The gels were analysed by using Fourier transform infrared spectrum, gel fraction and ionic conductivity (IC) measurement. The results show that the gel is crosslinked by EB irradiation, the crosslinking degree rises with the increasing EB irradiation dose (ID) and the mass percents of both PAN and PEO contribute a lot to the crosslinking; in addition, EB irradiation can promote the IC of PAN-PEO gels. There exists an optimum irradiation dose, at which the IC can increase dramatically. The IC changes of the PAN-PEO gels along with ID are divided into three regions: IC rapidly increasing region, IC decreasing region and IC balanced region. The cause of the change can be ascribed to two aspects, gel capturing electron degree and crosslinking degree. By comparing the IC-ID curves of different mass percents of PAN and PEO in gel, we found that PAN plays a more important role for gel IC promotion than PEO, since addition of PAN in gel causes the IC-ID curve sharper, while addition of PEO in gel causes the curve milder.展开更多

The RbAg4 I5 target for PLD process was mechano-chemically synthesized by high-energy ball milling in Ar atmosphere using β-AgI and RbI as raw materials. The ion-conducting properties of RbAg4 I5 were studied by alternating current(AC) impedance spectroscopy and the ionic conductivity at room temperature was estimated 0.21 S/m. The structure, morphology, and elemental composition of the RbAg4 I5 film were investigated. The Ag+ ion-conducting property of the prepared superioni-conductor film was exploited for ion–beam generation. The temperature and accelerating voltage dependences of the ion current were studied. Few nA current was obtained at the temperature of 196?C and the accelerating voltage of 10 kV.展开更多

The LLTO (with x = 0.11) powder was synthesized by thermally ball-grinding method and the Li+ ionic conductivity of the LLTO ceramic targets was found to be of ca. 3.25 × 10–3 S/cm. Using LLTO targets for e-beam evaporation, 300 nm-thick films with the Li+ ionic conductivity of 5.50 × 10–5 S/cm were deposited. Combining LLTO films with WO3/ITO and LiMn2O4 layers, all-solid-state electrochromic mirrors with a laminar structure of Al/LiMn2O4/LLTO/WO3/ITO were prepared. The reversible reflectance of the mirrors was well controlled by applying polarized potentials onto the ITO electrode. The obtained results suggest useful applications for electrochromic windows working as a smart reflectance mirror that can be used for auto rear-view mirrors.展开更多
