This research clearly outlines the supply chain in a process of evolution and digital transformation,where the collaboration of its members is concentrated,having technological tools to help chain management.To analyze the advantages that this transformation produces in the supply chain,as well as its different processes,this study has a systemic perspective that involves precise elements for organizational development,such as the different phases of each process,operations,logistics,and distribution.It must be borne in mind that any strategy in industrial companies grants the automation of procedures in the supply chain and determines a product in any phase of production,making the organization more sensitive to any variation in orders.The methodology included a bibliographic and non-experimental review that allows a descriptive and analytical study,which details the various characteristics of the fact that is being investigated,collecting information through interviews with different people who are involved with industrial companies.Among the results obtained,it was identified that digital transformation helps reduce costs and generates greater profitability.In conclusion,it was obtained that the digital supply chain helps in each of the phases of the processes,these are supervised by devices that help to have fast and effective information. 展开更多

Industrial structure is being updated, and technology is playing a more andmore important role in economic development. The energy and resource consumption in many industries and enterprisesare reducing. However, we should realize that there are still many problems in changing the economic growth pattern,such as high input, high consumption, high discharge, inharmony, recycling difficulty, and low efficiency, which havegreatly impaired and restrict Chinese economic development. Therefore, the fundamental change of the economic growthpattern is inevitable. Based on the analysis on the status quo and the exploit of resources, this paper suggests that thetransformation from unsustainable to sustainable growth is the only choice in changing the economic growth pattern. Inaddition, the transformation should not completely rely on the fundamental effects of market mechanism. 基于自适应快速S变换和XGBoost的心电信号精确快速分类方法

针对心电信号(ECG)传统分类方法效率较低的问题,该文提出一种基于自适应快速S变换(AFST)和XGBoost的心电信号精确快速分类方法。该方法首先通过快速定位算法确定心电信号特征频率点,再根据特征频率点自适应调节S变换窗宽因子,增强S变换... 针对心电信号(ECG)传统分类方法效率较低的问题,该文提出一种基于自适应快速S变换(AFST)和XGBoost的心电信号精确快速分类方法。该方法首先通过快速定位算法确定心电信号特征频率点,再根据特征频率点自适应调节S变换窗宽因子,增强S变换的时频分辨率的同时避免迭代计算,大大减少运行时间。其次,基于自适应快速S变换的时频矩阵提取12个特征量来表征5种心电信号的特征信息,特征向量维数低,识别能力强。最后,利用XGBoost算法对特征向量进行识别。MIT-BIH心律失常数据库和患者实测数据验证表明,该方法显著地缩短了分类时间,对5种心电信号的分类准确率分别为99.59%和97.32%,适用于实际检测系统中心律失常疾病的快速诊断。 展开更多

Regarding this transition, the environmental education recognized as an important measure for approaching the objective of sustainable development, should transfer its focus correspondingly in urban area, which is to transfer to the habit cultivating pattern on the basis of the traditional knowledge inputting environmental education pattern. In practice, the urban environmental education should emphasize more on developing or cultivating the sustainable living mode of the urban residents, especially the students in elementary and primary schools and women. To address this problem, the world is in an era of new round energy transformation, and the existing energy structure is being reformed. In this paper, according to the Chinese government's action plan for coping with climate change, the China's wind energy sustainable development goals and development route are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Wind energy is currently a kind of important renewable energy with matured technology which can be scale-up developed and put into commercial application, and in this transformation, wind energy will play a key role with other non-fossil energy sources. The development and utilization of wind energy is a systematic project, which needs to be solved from the aspects of policy, technology and management. At present, China is in the stage of transferring from "large wind power country" to "strong wind power country", opportunities and challenges coexist, and the advantages of China's socialist system could be fully used, which can concentrate power to do big things and make contribution in the process of realizing global energy transformation. 展开更多

