Effects of supervised movie appreciation on the improvement of college students’ life meaning sense

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of supervised movie appreciation on improving the life meaning sense among college students. The intervention combined by “pre-video, post counseling” was conducted on the experimental group, while the control group received no intervention. Results have shown that the scores on the subscales of will to meaning, life purpose, life control, suffer acceptance and on the total scale have improved significantly. No gender difference was found on the intervention effect, and participants receiving intervention maintained higher level on related subscales a week later, indicating that supervised movie appreciation is an effective way to improve the life meaning sense among college students.

Correlation between the senses of achievement and students＇ motivations at tertiary level in China

Educators and teachers generally agree that a major variable affecting students learning L2 or FL is motivation. This paper discusses the correlation between increasing the sense of achievement and sustaining students＇ motivations in a Chinese cultural setting, in which language learning should not be understood in terms of North American and Western cultural values. Considering EFL or ElL situations at a tertiary education level in China's Mainland, the author thinks that for university students, we should consider this issue in another way and concludes that, from the adults＇ psychological perspective, the sense of achievement, more than any other factor, plays the most important role in sustaining students＇ motivations, thus contributing greatly to the whole process of learning. Therefore, it should be viewed as a very useful and effective method to maintain students＇ motivations. Based on this idea, the author strongly suggests that while they are capitalizing on some effective methods or strategies to foster and maintain their students＇ motivations, EFL or ElL teachers should try every means and utilize any occasion to ensure that students can feel their achievement and see progress during the advanced level of learning, thus guaranteeing they will keep expending energy and effort in continued learning.

Sense of Economic Gain from E-Commerce:Different Effects on Poor and Non-Poor Rural households

Sense of economic gain of e-commerce participation is an important aspect for evaluating the inclusiveness of e-commerce development.Based on the data of 6,242 rural households collected from the 2017 summer surveys conducted by the China Institute for Rural Studies(CIRS),Tsinghua University,this paper evaluates the effects of e-commerce participation on rural households’sense of economic gain with the propensity score matching(PSM)method,and carries out grouped comparisons between poor and non-poor households.Speci fically,the“Self-evaluated income level relative to fellow villagers”measures respondents’sense of economic gain in the relative sense,and“Percentage of expected household income growth(reduction)in 2018 over 2017”measures future income growth expectation.Findings suggest that e-commerce participation signi ficantly increased sample households’sense of economic gain relative to their fellow villagers and their future income growth expectation.Yet grouped comparisons offer different conclusions:E-commerce participation increased poor households’sense of economic gain compared with fellow villagers more than it did for non-poor households.E-commerce participation did little to increase poor households’future income growth expectation.Like many other poverty reduction programs,pro-poor e-commerce helps poor households with policy preferences but have yet to help them foster skills to prosper in the long run.The sustainability and quality of perceived relative economic gain for poor households are yet to be further observed and examined.All poverty reduction initiatives including pro-poor e-commerce must help poor households develop endogenous growth momentum to prosper beyond the effects of short-term pro-poor policies.

Predicting Alcohol Consumption in Hospitality Populations Using Sense of Coherence

This paper aims to introduce the claim that hospitality students and hospitality employees drink more alcohol than other students and employee groups and to explore and explain this alcohol consumption disparity using the sense of coherence （SOC） construct. Using a web-based questionnaire, college students were recruited, surveyed, and classified into hospitality and non-hospitality majors. Self-reported alcohol consumption, SOC, and a variety of demographic variables were measured. A total of 930 students participated of which 59.4% were female and 28% were hospitality majors. About 47% of hospitality students, 33% of other majors, 43% of women, and 38% of men were classified as at-risk consumers of alcohol. The overall SOC score was about 139 with a range of 69-191. None of the sub-populations differed significantly in SOC. While SOC does not predict major or occupational choice, SOC is a predictor of risky alcohol consumption.

