Informed consent process: ethical and practical challenges in clinical trials regarding subject enrollment, protection, and informed consent in developing countries (India, Pakistan & Iran)

In this study,we are discussing the rationale behind informed consent in clinical trials in developing countries.It elaborates how informed consent has remained an ethical and practical issue.Poverty,endemic diseases,and a lack of investment in healthcare systems influence the ease of conducting and selecting trials that can benefit the people of developing countries.Differences in cultural perspectives,religious beliefs,a lack of formal training for clinical staff,children,time zone difference,literacy,vulnerable population,and language barriers for subject enrollment,protection,and informed are also challenges.This report doesn’t only highlight the right the wrongs of the past or reiterate cases where clinical trials have hurt subjects in developing countries.The current study investigates the conditions of human research in developing countries to make them more ethically sound.The extends proposals to investigators,scientists,governments,sponsors,and other groups who are interested where appropriate.

A Brief Analysis of the Translator’s Subjectivity in the Process of Computer Aided Translation

In the era of globalization and big data,the demand for translation is growing rapidly,and the task of translators is be⁃coming increasingly burdensome.The emergence of computer aided translation technology provides great convenience for transla⁃tion work.The main body of computer aided translation process is the translator,which avoids many drawbacks in machine transla⁃tion.This paper aims to have a brief analysis of the translator's subjectivity in the process of computer aided translation,which will be helpful for the development of the computer aided translation technology.

New Attempt for Building Rural Water Environment Management System Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Water Environment in Xianxia Town, Yudu County

Water environment is a part of ecological environment, and conservation of water environment has always been a focus of public attention in China, but water environment management in the vast countryside has been stuck in bottleneck. Based on the fi eld investigation in Xianxia Town, Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, this paper explored the current situation of local water environment and the management diffi culties, then introduced the holistic view to integrate the linkage of government, market and society, proposed the universality of the individual case, and the new attempt centering on urban-rural integrated water environment management system with public participation mechanism, management subjects' benefit balance and coordination system, marketing operation mechanism and economic incentive mechanism as the extension.

Behavior game evolution strategy of financing platform for energysaving renovation of existing buildings

The operation optimization of the existing building energy-saving renovation financing platform is the basic support that needs to be solved in the existing building energy-saving renovation practice under the EPC mode.The essence of the operation of building energy-saving transformation financing platform is the joint effect of subjects’choice through the behavioral game strategy.Starting from the analysis of game relationship between the subjects of building energy-saving retrofit market,based on the user game theory,the author constructs a behavioral game model of energy-saving retrofit units,ESCOs and investors,discusses its behavioral game evolution and stability strategy.There is an implementation mechanism for the operation of building energy-saving renovation financing platform to enhance the effectiveness of the operation of the existing building energy-saving renovation financing platform and promote the development of the existing building energy-saving market.
