Shaking table test study on performance and functionality of a typical telecommunication room after earthquakes

Large numbers of basic transceiver stations,where the telecommunication room is one of the main components,comprise an important part of the telecommunication system.After earthquakes,considerable economic loss from telecommunication systems is often associated with seismic damage and functional loss of the telecommunication room.However,research related to this has been limited.In this study,shaking table tests were conducted for a full-scale typical telecommunication room,including a light-steel house and the necessary communication and power supply equipment.The tests not only focused on the seismic damage to all the structures but also considered the functions of the communication and power supply of the equipment.The interactions between these facilities and their effects on communication function were also investigated.Compared with the damage to structures,the interruption of the power supply due to earthquakes is a weak link.Finally,the damage indexes,together with their threshold values of different damage states for the communication and power supply equipment,were derived from the test results.The results of this research can contribute to the literature gaps regarding seismic performance studies of telecommunication rooms,and can serve as a valuable reference for future research on its seismic fragility and economic losses evaluation.

Interaction between supply chain risk and organizational performance

To offer a theoretic guidance to practice, on the basis of the work in an emerging strand of supply chain management and by matching the constructs of performance and risk together, a framework between supply chain risk management and organizational performance is developed. The framework includes a series of mutually associated processes as follows: risk sources and profiles, risk and performance drives, risk and performance consequences, risk management responses, and risk and performance outcomes. Furthermore, every process is elaborated on in detail. Thereinto, organizational performance consists of efficiency and effectiveness which is linked to risk drivers and risk management responses. Finally, some necessary discussions and supplements are put forward from a practical point of view. This study is to some extent expected to be conducive to the theories and the practice of supply chain management for contemporary enterprises.

Performance Evaluation System of Pig Supply Chain Based on Time-Space Perspective and Balanced Score Card(BSC)

The overall structure of live pig supply chain was constructed based on theoretical study and practical investigation, and the performance evaluation sys- tem for supply chain was studied from two perspectives of time and space and balanced score card （BSC）. From the space perspective and BSC, the performance evaluation system composed of four primary indicators （financial dimension, customer dimension, internal business dimension and innovation/learning perspective） and 26 secondary indicators. From the time perspective and BSC, the system could be divided into four stages, including formation stage, development stage, matu- rity stage and recession stage, with a total of 30 indicators.

The Moderating Effects of Gender Diversity on Supply Chain Practice and Firm Performance

This research investivates the moderating effects of employees gender diversity and uncertainty on the relationship between supply chain practices and the performance of the firm which have a supply chain, Current supply chain management has become a possibly valuable way of improving firm performance, Gender plays an important role in the performance of an organization, but it has not get emphasize in research so far, This study provides a conceptual justification for a proposed model that identifies the relationships between supply chain practices and firm performance and describes the moderating effect of gender diversity and uncertainty, The higher levels of supply chain practice can lead to enhance firm performance, Also, gender diversity and uncertainty has an interaction effect on this relationship.

Assessing supply chain performance using genetic algorithm and support vector machine

The rough set-genetic support vector machine(SVM) model is applied to supply chain performance evaluation. First, the rough set theory is used to remove the redundant factors that affect the performance evaluation of supply chain to obtain the core influencing factors. Then the support vector machine is used to extract the core influencing factors to predict the level of supply chain performance. In the process of SVM classification, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the SVM algorithm to obtain the best parameter model, and then the supply chain performance evaluation level is predicted. Finally, an example is used to predict this model, and compared with the result of using only rough set-support vector machine to predict. The results show that the method of rough set-genetic support vector machine can predict the level of supply chain performance more accurately and the prediction result is more realistic, which is a scientific and feasible method.

Investigating Supply Chain Integration Effects on Environmental Performance in the Jordanian Food Industry

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of supply chain integration on environmental performance of food manufacturing companies in Jordan. Data for this study were collected from one hundred and nineteen food companies. To answer the study questions, and to verify its hypotheses, descriptive statistical tools and linear regression tests were used. The study results indicated that supply chain integration positively affected environmental performance. Additionally, the results showed that supply chain integration positively affected environmental control and pollution management.