Quality education is one of the pillars in the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.This overall goal can be connected to some general trends affecting education in the information age.We argue that education is key to the future quality of human life and the sustainability of the world.Generally,education is being transformed in both formal and informal learning contexts by new digital technologies.Overall,some of these major innovations and how they are changing education can be summarized into the following aspects:1)our educational aims and objectives;2)educational ecologies and contexts of learning;3)the processes of learning;4)the processes of teaching;and 5)educational governance and policy.Meanwhile,we note some of the potential risks and downsides of these technology trends.From the sustainable perspective,our review points to a great potential for educational reform,but it can only be achieved if we are willing to rethink and even abandon some of our traditional ways of doing things in education. 展开更多

Urban land-use planning,especially in the peripheral region,has become an issue in contemporary urban stud-ies.Simultaneously,urban resilience is very indispensable for future urban land use planning and management.Therefore,consistent urban proliferation can be coped through Prediction-Adaptation-Resilience(PAR),to accom-plish future urban land use and sustainable development of any growing up urban areas worldwide.Therefore,different dynamic simulation models,e.g.Cellular automata-Markov model,artificial neural network,are used to project and predict any urban areas’spatial growth.Then,the adaptation strategies are taken to assess the urban land use transformation in the past and present context.Those strategies help to strengthen urban land use planning using an integrated supply and demand chain.Finally,this study checks the resilience of how much it will be threatened or saved for future sustainable urban developmental goals and urban resilience.Therefore,it is important to establish a conceptual framework to achieve Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)based on principles of the PAR approach.Advocating the on-going adaptation of sustainability,resilience,and rapid urban transformation in the developing cities requires clear and explicit definitions that are embedded with the recent and particular context.Thus,government and policy makers should draw their attention to make proper urban landscape planning and adaptation strategies for the future urban expansion in a holistic way by maintaining appropriate urban resilience. 展开更多

目的分析转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))联合活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者高血栓负荷(HTB)的预测价值。方法选取140例STEMI患者,视血栓负荷情况分为HTB组66例和低血栓负荷(LTB)组74例,采用酶联免... 目的分析转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))联合活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者高血栓负荷(HTB)的预测价值。方法选取140例STEMI患者,视血栓负荷情况分为HTB组66例和低血栓负荷(LTB)组74例,采用酶联免疫吸附法与凝固法检测血清TGF-β_(1)水平与aPTT。通过多因素Logistic回归分析STEMI患者HTB的影响因素,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清TGF-β_(1)水平和aPTT对STEMI患者HTB的预测价值。结果HTB组男性、吸烟比例和年龄、白细胞计数、TGF-β_(1)水平高于LTB组,aPTT短于LTB组(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄增加(OR=1.033,95%CI:1.005~1.063)、吸烟(OR=1.880,95%CI:1.102~3.208)、TGF-β_(1)升高(OR=1.924,95%CI:1.047~3.536)为STEMI患者HTB的独立危险因素,aPTT延长(OR=0.893,95%CI:0.820~0.972)为独立保护因素(P均<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清TGF-β_(1)水平和aPTT单独与联合预测STEMI患者HTB的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.786、0.711、0.840,灵敏度分别为64.89%、59.54%、83.21%,特异度分别为81.88%、71.81%、70.47%。血清TGF-β_(1)水平和aPTT联合预测STEMI患者HTB的AUC大于二者单独预测(P均<0.05)。结论血清TGF-β_(1)水平升高和aPTT缩短与STEMI患者HTB密切相关,可作为STEMI患者HTB的辅助预测指标,二者联合对STEMI患者HTB的辅助预测价值较高。 展开更多

When a high impedance fault(HIF)occurs in a distribution network,the detection efficiency of traditional protection devices is strongly limited by the weak fault information.In this study,a method based on S-transform(ST)and average singular entropy(ASE)is proposed to identify HIFs.First,a wavelet packet transform(WPT)was applied to extract the feature frequency band.Thereafter,the ST was investigated in each half cycle.Afterwards,the obtained time-frequency matrix was denoised by singular value decomposition(SVD),followed by the calculation of the ASE index.Finally,an appropriate threshold was selected to detect the HIFs.The advantages of this method are the ability of fine band division,adaptive time-frequency transformation,and quantitative expression of signal complexity.The performance of the proposed method was verified by simulated and field data,and further analysis revealed that it could still achieve good results under different conditions. 展开更多

