Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Comprehensive Management of Environmental Problems in Dongping Lake

[Objective]We aimed to study the influencing factors and comprehensive management of environmental problems in Dongping Lake.[Method]Based on field investigation and historical data,environmental problems of Dongping Lake and their influencing factors were analyzed,and seven measures about comprehensive management of environmental issues and ecological protection of Dongping Lake were put forward.[Result]During recent years,the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in Dongping Lake showed a decreasing trend,but the water was still in the eutrophic state.The environmental problems of Dongping Lake,like flood,drought and pollution,are closely linked to natural and man-made factors,such as regional seasonal precipitation,industrial and agricultural pollution,etc.In order to control the environmental problems of Dongping Lake,we should strengthen the construction and management of wetland nature reserves,develop ecological agriculture,establish an integral system for environmental monitoring and information management,reinforce propaganda and education to improve residents’ environmental consciousness,etc.[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific references for the comprehensive management of environmental problems in Dongping Lake and its basin.

In 1956, my former Head and Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology KT LIM, asked me to take the initiative to establish a reproductive endocrinology unit. Analysis and management strategies for the low voltage problems of rural power grid based on the distribution network flow calculation method

For a long time, because of the lack of investment capital and enough attentions, the overall constructions of rural power grid were far behind than the urban power grid in Chongqing Jiangbei Power Company. The low voltage problems were highlighted in the rural power grid due to the characteristics of rural power grid. Using the distribution network flow calculation method, we evaluated the low voltage problems of the rural power grid which belongs to Chongqing Jiangbei Power Company. In addition, we collected the data of distribution transformers in electricity consumption peak period. Some practical management strategies were proposed by the analysis and evaluation of potential and appeared low voltage problems.

Common Nursing Safety Problems and Nursing Management Strategies of Tumor Inpatients

Objective:This study aims to analyze the relatively common problems of nursing safety of tumor inpatients and to study the effect of implementing nursing safety management.Methods:The data of reference group are selected from patients admitted to hospital before the nursing safety management were fully implemented in the hospital from March 2015 to September 2015.The experimental group data are selected from patients admitted to hospital after the nursing safety management were fully implemented in the hospital from October 2015 to March 2016.The total number of nursing adverse events,the total rate of nursing disputes and the total satisfaction rate of nursing management of two group of tumor inpatients were calculated.Results:The total nursing adverse events of tumor inpatients in the experimental group were significantly different with the calculated values of the tumor inpatients in the reference group(p<0.05 data comparative statistics).Similarly,the satisfactory total rate of nursing management for tumor inpatients in experimental group were also significantly different with the calculated value of the tumor inpatients in the reference group(p<0.05 data comparative statistics).Conclusion:The findings suggest that nursing safety management to tumor inpatients should be highlighted as such program maybe useful to address the nursing safety problems in the hospitalized patients with tumor.