Mechanisms Influencing Learning Gains Under Information Security: Structural Equation Modeling with Mediating Effect

With the expanding enrollments in higher education,the quality of col-lege education and the learning gains of students have attracted much attention.It is important to study the influencing factors and mechanisms of individual stu-dents’acquisition of learning gains to improve the quality of talent cultivation in colleges.However,in the context of information security,the original data of learning situation surveys in various universities involve the security of educa-tional evaluation data and daily privacy of teachers and students.To protect the original data,data feature mining and correlation analyses were performed at the model level.This study selected 12,181 pieces of data from X University,which participated in the Chinese College Student Survey(CCSS)from 2018 to 2021.A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted and a structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 24.0.Through hypothesis testing,this study explored the mechanisms that influence learning gains from the per-spectives of student involvement,teacher involvement,and school support.The results indicated that the quality of student involvement has an important mediat-ing effect on learning gains and that a supportive campus environment has the greatest influence on learning gains.Establishing positive emotional communica-tions between teachers and students is a more direct and effective method than improving the teaching level to improve the quality of student involvement.This study discusses the implications of these results on the research and practice of connotative development in higher education.

乡村青年教师获得感指标体系构建研究

作为乡村教师队伍的后备力量与持续动力,乡村青年教师承担着振兴乡村教育发展的重任。切实的获得感是增进乡村教师职业吸引力、坚定乡村青年教师教育信念的关键因素,也是建设高质量乡村教师队伍的根本保障。研究通过修正德尔菲法与层次分析法建构了包含“生存保障获得感”“关系归属获得感”“自我发展获得感”3个一级指标、“物质经济获得感”“政策保障获得感”“社会交往获得感”“公共文化获得感”“社会声望获得感”“专业成长获得感”“职业成就获得感”7个二级指标及28个相应三级指标的乡村青年教师获得感指标体系。在此基础上提出乡村青年教师获得感提升理路:完善物质保障,推进差异化教师激励政策;整合关系归属,锚定人性化社会需要;保持自我发展,合理规划未来预期。

特征协同与细粒度感知的遥感图像小目标检测

针对遥感图像中小目标多、排列密集导致的漏检问题,提出一种特征协同与细粒度感知的遥感图像小目标检测算法。首先,构造精细特征协同策略,通过智能调整卷积核参数,优化了特征间的交互和整合过程;通过精确控制信息流,实现从粗糙到精细的渐进式特征精化。在此基础上,本文设计一个细粒度感知模块,将感知注意力与移动反向卷积结合形成一个增强型检测头,显著增强网络对于极小尺寸物体的感知能力。最后,为了提升模型训练的效率,采用MPDIoU和NWD作为回归损失函数,解决位置偏差,加快模型收敛。在DOTA1.0数据集和DOTA1.5数据集上的实验结果表明,改进后算法相比于基准方法,平均精度分别提高7.4%和6.1%,相较于其他算法具有明显优势,显著改善遥感图像中小目标的漏检情况。

面对人工智能时代波涛汹涌的高等教育革命,现代测量学教学在遵循测量专业人才培养规律的基础上,如何在传承中创新,在创新中传承,达到守正与创新的有机统一,是本课程教学改革过程中必须解决的问题。本文以新一轮本科教育教学改革为契机,以社会经济发展对测绘地理信息行业领域的新需求为导向,面向现有课程教学存在的痛点,从教学内容、教学方法、教学组织等方面深入探索,提出了强化时代主题融入、提升学生课程获得感、培养工程素养和回归朴素课堂等四项教学改革措施。并采取BOPPPS教学模式构建理论教学,基于获得感理论,打造了“四度”高效课堂,极大地满足了测绘专业学生综合能力提升的需求。

学情视角下大学生课程思政学习获得感探究

大学生课程思政学习获得感是衡量高校课程思政建设成效的关键指标。学习动机、学习氛围、学习资源是具有代表性的学情因素,引入学习投入和学业自我效能感作为中介和调节变量,有利于系统探究学情因素对课程思政学习获得感的影响机理。基于对497名江苏高校经管类专业本科生的问卷调查结果可以发现:学习动机、学习资源、学习氛围显著正向影响课程思政学习获得感;学习投入在学习动机、学习资源、学习氛围与课程思政学习获得感间起部分中介作用;学业自我效能感既正向调节学习动机、学习资源、学习氛围与学习投入间的关系,又正向调节学习投入在学习动机、学习资源、学习氛围与课程思政学习获得感间的中介作用。

