The overall rate of polymerization (R_p) under the conditions of [TU]/[PPAO]<0.5 molar ratio isThe molecular weights of the polymers were found to be inversely proportional to 3/2-power of nitric acid concentration and 1-power of thiourea concentration. In addition, it is independent with the concentrations of monomer and PPAO, and decreases with increasing temperature.On the basis of these experimental results, a coordination-proton transfer mechanism for the initiation was proposed and discussed. 展开更多

Streamline-adjustment-assisted heterogeneous combination flooding is a new technology for enhanced oil recovery for post-polymer-flooded reservoirs.In this work,we first carried out a series of 2D visualization experiments for different chemical flooding scenarios after polymer flooding.Then,we explored the synergistic mechanisms of streamline-adjustment-assisted heterogeneous combination flooding for enhanced oil recovery and the contribution of each component.Test results show that for single heterogeneous combination flooding,the residual oil in the main streamline area after polymer flooding is ready to be driven,but it is difficult to be recovered in the non-main streamline area.Due to the effect of drainage and synergism,the streamline-adjustment-assisted heterogeneous combination flooding diverts the injected chemical agent from the main streamline area to the non-main streamline area,which consequently expands the active area of chemical flooding.Based on the results from the single-factor contribution of the quantitative analysis,the contribution of temporary plugging and profile control of branched preformed particle gels ranks in the first place and followed by the polymer profile control and the effect of streamline adjustment.On the contrary,the surfactant contributes the least to enhance the efficiency of oil displacement. 展开更多

Formulation of Domperidone Microspheres Using a Combination of Locally Extracted Chitosan and Hpmc as Polymers

Abstract: Commercially available domperidone -a D2 receptor antagonist- is an immediate release formulation which has never been formulated into microspheres for sustained release. The present work aims towards studying the effect of combination of a natural chitosan from an oyster shell of Mystilis edulis and HPMC (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose) (spectracel 15 E) as polymer and tripolyphosphate as cross linking agent using wet gelation technique. The various polymer combination ratios for different batches were compared with a low molecular weight standard chitosan. The extracted chitosan - HPMC polymer combination ratios were chosen at ten levels: as batches B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10 for 1:1, 1:2, 2:1, 1:0, 0:1, 3:1, 1:3, 5:1, and 1:5 and 1:1 having 450:450, 300:600, 600:300, 900:0, 0:900, 675:225, 225:675, 750:150, 150:750, 450:450 mg respectively, while the quantity of domperidone and tripolyphosphate remained constant. B 11 and B 12 were formulated with standard chitosan and HPMC. The percentage yield of the formulated microspheres was determined and then evaluated for flowability, drug entrapment efficiency, drug release and mechanism of drug release by Fickian diffusion. The best batches of the domperidone loaded microspheres produced from the combination polymer were compared with the standard chitosan. The highest yields of microspheres were given by batches B12, B11, B10, and B4 with values of 50.1 ± 0.1%, 49.6 ± 0.1%, 46.6 :± 0.1%, and 46.1 ± 0.0% respectively while the lowest yield were 23.3 ± 0.2% and 23.6 ± 0.2%. B5 and B6 and B9 did not yield any microsphere. The bulk density, tapped density, compressibility and Hausner's ratio of the microspheres showed good flowability and high percent compressibility. The drug entrapment efficiency showed that the entrapment ranged from 54.2 to 97.2, where the least entrapment was B4 (54.2 ± 0.1) and the highest B12 (97.2 ± 0.2). The polymer surface of the microspheres as observed by SEM (scanning electron microscopy) was heterogeneous and porous which offers enhanced bioadhesivity. The dissolution study was used to determine the percentage drug release which ranged from 12.1% to 68.9% after 5 hours. Batches 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and I 1 follow zero order kinetics via Fickian diffusion. The results indicate that microspberes of domperidone could be successfully formulated with a natural chitosan either alone or in combination with HPMC for sustained delivery of domperidone. Furthermore, the concentration of the natural polymer and HPMC employed in the formulation need to be carefully selected to enable the production of microspheres with the desired sustained release properties. 展开更多

以氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)超滤膜为基膜,将多巴胺(DA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)共沉积后,与均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)进行界面聚合制备了聚酰胺/聚多巴胺/氯化聚氯乙烯(PA/PDA/CPVC)复合纳滤膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜... 以氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)超滤膜为基膜,将多巴胺(DA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)共沉积后,与均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)进行界面聚合制备了聚酰胺/聚多巴胺/氯化聚氯乙烯(PA/PDA/CPVC)复合纳滤膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、接触角仪对PA/PDA/CPVC复合纳滤膜选择层的化学结构、微观结构、表面粗糙度及亲水性进行了表征,探讨了PEI质量浓度对复合纳滤膜结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着PEI质量浓度的增大,复合纳滤膜表面变得光滑、亲水性增强,通量先增大后减小;PEI质量浓度为5g/L时,复合纳滤膜的通量达到最大。PA/PDA/CPVC复合纳滤膜对染料活性黑5(RB5)的截留率皆高于94%,而对NaCl的截留率低于5.6%,说明该复合纳滤膜能够对染料和盐进行较好的分离,复合纳滤膜在模拟RB5染料废水处理中稳定性良好。 展开更多