The Impact of Electronic Supply Chain Management Usage on Firm’s Performance

This study investigates the status of e-SCM and performance among Jordanian manufacturing sector. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of trust and communication on the e-SCM usage. Moreover, the study investigates the effect of the trust and communication on the firm’s performance while the e-SCM usage is used as a mediating factor on firm’s performance. The proposed research model was validated by distributing 250 survey questionnaires to the manufacturing sector in Jordan. Structural equation modelling (SEM) technique was used to analyze the results. One of the main limitations of this study was that the results could not be universal since the study was limited to Jordan. We discussed the implications of our results for research and practice.

Improving construction performance through supply chain management

A typical model of construction supply chain (CSC) is presented firstly. Then the characteristics and problems of CSC are identified. The authors also describe the progress towards adoption of supply chain management (SCM) in the construction industry. Traditional construction management approaches (CMAs) are compared with new SCM-based CMAs. The authors suggest that integrated SCM based on cooperating competition is crucial to improve construction performance. Based on relevant results from related research, a framework for integrated construction supply chain management (CSCM) is developed to guide the effective implementation of SCM in construction.

Using fuzzy cognitive maps to model performance measurement system of Internet-based supply chain

Fuzzy cognitive maps (FCM) is a well-established artificial intelligence technique, which can be effectively applied in the domains of performance measurement, decision making and other management science. FCM can be a useful tool in a group decision-making environment by using scientifically integrated expert knowledge. The theories of FCM and balance scorecard (BSC) both emphasize cause-and-effect relationships among indicators in a complex system, but few reports have been published addressing the combined application of these two techniques. In this paper we propose a FCM simulation model for the sample performance measurement system of Internet-based supply chain, which is constructed by BSC theory. We gave examples to explain how FCM can be adapted to execute the causal mechanism of BSC, and also how FCM can support group decision-making and forecasting in performance measurement.

The impact of supply chain resilience on customer satisfaction and financial performance:A combination of contingency and configuration approaches

Supply chain resilience(SCR)refers to a supply chain's(SC's)ability to recover from disruptions timely and effectively.This study uses a combination of contingency and configuration approaches to examine the direct and contingent relationships between SCR dimensions(i.e.,internal,supplier,and customer resilience)and performance.It analyzes survey data collected from 206 Chinese manufacturers.The results show that the three SCR dimensions are positively related to customer satisfaction,whereas customer resilience has no direct contribution to financial performance.Internal resilience moderates the relationship between supplier resilience and performance(negative for customer satisfaction and positive for financial performance).A taxonomy for SCR was developed based on internal,supplier,and customer resilience,providing a holistic perspective for examining the performance discrepancies among four different SCR patterns:high externalleaning,high uniform,medium uniform,and low uniform.These findings offer insights for managers in building SCR from the crisis-management process.

Study of Steady-state Performances for a Novel Line-start Single-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor With Three Parallel-connected Windings

对于三相感应电动机的单相运行,学者们已经提出了多种实用的接线方式,比如Smith接法、SEMIHEX接法。然而,对于三相异步起动永磁同步电动机的单相运行,很少有合适的接法提出。将并联式接法应用于三相异步起动永磁同步电动机的单相运行,提出了一种新型三绕组并联式异步起动单相永磁同步电动机。分析了三相异步起动永磁同步电动机同步运行时以及起动瞬间的正序、负序阻抗,基于对称分量法,对该接法电机的对称运行条件进行分析,得出了电容的确定方法,并利用遗传算法对电容值进行优化。提出了该新型电机稳态性能的计算方法;设计了一台高功率因数和一台低功率因数三相异步起动永磁同步电动机作为样机,并分别将其改接为三绕组高效单相永磁同步电动机,进行实验研究。实验结果表明,低功率因数的异步起动永磁同步电动机更适合改接成新型三绕组并联式单相永磁同步电动机。由低功率因数三相永磁同步电动机改接成的单相异步起动永磁同步电动机在额定负载下运行时,具有与同容量三相永磁同步电动机相近的效率和更高的功率因数。

