The Impact of Sports Games on the Psychological Health of Middle School Students

This study conducted a 16-week comparative experiment with 160 students from Jinan No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province as the experimental subjects.During the implementation of the experiment,the subjects were divided into two groups:an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was subjected to physical exercise interventions using sports game teaching methods during physical education class,while the control group followed traditional physical education teaching methods.The results showed that the psychological health status of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the experiment.The application of sports games helps to improve the psychological health of middle school students in the course of physical education,promoting a positive and forward direction in student psychology and is an effective means to enhance the psychological health level of middle school students.

Exploration of The Construction Path of Sports Injury and First Aid Course Systems for College Students

By the requirements of the Ministry of Education on life safety education, colleges, and universities have set up a course on Sports Injury and First Aid to organize relevant knowledge and increase the student’s awareness of first aid knowledge so that they can use reasonable methods to address sport-related injuries. At the same time, they can cope with first-aid situations and assist rescuers in completing resuscitation activities. This paper is based on the study of three colleges in Chongqing. This paper selected students from 3 universities in Chongqing and evaluated the mastery of first aid knowledge of college students, pointing out the value of implementing the “Sports Injury and First Aid” course in colleges and universities. This can provide opportunities to improve the theoretical content of the discipline, actively carry out practical activities, reasonably set the assessment method, and provide basic protection to ensure that the “Sports Injury and First Aid” course can be carried out normally to improve the mastery level of students’ first aid knowledge.

Strategies for Boxing Teaching in Competitive Sports Schools

To improve the quality of boxing teaching in competitive sports schools,it is necessary to first analyze the strengths and weaknesses of boxing teaching in competitive sports schools,and then optimize the teaching strategy.The strategies include innovating the boxing curriculum system and content,building learning communities inside and outside the classroom,personalizing the teaching forms and methods,using multimedia to broaden the teaching path,focusing on the integration of boxing teaching leagues,and diversifying the teaching incentives and evaluations.

Effects of sports on school adaptability, resilience and cell phone addiction tendency of high school students

BACKGROUND Sport help promote healthy physical and mental development of high school students.To date,there have been few studies on the effect of sport on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction tendency of high school students.AIM To explore the effects of sports on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction of high school students.METHODS A stratified random sampling method was used to select 600 students from two high schools in Lhasa,and Physical Activity Rating Scale,School Adjustment Scale for High School Students,Chinese Adolescents Resilience Scale,and Mobile Phone Addiction Index were used for field questionnaire survey.RESULTS Sport was positively correlated with school adaptability and resilience(P<0.01),school adaptability was positively correlated with resilience(P<0.01)and cell phone addiction was negatively correlated with sports,school adaptability and resilience(P<0.01).The direct effect of sport on cell phone addiction was significant(P<0.001),accounting for 20.51%of the total effect.The mediating effect of school adaptability on sport and cell phone addiction was significant(P<0.001),accounting for 17.38%and 35.36%of the total effect value,respectively.School adjustment and resilience had a significant chain-mediated effect on sport and cell phone addiction(P<0.001),accounting for 26.75%of the total effect.CONCLUSION Sport affected the cell phone addiction tendency of senior high school students through the mediating effect of school adaptability and resilience,and through the chain mediation effect of both.

The Role of Skills Competitions in Improving the Practical Ability of Vocational College Students

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education that are equally important.The orientation of talent training in vocational education is to nurture skilled talents to serve the society.The practical ability of students is both the focus of teaching in vocational colleges and the requirement of enterprise posts.The various types of skills competitions provide a“stage”for students to showcase their abilities.First,this paper explores students’problem-solving ability while preparing for these competitions,expounding the importance of vocational education and skills competitions.Second,this paper summarizes the views of different scholars.Third,based on a specific case,this paper describes the improvement in students’ability while preparing for these competitions.Fourth,this paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey conducted to investigate the improvement in students’ability.Lastly,this paper puts forward several suggestions that appeal for vocational colleges to pay more attention to skills competitions.

Enhancing the Problem-Solving Skills of Vocational Students Through Skills Competition

Unlike general education,vocational education aims to nurture skilled people for various sectors in the society.The development of students’problem analysis and problem-solving skills is crucial.As an important part of the vocational education system,skills competitions are considered a“booster”for improving the quality of teaching in vocational institutions.This paper examines the problem-solving skills of students in preparation for skills competition.First of all,we introduce China’s education policies and conduct a review of early scholars’views,followed by a discussion on the specific problems faced in the design of the entry for skills competition and an exploration of the process of enhancing students’problem-solving skills around these problems;we then propose several suggestions for vocational institutions to enhance their participation in skills competitions.Skills competitions provide a“special stage”for students in vocational institutions to show their abilities.The question of how this“stage”can be utilized to better improve students’abilities is worth exploring in different fields.