Under laser irradiation,photothermal therapy(PTT)effectively ablates tumors above 50℃.However,hyperthermia can cause additional damage due to the inevitable heat spread to surrounding healthy tissue.Herein,nanoparticles named as GI@P NPs were designed for enhanced PTT with heat shock protein 90(HSP90)inhibition at temperatures below 50℃to achieve optimal cancer therapy and avoid surrounding damage.GI@P NPs were done by co-loading Garcinia cambogia acid(GA)and photosensitizer IR783 in polymer PLG-g-mPEG to form a nanomedicine,where IR783 with excellent photoacoustic(PA)signal acted as an excellent photothermal therapeutic agent that converted the laser energy into heat to kill tumor cells,GA was used as antitumor drug for chemotherapy and an inhibitor of HSP90 to overcome the heat resistance of tumors for efficient cryo-photothermal therapy,and PLG-g-mPEG can encapsulate IR783 and GA to increase biocompatibility and accumulate effectively in the tumor.After GI@P NPs were injected into the mice,we could observe that the PA signals gradually increased in the tumor region and showed the strongest PA signals at 12 h.Under laser irradiation,the tumor temperature of the mice could raise to about 43.5℃,and the tumor was significantly inhibited after long-term monitoring by PA imaging.As a result,gentle PTT produced by GI@P NPs exhibited good antitumor effects at relatively low temperature and minimized nonspecific thermal damage to normal tissues.The GI@P NPs as nanomedicine enriched our understanding of various applications of polymeric carriers,especially in the biomedical field. 展开更多

Ionizable lipid nanocarriers have made historical contribution to COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.Here,we report ionizable polymeric nanoparticles that co-deliver bi-adjuvant and neoantigen peptides for cancer immunotherapy in combination with immune checkpoint blockade(ICB).Current cancer ICB benefits only a small subset of patients,largely due to a lack of pre-existing target cells and checkpoint targets for ICB,tumor antigenic heterogeneity,and tumor immunosuppression.Therapeutic vaccines hold the potential to enhance ICB therapeutic efficacy by expanding antitumor cell repertoires,upregulating immune checkpoint levels and hence sensitizing ICB,and reducing tumor immunosuppression.Chemically defined peptide vaccines are attractive,but their current therapeutic efficacy has been limited due to 1)poor vaccine delivery to immunomodulatory lymph nodes(LNs)and antigen(Ag)-presenting cells(APCs),2)poor immunostimulant adjuvant efficacy with restricted target cell subsets in humans,3)limited adjuvant/Ag codelivery to enhance Ag immunogenicity,and 4)limited ability to overcome tumor antigenic heterogeneity.Here,we developed nanovaccines(NVs)using pH-responsive polymeric micellular nanoparticles(NPs)for the codelivery of bi-adjuvant[Toll-like receptor(TLR)7/8 agonist R848 and TLR9 agonist CpG]and peptide neoantigens(neoAgs)to draining LNs for efficient Ag presentation in a broad range of APC subsets.These NVs potentiated the immunogenicity of peptide Ags and elicits robust antitumor T cell responses with memory,and remodeled the tumor immune milium with reduced tumor immunosuppression.As a result,NVs significantly enhanced ICB therapeutic efficacy for murine colorectal tumors and orthotopic glioblastoma multiforme(GBM).These results suggest marked potential of bi-adjuvant/neoAg-codelivering NVs for combination cancer immunotherapy. 展开更多

The reservoir heterogeneity of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield is very obvious,the average permeability reaches 2000mD.Long-term water injection development leads to serious water channeling in high permeability layers,resulting in ineffective circulation of injected water and reduction of oil recovery.It is urgent to form an effective EOR method.In this paper,the oil displacement effect of different combination slugs including polymer gel,polymer microsphere and surfactant is evaluated by means of conformance control and chemical flooding.Three-layer heterogeneous 3-D plate model is used for oil displacement experiment.The experimental results show that the combination slug sequentially composed of polymer gel,polymer microspheres and surfactant have the best oil displacement effect with the oil recovery increment by 21.2% after the first water flooding.In addition,using the best slug combination for two rounds flooding,the recovery factor increased by 28.2% compared with the first water flooding.This paper provides some new insights for enhanced oil recovery in strong heterogeneity reservoir. 展开更多