民营企业家获得感对投资积极性的影响研究

民营经济是共同富裕建设的基础力量,民营企业家的获得感与信心对其参与共同富裕建设的积极性与责任感起着关键作用。本研究通过对691位民营企业家的问卷调查,探讨民营企业家获得感对未来扩大企业投资规模的影响。结果发现,民营企业家获得感越强,越愿意扩大企业投资规模,投资积极性越高;受教育程度较高、担任政协委员和行会商会代表的企业家,其获得感对一年期投资积极性的作用更加突显;信心和幸福感是获得感影响投资积极性的两个中介因素,民营企业家获得感越强,经营发展信心越大,幸福感越高,未来越倾向于扩大企业投资。未来应着力在增强民营企业家获得感、提升民营企业家信心和优化营商环境等方面促进民营企业高质量发展,助力共同富裕顺利推进。

中国居民健康获得感问卷编制及信效度评价

目的:初步编制居民健康获得感测量问卷,评价其信度和效度。方法:通过文献研究法、访谈法、专家咨询法探索居民健康获得感的内涵和结构并编制初始测量问卷。通过问卷星平台发放和回收问卷,利用SPSS 21.0软件进行项目分析、信度检验和探索性因子等多种统计分析;利用AMOS 21.0软件进行验证性因子分析,评价构建的模型与实测数据的拟合程度。结果:居民健康获得感问卷包括支持条件、健康基础、自我认知3个维度共12个条目。研究编制的居民健康获得感测量问卷信效度良好,各分维度的克朗巴赫α系数在0.832~0.870之间,整体问卷的克朗巴赫α系数为0.850;结构模型拟合指标良好,χ^(2)/df为2.214,CFI、NFI、TLI等拟合数据基本在0.9以上,RMSEA值为0.051,所有测量题项的因子载荷均在0.7以上,各维度的组合信度CR值都在0.8以上、AVE值均在0.5以上,居民健康获得感与校标变量生活满意度之间存在显著正向相关关系(r=0.289,P<0.01)。结论:编制的3维度12题项测量问卷有良好的信效度,能较好反映居民健康获得感的内涵和结构,可作为测量我国居民健康获得感的有效工具。

积极心理学视野下高职贫困生获得感提升路径研究

贫困生作为高职院校的特殊群体,其获得感水平受到社会的广泛关注。本文通过阐述高职贫困生获得感的内涵,探讨影响高职贫困生获得感的主客观因素,并运用积极心理学理念,从塑造阳光心态,增强积极情绪体验;完善自我意识,培育积极人格特质;优化育人环境,构建和谐校园等三方面提升高职贫困生获得感,从而有利于落实“立德树人,全面发展”的理念,对深化职业教育教学改革,切实提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。

大学生思政课获得感影响因素实证分析

通过问卷调查实证检验教学要素、学生需求对思政课获得感的影响作用。结果显示:教学要素、学生需求对思政课获得感具有显著正向影响;学生参与的中介效用显著,在教学内容、教学方法、教师素养、学生需求对思政课获得感的总效用中占比分别为67%、46%、35%、36%。高校应聚焦问题激发学生需求,强化思政课认同感;围绕学生推进“三教”改革,提高思政课育人效果;立足实践引导学生参与,提升思政课获得感。

海南自贸港建设进程中人民获得感理论模型与量表编制

目的:旨在构建海南自贸港建设进程中人民获得感的理论模型并编制适合的获得感量表。方法:通过文献分析建构人民获得感的理论模型并通过开放式问卷和专家咨询编制量表初测问卷题项,然后分别进行了初测和正式施测,并对问卷数据进行统计分析,进而验证理论模型的拟合度并确定海南自贸港建设进程中人民获得感的正式量表。结果:(1)本研究进行探索性因子分析得出人民获得感的5个因子:经济获得感、政治获得感、社会获得感、文化获得感、生态获得感,累积解释总变异的65.008%;(2)正式量表包含5个维度30个题项,验证性因子分析表明,人民获得感五因子结构模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=2.93,P<0.001,TLI=0.923,CFI=0.930,RMSEA=0.057);(3)量表的Cronbach’s α为0.957,5个维度的Cronbach’s α分别为0.897、0.838、0.896、0.801、0.913,量表具有良好的内部一致性;(4)量表各维度之间相关系数小于维度与总分之间的相关系数,各维度具有一定的独立性又具有一致性,量表具有较好的结构效度。结论:正式量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以用来评估海南自贸港建设进程中人民的获得感,对提升人民获得感有一定的指导意义。