A Brief Analysis of Competitive Sports Depicted on the Portrait Bricks and Stones of the Han Dynasty

The emergence of competitive sports in ancient China is closely related to military activities.With the evolution and development of society,many sporting events have been introduced to and accepted by,the people and later carried forward from generation to generation.In the Han Dynasty,thanks to the strong national strength and booming economy,competitive sports witnessed rapid development.People at that time,from imperial officials to common people,were all keen on various competitive sports and such sports were also very popular among the folk.Along with this,there emerged multiple monographs on sports.Portrait bricks are the remnants of the lavish burial rituals of the Han Dynasty.As the economy grew and social wealth amassed,the lavish burial custom prevailing since the Spring and Autumn Period reached its peak in the Han Dynasty,especially in the Eastern Han Dynasty.People would bury in tombs along with various articles they used before they died.They would also paint the life of the tomb owner on bricks to decorate the tomb by embedding them in the tomb chamber.The images on the portrait bricks unearthed from the tombs of the Han Dynasty are the most intuitive and convincing physical evidence to reflect the development of competitive sports at that time.We conduct a preliminary study on competitive sports in the Han Dynasty by using the portrait bricks of the Han Dynasty unearthed in Sichuan province and the Yellow River basin as examples,aiming to do our bit to build a sporting powerhouse and a healthy China.

1.Introduction Electronic sports(Esports),viewed as competitive and organized video gaming,1 are becoming accepted as a form of sports.2-4 Many digital video games associated with Esports are played through various platforms(e.g.,computers,consoles,mobile,streaming,or virtual reality)5 and involve either simulating competitive sports(motion-based)or combative(actionbased)activities.2 Esports have been around for more than 20 years1 and continue to thrive economically as a highly profitable gaming industry.2,6 Thanks to the advances in digital media and online game-streaming or cloud gaming technologies,there has been a rapid increase,on a global scale,in the popularity of Esports worldwide,6 evidenced by the exponential growth in participation,media coverage,viewership,sponsorship,and commercialization.

选取sportsmanship为研究对象,置于历史社会学维度中梳理并分析英语世界中sportsmanship的起源、演变以及价值呈现。研究认为:sportsmanship源起于18世纪中期的英国,是在狩猎活动(sport)中对骑士精神与绅士行为的效仿;20世纪初期至中期,sportsmanship表现出3个方面的演变趋向,即传播范围逐步扩大,应用领域不断延伸,表现内涵持续丰富;20世纪80年代至今,随着商业主义在竞技体育中的渗透,使sportsmanship聚焦于体育领域,成为青少年人格养成的重要方式。研究指出:sportsmanship从源起之时便不是体育领域的专属词语,内涵多元。在竞技体育中,sportsmanship的价值表现在社会规范和个体塑造两个层面,即"尊重"的理想化追求和对人格培养的教育诉求,是公民教育不可或缺的维度。

Inspiration of “Internet + Shared bike” for Healthy Exercise of University Students

As the economy and technology keep growing,the mode of shared bikes gains popularity under these circumstances.At the current period,university students become fond of using shared bikes,which changes body health and life style of university students.When this mode combines the characteristics and functions of shared bikes,it has a great impact on the awareness and motivation of work-out of university students.Supported by Internet technology,shared bikes meet the need of people that they can use them at any time,which is new and innovative to the university students.This article provides university students with shared bike service in campus by analyzing the influence of“Internet+shared bike”on health and sports of university students.It will promote the effective application of shared bikes.

High school sports programs differentially impact participation by sex

背景:研究表明,参加体育活动可降低儿童和青少年肥胖的风险。学校是促进儿童和青少年参加体育活动的理想环境,但目前尚不清楚体育活动的"获得"和"选择"如何影响学生的参与度,也不清楚学校体育课的特点对学生参与体育的影响是否存在性别差异。本研究旨在评价高中体育运动项目的特点,并确定这些体育课程对男女生参与运动队的影响程度。方法:用电话采访的方式纵向调查了1,244名新罕布什尔州和佛蒙特州的学生。学生自述他们小学至高中阶段参与运动队的情况。通过调查高中职员了解体育机会。在本研究中,"体育机会"是指每100名学生所对应的学校提供的体育项目种类《选择)和学校提供的体育种类中不限制参加人数的体育项目的比例(获得)。结果:约70%的儿童参加了至少一个体育运动队,男生为73%,女生为66%。研究发现在性别和两个体育机会变量之间存在显著交互影响。控制小学生参与体育活动和其他协变量后,发现如果学校不限制最受欢迎的体育项目的参与人数,男生会参加更多的体育运动队(RR=1.12,p<0.01)。相反,如果学校提供广泛的体育项目,女生会参加更多的体育运动队(RR=1 47,p<0.001)。结论:前人研究表明,参加体育活动能带来许多健康效益。对公共卫生工作包括预防肥胖而言,学校体育课可能是一个重要而有效但未被充分利用的对象。要使青少年参加更多的体育活动,就应综合考虑学校体育项目的获得和选择。学校可运用不同策略,促使男生和女生更多地参加体育活动。