数字化转型与企业国际化绩效研究——基于供应链能力的中介作用

本文借助Python爬虫技术刻画上市公司数字化转型强度,利用2012—2021年A股上市公司和国泰安数据库相关匹配数据,从理论和实证两个方面探讨数字化转型对企业国际化绩效的影响及其作用机理。研究结果表明,数字化转型对企业国际化绩效具有显著的促进作用且通过一系列内生性和稳健性检验,供应链能力在其中发挥了中介效应。进一步分析发现,数字化转型对企业国际化绩效的提升效果在非国有企业、技术和资本密集型行业、发达国家或地区更明显。这一结论对促进企业实现数字化转型、提升国际化绩效、增强国际竞争力具有重要的现实意义。

Greening the Supply Chain: Drivers and Outcomes in the Korean Manufacturing Industry

This research investigates the determinants of green supply chain management(GSCM)adoption and its impact on organizational performance,while considering the potential moderating factors influencing GSCM adoption.Despite the growing prevalence of GSCM practices among Korean firms,the factors driving their adoption have not received sufficient attention.To bridge this gap,the study uses structural equation modeling,integrating stakeholder theory and resource-based theory to explore how green entrepreneurial orientation(GEO),institutional pressure,and relational capital affect GSCM adoption.Additionally,the study explores the effects of GSCM implementation on competi­tiveness and economic performance.Drawing data from a sample of 213 Korean manufacturing firms,the PLS-SEM analysis highlights the significant influence of GEO,institutional pressure,and relational capital on GSCM adoption.Additionally,the study emphasizes the positive impact of GSCM implementation on firm competitiveness.These find­ings provide valuable insights for enhancing sustainability in supply chain management and are applicable to similar context countries such as Taiwan,China,Japan,and the Netherlands.

分立式开关电源系统抗震性能的振动台试验研究

开关电源是通信机楼和通信基站中最重要的设备之一,相当于机楼和基站内供电系统的“心脏”,若在地震作用下发生功能失效将导致通信机楼和基站完全停止工作。开关电源的抗震性能研究是通信系统抗震韧性评估研究的基础。本文以通信机楼内常用的分立式开关电源系统为研究对象,通过振动台试验研究其在地震下的特征损伤模式、损伤发展过程以及其供电功能在地震作用下的变化等。试验过程中为了模拟开关电源在通信机楼中的实际使用状态,为开关电源连接了380 V电压输入和一台模拟负载,组成了一个完整的用电系统。试验中台面激励采用了1条人工地震动、1条天然地震动和1条正弦拍波,逐步增大台面PGA直至振动台位移超限停止试验。从试验结果看:当PGA达到1.0 g时电源柜开始损伤,表现为柜门与主框架磨损掉漆,PGA在1.2~1.5 g时,电源柜顶部连接松动,面板连接螺丝松动,螺栓孔发生冲切破坏,PGA达到2.0 g时,试验结束,电源柜的主体未发生严重破坏,交流柜与直流柜前门轴变形;另外即使在较大PGA下,正弦拍波也无法对电源柜激起较大位移而造成破坏。试验过程中电气信号始终稳定,该开关电源柜抗震性能良好。

汽车制造业绿色供应链管理对环境绩效的影响研究

从绿色供应链管理和大数据分析能力视角探讨制度压力对企业环境绩效的影响机理,揭示绿色供应链管理和大数据分析能力在企业环境绩效形成过程的作用。研究结果表明:制度压力对绿色供应链管理实施与大数据分析能力有显著影响;绿色供应链管理与大数据分析能力对企业环境绩效提升有显著影响;大数据分析能力对企业绿色供应链管理实施有显著影响;在制度压力对环境绩效的影响中,大数据分析能力与绿色供应链管理存在部分中介效应。研究结果能够为汽车制造企业重视大数据分析能力建设和绿色供应链管理实践,提高环境绩效提供一定的参考价值。
