In order to optimize the ultrasonic extraction technique for the total flavonoid of leaf yellows plus, the contents of 21 leaf yellows plus total flavonoid from four regions in Heilongjiang Province were comparatively...In order to optimize the ultrasonic extraction technique for the total flavonoid of leaf yellows plus, the contents of 21 leaf yellows plus total flavonoid from four regions in Heilongjiang Province were comparatively analyzed. The ultrasonic extraction technology was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method, and the total flavonoid content of 21 kinds of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms from different producing areas were analyzed by cluster analysis. The optimal process conditions were determined as ultrasonic time 30 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 12 and ultrasonic power 250 W, and the average yield of the total flavonoid was 1.453 mg·g^ (-1). By optimizing the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method, the total flavonoid content from different producing areas was compared in the experiment, which provided certain data support for the optimization of the extraction process in the future and laid a certain theoretical foundation for the quality analysis of Chinese medicinal materials.展开更多
Earthquake-induced landslides along the Dujiangyan-Yingxiu highway after the Ms 8.0 Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 were investigated. It was found that: (1) slopes were shattered and damaged during the earthquake a...Earthquake-induced landslides along the Dujiangyan-Yingxiu highway after the Ms 8.0 Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 were investigated. It was found that: (1) slopes were shattered and damaged during the earthquake and open tension cracks formed on the tops of the slopes; (2) the upper parts of slopes collapsed and slid, while the lower parts remained basically intact, indicating that the upper parts of slopes would be damaged more heavily than the lower parts during an earthquake. Large-scale shaking table model tests were conducted to study failure behavior of slopes under the Wenchuan seismic wave, which reproduced the process of deformation and failure of slopes. Tension cracks emerged at the top and upper part of model, while the bottom of the model remained intact, consistent with field investigations. Depth of the tension crack at the top of model is 32 cm, i.e., 3.2 m compared to the prototype natural slope with a height of 14 m when the length scale ratio (proto/model) is lo. Acceleration at the top of the slope was almost twice as large as that at the toe when the measured accelerations on shaking table are 4.85 m/s2 and 6.49 m/s2, which means that seismic force at the top of the slope is twice the magnitude of that at the toe. By use of the dynamic-strength-reduction method, numerical simulation was conducted to explore the process and mechanism of formation of the sliding surface, with other quantified information. The earthquake-induced failure surfaces commonly consist of tension cracks and shear zones. Within 5 mfrom the top of the slope, the dynamic sliding surface will be about 1 m shallower than the pseudo-static sliding surface in a horizontal direction when the peak ground acceleration (PGA) is 1 m/s2; the dynamic sliding surface will be about 2 m deeper than the pseudo-static sliding surface in a horizontal direction when the PGA is lo m/sL and the depths of the dynamic sliding surface and the pseudo-static sliding surface will be almost the same when the PGA is 2 m/s2. Based on these findings, it is suggested that the key point of anti-seismic design, as well as for mitigation of post-earthquake, secondary mountain hazards, is to prevent tension cracks from forming in the upper part of the slope. Therefore, the depth of tension cracks in slope surfaces is the key to reinforcement of slopes. The depth of the sliding surface from the pseudo-static method can be a reference for slope reinforcement mitigation.展开更多

The reason of the existence of the effective stress is that soil particles and water are composited by incompressible solid and liquid. Although air is very compressible fluid, the principle of effective stress is also used in unsaturated soils in the resent developed numerical analyses. Schrefler's equation is most frequently used, but the effective stress is not verified by the experimental results. In this study, the equations for unsaturated soils proposed by Schrefler, Aitchison, Khalili and Khabbaz and Kohgo are compared with using the results of suction controlled consolidometer tests. The nautical chart is one of the fundamental tools in navigation used by mariners to plan and safely execute voyages.Its compilation follows strict cartographic constraints with the most prominent being that of the sa...The nautical chart is one of the fundamental tools in navigation used by mariners to plan and safely execute voyages.Its compilation follows strict cartographic constraints with the most prominent being that of the safety.Thereby,the cartographer is called to make the selection of the bathymetric information for portrayal on charts in a way that,at any location,the expected water depth is not deeper than the source information.To validate the shoal-biased pattern of selection two standard tests are used,i.e.the triangle and edge tests.To date,some efforts have been made towards the automation of the triangle test,but the edge test has been largely ignored.In the context of research on a fully automated solution for the compilation of charts at different scales from the source information,this paper presents an algorithmic implementation of the two tests for the validation of selected soundings.Through a case study with real-world data,it presents the improved performance of the implementation near and within depth curves and coastlines and points out the importance of the edge test in the validation process.It also presents the,by definition,intrinsic limitation of the two tests as part of a fully automated solution and discusses the need for a new test that will complement or supersede the existing ones.展开更多
In order to solve the problem of poor uniformity of wheat strip sowing,this paper designs a positive-negative pressure wheat wide-seedling-strip-seeding precision seed metering device,which adopts the roller structure...In order to solve the problem of poor uniformity of wheat strip sowing,this paper designs a positive-negative pressure wheat wide-seedling-strip-seeding precision seed metering device,which adopts the roller structure with the principle of combined positive-negative pressure.Through theoretical analysis and relevant data,the structure of the seed metering device and the structure of the positive-negative pressure air chamber were designed.The internal flow field conditions were simulated by Fluent software under different structural parameters.The design of the seed holes was completed by analyzing the pressure cloud diagram and the flow velocity vector diagram,and the optimal combination of parameters was obtained and the influence law of negative pressure on the flow field was obtained.The effect of rotational speed on the flow field was studied by EDEM-Fluent coupling technique.In this paper,a three-factor and three-level response surface test was conducted on a JPS-12 test bench with Liangxin-99 wheat as the research object.The experiment was conducted with the rotational speed of seed metering device,the negative pressure of seed suction and the seeding height as factors,and the qualified index,the reseeding index and the miss-seeding index as evaluation indicators.Through the test,the optimal structure and working parameters of the seed metering device were determined as follows:the diameter of the seed hole was 2 mm,and the number of seed holes per row was 28,negative pressure was−3.5 kPa,rotational speed of seed metering device was 19 r/min,and seeding height was 180 mm.Validation test was carried out on the optimized seed metering device:the qualified index was 80.62%,the reseeding index was 9.22%,and the miss-seeding index was 10.16%,which reached the parameter indicator in JB/T 10293-2013 Technical conditions of single seed(precision)seeder and met the agronomic requirements for wheat wide-seedling-strip-seeding.展开更多

The tribological properties of the in-situ dendrite-reinforced metallic glass matrix composite(Ti42Zr22V14-Cu5Be17)prepared by copper mould casting were analyzed at different normal loads under the dry condition and...The tribological properties of the in-situ dendrite-reinforced metallic glass matrix composite(Ti42Zr22V14-Cu5Be17)prepared by copper mould casting were analyzed at different normal loads under the dry condition and rainwater.The results showed that the average value of the frictional coefficients and micro-hardness ascended with increasing the normal load,while the wear rate showed a trend of decline under the dry condition.The electrochemical test results showed that the surface of samples was pitting corroded in the rainwater.The matrices were corroded first.Then the dendrites were exposed,leading to the damage of the surface.Both the frictional coefficients and wear rate of the composite in the rainwater were larger than those under the dry condition,primarily owing to the corrosion of chloride ions on the worn surface.The wear mechanisms of composites were mainly adhesive wear,accompanied by the abrasive wear under the dry condition and corrosive wear in the rainwater.The composites have higher wear resistance both under the dry condition and rainwater due to the lower wear rate.展开更多
