In the nursing domain, ethical dilemmas arise when nurses face challenges in making sound ethical decisions during clinical practice. These challenges may stem from conflicts between personal values and professional responsibilities. Methodology: Articles downloaded from Pub Med, CNKI, and Google Scholar were reviewed. Results: After rigorous screening, a meticulous analysis was conducted, encompassing 10 articles and involving a substantial cohort of 2863 participants. Existing literature revealed variations in the ethical dilemmas faced by nurses across different departments. The ethical sensitivity of nurses also varies, with higher ethical sensitivity correlating with stronger empathetic abilities. Zhen et al. classified the causes of ethical dilemmas into four main categories: (1) Ethical dilemmas arising from personal reasons of nursing students;(2) Ethical dilemmas stemming from the actions of teachers;(3) Ethical dilemmas triggered by patients;(4) Ethical dilemmas resulting from miscellaneous reasons. Conclusion: According to literature findings, nursing ethical sensitivity was positively linked to the nurse’s ethical decision-making ability. A case study-oriented teaching program has proven effective in enhancing ethical sensitivity among nursing students.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND The causality between education and type 2 diabetes(T2DM)remains unclear.AIM To identify the causality between education and T2DM and the potential metabolic risk factors[coronary heart disease(CHD),total cholesterol, lowdensity lipoprotein, triglycerides(TG),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),fasting insulin, fasting glucose, and glycated hemoglobin]from summarized genome-wide association study(GWAS)data used a network Mendelian randomization(MR).METHODS Two-sample MR and network MR were performed to obtain the causality between education-T2DM,education-mediator,and mediator-T2DM.Summary statistics from the Social Science Genetic Association Consortium(discovery data)and Neale Lab consortium(replication data)were used for education and DIAGRAMplusMetabochip for T2DM.RESULTS The odds ratio for T2DM was 0.392(95%CI:0.263-0.583)per standard deviation increase(3.6 years)in education by the inverse variance weighted method, without heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy.Education was genetically associated with CHD,TG,BMI,WC,and WHR in the discovery phase, yet only the results for CHD,BMI,and WC were replicated in the replication data. Moreover,BMI was genetically associated with T2DM.CONCLUSION Short education was found to be associated with an increased T2DM risk.BMI might serve as a potential mediator between them.

文摘The purposes of this study were to establish a school support service model for students with disabilities in general classroom, and to explore the current status of school support services provided for students with disabilities in preschools, primary, and junior high schools. Therefore, this study used data from the Special Needs Education Longitudinal Study in Taiwan, collected in the 2007-2008 academic year. There were 2,924 students with disabilities selected in the study who were placed in general classrooms; 855 were in preschool, 1,079 were in primary school and 990 were in junior high school. The questionnaires in the database were answered by their teachers. The results of this study are listed, as follows: In terms of the school support service model for students with disabilities in the three stages of education, adjustment in teaching accounts for 1-15% of the explanatory power regarding the overall model, while support services account for 63-85%, which peak in junior high schools. Secondly, itinerant teachers are found to be the most important human resource in preschools. For primary and junior high schools, parents and special education teachers are the more prevalent influences. The more common school support services are tuition refunds, itinerant services, adjustments in examinations, and scholarships.
文摘The ultimate goal of college personnel training is "comprehensively implementing quality-oriented education and cultivating innovation-oriented personnel". The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sports dance teaching of general colleges can help theoretically analyze the teaching process of existing sports dance actions and reveal the main reason for the gap with the goal of "comprehensive harmonious development", and also can verify the theoretical analysis results. Therefore, using teaching experiment method, experiment class and control class were selected for implementing two different teaching methods. Difference T test of small samples average was made on the acquired data for revealing the teaching effect difference between two different teaching methods. The result shows that the difference between two teaching methods was significant. The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sports dance teaching of physical education of general colleges plays a certain positive role in training the comprehensive and harmonious moral, intellectual and physical developments of college students.