急诊科护理实习生死亡应对能力现状及影响因素研究

目的 调查急诊科护理实习生的死亡应对能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2022年8月-2023年4月在河南省、陕西省、甘肃省各1所三级甲等医院急诊科的217名护理实习生为研究对象,采用生命意义感量表、简化版死亡应对能力量表、中文版死亡态度描绘量表对其进行调查。结果 回收有效问卷93.5%。急诊科护理实习生的死亡应对能力得分为(37.99±8.50)分,处于中等偏下水平。多元线性回归分析结果显示,学校是否设置死亡教育或安宁疗护课程、是否支持生前预嘱、生命意义感、趋近接受是急诊科护理实习生死亡应对能力水平的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释29.8%的总变异。结论 急诊科护理实习生死亡应对能力有待提升。临床教学应弥补学校死亡教育的相对不足,引导其深层次思考死亡事件并培养正向死亡态度,立足中国传统文化探寻生命意义感,从而提升护理实习生的死亡应对能力。

宁夏居民就医获得感现状及影响因素研究

目的:通过对宁夏居民就医获得感现状进行调查,分析宁夏居民就医获得感影响因素,以期为宁夏居民就医获得感的提升提供决策参考,为进一步深化医药卫生事业改革提供参考。方法:2019年11—12月,采用问卷调查的方式对3家宁夏样本医院门诊的600例患者进行调查,采用多重回归分析探索宁夏居民就医获得感的影响因素。结果:宁夏居民就医获得感总体得分为(38.90±9.06)分,就医获得感各维度得分排序分别为就医安全获得感、就医有效获得感、就医价廉获得感、就医方便获得感。影响宁夏居民就医获得感的主要因素分别为文化程度、医保类型、家庭年收入、就诊医生级别、是否下级医疗机构转诊(P<0.05)。结论:宁夏居民就医获得感处于中上水平,但仍有上升空间;相关部门应加强医联体建设,促进优质资源下沉;搭建信息化平台,优化服务流程;提升基层服务能力,发挥医保杠杆作用,引导患者合理就医;通过培养高水平卫生人才等手段提升居民就医获得感。

三峡库区乡村发展主体获得感现状及提升路径——基于重庆巫溪长红村的个案

让人民有较多的获得感、幸福感是党和国家新时期治国理政的伟大方略。近年来,在乡村振兴战略推动下,三峡库区经济社会取得较快发展,人民生活发生了重大变化。他们的获得感如何?文章选取库区的重庆巫溪县长红村为研究对象,通过获得感问卷调查和会见座谈形式获取第一手资料,分析该村三类主体获得感的差异性,探寻导致这种差异的内外因素,并提出提升不同主体获得感的实施路径:增强个体发展能力,激发获得感提升的内生动能;壮大集体经济实力,夯实获得感提升的经济基础;优化乡村治理模式,确立获得感提升的组织体制机制;持续推进落实乡村振兴各项政策,营造获得感提升的宽松环境。

数字化赋能高校思政教学效果评价研究

为提升数字化赋能下高校思政教学效果,以效果评价为导向,运用文献研究法、调查法及统计分析法构建数字化赋能高校思政教学效果评价模型,并通过问卷调查收集200份数据进行验证。经t检验、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析发现,由教师数字化教学效果评价、学生数字化学习效果评价及大数据教学效果评价构成的评价模型结果十分显著,建构合理。经多元回归分析发现,学校理念、数字技能及师生互评是影响数字化赋能下高校思政教学效果评价的三个重要因素。高校要重视数字化转型,加强对师生数字素养的培育,完善师生互评机制,形成师生互评推动下的联动向好机制,着力改进和提升高校思政教学效果。
