数字控制的埋弧自动焊机研制

介绍一种由80C196KB单片机构成的埋弧自动焊机数字控制系统的软、硬件设计。焊接电源采用六相半波晶闸管整流电路,用不同方法计算偏差进行数字PI调节,获得恒流、恒压、陡降和缓降4种输出静特性。送丝速度通过2个PI调节器进行双闭环控制,分别进行电机电枢电压反馈和电弧电压反馈。埋弧焊调速和过程控制系统电路安装在操作盒内,通过串行通讯接口与焊接电源交换数据。研制的样机表现出良好的稳定性、可靠性和适应性,且具有焊接参数预置、记忆、锁定、数显以及自动引弧、收弧等功能。

利用酒精废液发酵生产香菇多糖

探讨了以酒精厂废液为主要原料进行香菇菌深层培养生产多糖的工艺条件。实验结果表明：选用葡萄糖１ｇ／ｄＬ，豆饼粉１ｇ／ｄＬ，稻草粉０．７５ｇ／ｄＬ，酒精废液１０ｇ／ｄＬ的发酵培养基，在起始ｐＨ４．０，２８℃的条件下培养７ｄ，发酵液粗多糖（含胞内和胞外）产率最高达０．８４４ｇ／ｄＬ．

一种轻型水下光电复合缆的设计

本文简要介绍一种水下使用的光电复合缆的设计及其性能,改变了过去的铠装钢丝为加强单元的传统设计,采用非金属材料芳纶为加强单元,通过在芳纶绞合的过程中填加合适的阻水物质以实现缆的纵向阻水目的。新设计制造的光电复合缆重量轻、尺寸小、易布放、性能优良稳定。
