labor force flow and the price of agricultural products,the following countermeasures are put forward:vigorously developing vocational education,increasing the support for agricultural production,and making active employment measures.展开更多
Focusing on the region of Yarlung Zangbo River and the middle reaches of itstwo tributaries of Nianchu River and Lhasa River in Tibet (Hereafter referred to as the 'One Riverand Two Tributaries' region), and b...Focusing on the region of Yarlung Zangbo River and the middle reaches of itstwo tributaries of Nianchu River and Lhasa River in Tibet (Hereafter referred to as the 'One Riverand Two Tributaries' region), and based on the data from China 3rd, 4th and5th population censuses,the article has analyzed change patterns of this region' s labor force. Major findings from thestudy are summarized as follows; (1) Compared with the data from the 3rd census, labor forcepopulation in 2000 has increased significantly. (2) Children dependency coefficient has dropped,while old people dependency coefficient has changed very slightly with an increase of 0. 047% only.(3) Compared 2000 with 1982, illiteracy and semi-illiteracy rate of the population above 15 yearsold have decreased significantly by 30. 69 percentage points, but still higher than the nationalaverage. (4) Women' s illiteracy rate has dropped faster than men's, but up to 2000 it was generallyquite high. The upgrading of the entire population's overall quality has a long way to go.展开更多

At the same time,in the context of the policy of precise poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation,various helping and supporting measures for rural areas have also emerged. Supporting education in universities is one of the most important ones. With the Graduate Teaching Fellowship of Huazhong Agricultural University and the students and parents in the teaching sites as research objects,the impact of labor mobility and fixed-position supporting education in rural areas on rural families was explored in this paper using economics,sociology and other relevant theories and analytical methods. The results showed that labor mobility can promote the increase of rural household economic income. Outbound industries and regions have a major impact on the entire family development. However,the outflow of labor can also lead to various problems such as staying behind. The fixed-position supporting education in colleges and universities can,on the one hand,promote the improvement of the academic performance of the students in the teaching areas. On the other hand,it can help students develop good habits. Fixed-position supporting education of colleges and universities can be seen as a way to make up for the outflow of labor in rural areas. Method: M...Aim: This study aims to clarify the current state of advancement of knowledge and skills in the educational process from self-assessments by midwifery student labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets. Method: Metrology is an observational and retrospective study. Self-assessments in labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets of midwifery students registered in an advanced midwifery course at Nursing College A from Apr. 2017 to Mar. 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The end-points were every score of six classifications: health checkups and assessments of women who give birth, preparations for labor and delivery assistance, delivery assistance in the parturient second stage, delivery assistance in the parturient third and fourth stages, midwifery process, and the training manner. Moreover, they also included the scores of 64 evaluation items belonging to any of the six classifications and a comprehensive evaluation score in which students judged the acquisition of all knowledge and skills of delivery assistance. In addition, although not on the evaluation sheet, the average score of all 64 evaluation items was also included. The evaluation criteria were five levels, from one to five. The end-points were examined by comparing the experiences of delivery assistances in two periods of Results: 80 among 91 evaluation sheets from eight out of nine students were analyzed. The average score of all 64 evaluation items, every score of the six classifications, and the comprehensive evaluation score was significantly elevated in the experience periods of 6 ≤ times (P Conclusion: Training in adaptation and enforcement of amniotomy and assistance skills for lacerations sutures will be needed in future educational challenges. Self-assessment scores by midwifery students in labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets were significantly elevated in the experience periods of 6 ≤ times.展开更多

Self-assessments in labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets of midwifery students registered in an advanced midwifery course at Nursing College A from Apr. 2017 to Mar. 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The end-points were every score of six classifications: health checkups and assessments of women who give birth, preparations for labor and delivery assistance, delivery assistance in the parturient second stage, delivery assistance in the parturient third and fourth stages, midwifery process, and the training manner. Moreover, they also included the scores of 64 evaluation items belonging to any of the six classifications and a comprehensive evaluation score in which students judged the acquisition of all knowledge and skills of delivery assistance. In addition, although not on the evaluation sheet, the average score of all 64 evaluation items was also included. The evaluation criteria were five levels, from one to five. The end-points were examined by comparing the experiences of delivery assistances in two periods of Results: 80 among 91 evaluation sheets from eight out of nine students were analyzed. The average score of all 64 evaluation items, every score of the six classifications, and the comprehensive evaluation score was significantly elevated in the experience periods of 6 ≤ times (P Conclusion: Training in adaptation and enforcement of amniotomy and assistance skills for lacerations sutures will be needed in future educational challenges. Self-assessment scores by midwifery students in labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets were significantly elevated in the experience periods of 6 ≤ times.
文摘With the rapid development of information technology represented by artificial intelligence(AI),there has been a great impact on educational methods,educational behaviors,and educational models.It can even be said that there is a fundamental change.Especially under the influence of the pandemic,educational behaviors have undergone radical changes.The education management information system in primary and secondary schools strengthens the service of labor education for primary and secondary school students,with a data analysis system for labor education.A survey on labor education in 103 primary and secondary schools in the region has been carried out.Information technology can well improve the form of labor education in primary and secondary schools and promote the development of labor education.Big data can be used to objectively analyze the problems of labor education in primary and secondary schools,thus proposing a new era of labor education data analysis system and management for primary and secondary schools.
文摘This paper reviews the situation,challenge,and consequence of the new college entrance examination(NEMT)reform in the Zhejiang Province of China.By analyzing the issues arising from the new NEMT reform,the researchers analyze the effectiveness of the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province.Three main issues could be found in the new college entrance examination reform,which are difficult in class arrangements,increasing costs,and confusion for students in choosing future careers.The researchers compare the influence of these issues from the new college entrance examination reform with that of the labor markets.This review also indicates that the influence of the labor market exceeds that of issues from NEMT reform.Then the way career planning education under the new college entrance reform is discussed.