为了去除地表水源水加标模拟的重金属铊(Tl)和锑(Sb)复合污染,采用了高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)联用强化常规工艺;通过静态烧杯实验和微型移动式平台优化工艺参数,对去除铊和锑复合污染的影响因素(PPC投量、PFS投量和pH)... 为了去除地表水源水加标模拟的重金属铊(Tl)和锑(Sb)复合污染,采用了高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)联用强化常规工艺;通过静态烧杯实验和微型移动式平台优化工艺参数,对去除铊和锑复合污染的影响因素(PPC投量、PFS投量和pH)进行分析.实验结果表明,组合工艺可保证水源水在Tl超标2~3倍(0.21~0.35μg.L-1),Sb超标3~4倍(15~20μg.L-1)的场合出水达标,对应的工艺参数是:pH控制在5.7~6.3,PPC投量控制在3 mg.L-1以上,聚铁投量控制在40 mg.L-1以上.PPC和PFS联用强化常规工艺可有效去除地表水源水加标模拟的铊(Tl)和锑(Sb)复合污染,并且PPC投量是影响Tl去除的主要因素,PFS投量和pH是影响Sb去除的主要因素. 展开更多

采用苯乙烯(St)悬浮聚合过程中滴加甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)乳液聚合组分,悬浮乳液复合聚合(SECP)方法,制备大粒径聚苯乙烯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PS- PMMA)复合粒子.采用FTIR、1H- NMR、13C- NMR分析方法,研究SECP各个时期复合粒子中MMA- St链... 采用苯乙烯(St)悬浮聚合过程中滴加甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)乳液聚合组分,悬浮乳液复合聚合(SECP)方法,制备大粒径聚苯乙烯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PS- PMMA)复合粒子.采用FTIR、1H- NMR、13C- NMR分析方法,研究SECP各个时期复合粒子中MMA- St链节摩尔比,发现悬浮粒子中MMA St链节摩尔比逐渐增大,而PMMA乳胶粒子中逐渐减少,表明悬浮相和乳液相间存在物质传递过程.悬浮粒子中MMA链节质量与MMA总投料质量比主要由乳胶粒子生成速率和乳胶粒子向悬浮粒子凝聚速率决定.最终得到的复合粒子除含PS和PMMA均聚物外,还含少量MMA-St共聚物. 展开更多

换流变压器油纸绝缘系统在运行中需要承受复合电压,其绝缘老化特性与普通电力变压器有着显著的区别,然而相关研究明显不足。为了得到不同复合电压下油纸绝缘的绝缘老化规律,对油纸结构采用实验室加速复合电老化方法,测量不同老化阶段油... 换流变压器油纸绝缘系统在运行中需要承受复合电压,其绝缘老化特性与普通电力变压器有着显著的区别,然而相关研究明显不足。为了得到不同复合电压下油纸绝缘的绝缘老化规律,对油纸结构采用实验室加速复合电老化方法,测量不同老化阶段油纸结构的极化去极化电流和绝缘纸的聚合度,结合时域介电法和聚合度对油纸结构的绝缘特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:随着老化时间的增加,PDC曲线整体向上移动,极化电流稳定值不断增加,去极化电流趋向于零,同时油纸聚合度不断下降;随着交流电压百分数的增加,对油纸聚合度的影响从靠近高压侧的油纸向中间层油纸不断加剧。最后提出一种将时域介电法和聚合度相结合的换流变压器油纸绝缘无损检测方法,本研究将为油纸绝缘在复合电压下老化机理及换流变压器绝缘设计提供参考。 展开更多

研制了用于注蒸汽油藏堵水酸化联合作业的两种地下聚合、交联、成胶的凝胶类堵剂。筛选出的最佳配方如下。①丙烯酰胺体系AM 1:5 0%AM+0 035%引发剂PP+0 02%苯酚+1 0%甲醛液+0 05%稳定剂SS;②疏水缔合共聚体系AM 2:AM 1+1 0%AA+0 06%阳... 研制了用于注蒸汽油藏堵水酸化联合作业的两种地下聚合、交联、成胶的凝胶类堵剂。筛选出的最佳配方如下。①丙烯酰胺体系AM 1:5 0%AM+0 035%引发剂PP+0 02%苯酚+1 0%甲醛液+0 05%稳定剂SS;②疏水缔合共聚体系AM 2:AM 1+1 0%AA+0 06%阳离子疏水缔合单体NA。250℃下的成胶时间,AM 1约为12小时,AM 2约为25小时,可通过配方调整在4~38小时范围改变。生成的凝胶按Sydansk提出的目测相对强度等级为J级,即高刚性凝胶,可抗高温,在250℃至少15天内不变化。表面浸泡在土酸液中的凝胶在250℃下可稳定存在9~10天(15%HCl+5%HF)或16~17天(5%HCl+1%HF)。AM 1的耐温耐酸性好于AM 2;AM 2的耐高温性好于AM 1。在人造岩心中AM 2凝胶堵塞物的突破压力为85 3MPa/m。两种堵剂还可用于封堵蒸汽窜流及高温油藏堵水调剖。图1表1参4。 展开更多