The introduction of genetically modified(GM)cotton in 1996 in the US and its worldwide spread later rejuvenated cotton production in many parts of the world.The evolution is continued since then and currently,the 3rd and fourth generation of same GM cotton is grown in many parts of the world.The GM cotton introduced in 1996 was simple Bt cotton that expressed a single Cry1Ac gene,the later generation carried multiple Cry genes along with the genes controlling herbicide tolerance.Current day GM cotton does not only give stable resistance against lepidopteran insects but also facilitates the farmers to spray broad-spectrum herbicides without harming the crop.The evolution of GM cotton is continued both on the basic and applied side and interventions have been introduced during the last decade.Earlier the cotton transformation was limited to Cocker strains which are getting possible in many other varieties,too.It is successful with both gene gun,and Agrobacterium and inplanta transformation has made it a routine activity.Apart from overexpression studies for various purposes including biotic,abiotic,and quality traits,RNAi and genome editing are explored vigorously.Through this review,we have tried to explore and discuss various interventions for improving transformation protocols,the applications of cotton transformation,and future strategies being developed to get maximum benefits from this technology during the last decade. 展开更多

The use of computer in architectural design shouldn’t sacrifice the pursuit of a human-oriented built environment.The technological applications should be legitimated by the objectives and motivations in multiple dimensions,but not abuse its generative power against the social and cultural interests.This article is based upon our synthetic computational design research for high density indemnificatory housing in China(Fig.1),which challenges the conventional standard design for large scale social housing in the Industrial Era,and reflects our exploration for innovative,multi-disciplinary,systematic and synthetic design in the new design paradigm of computation.It also promotes to shift the privilege of cutting-edge design techniques and avant-garde concepts from the“High(end)Architecture”to the ordinary architecture during the unprecedented built-environment development in China.Architectural design should have no discrimination between the Olympic stadiums in the capital and the social housing in the subordinate developed cities,as they both need to be innovative and meaningful.The final design research outputs address sustainable transformation initiated by the residents during the whole life span of the housing.We believe that the human factor(including stakeholders,users,designers and builders)is even more important in architectural design,city planning,urban design,landscape and interior design while technology development is accelerating.Conceptualization,imagination and systemization would become significant pacemakers which perpetuate design innovation. 展开更多

数字化转型赋予企业经济绩效与非经济绩效增长新的驱动力,但其能否进一步改善企业在环境、社会与治理方面的表现,助推“双碳”目标实现?以2012—2021年华证ESG评分披露的2 909家A股上市公司为样本,实证检验数字化转型对企业ESG责任表现... 数字化转型赋予企业经济绩效与非经济绩效增长新的驱动力,但其能否进一步改善企业在环境、社会与治理方面的表现,助推“双碳”目标实现?以2012—2021年华证ESG评分披露的2 909家A股上市公司为样本,实证检验数字化转型对企业ESG责任表现的影响及作用机制,结果发现:第一,数字化转型可以改善企业ESG责任表现,尤其可以提升其在环境与社会责任两方面表现,且云计算技术对企业ESG责任表现的贡献最为突出。经过一系列稳健性检验后,上述结论仍然成立。第二,机制检验表明,数字化转型能够促进企业财务绩效提升并降低企业风险水平,进而促进企业绿色技术创新,故有助于提升企业ESG责任表现。第三,数字化转型对企业ESG责任表现的影响存在异质性,国有企业、成熟期企业与重污染企业ESG责任表现对数字化转型更为敏感。结论基于数字化视角可为企业绿色高质量发展提供新思路、新方法,从而为实现“双碳”目标与经济目标提供启示。 展开更多

全球大学发展阶段呈现出的趋同性表明,进入21世纪第一个十年以来,大学已逐步走出“洪堡模式”,加速向“后洪堡模式”的转换。新型研究型大学的兴起是一个“全球性事件”,是基于传统研究型大学迭代升级的产物,某种意义上是一场深刻的高... 全球大学发展阶段呈现出的趋同性表明,进入21世纪第一个十年以来,大学已逐步走出“洪堡模式”,加速向“后洪堡模式”的转换。新型研究型大学的兴起是一个“全球性事件”,是基于传统研究型大学迭代升级的产物,某种意义上是一场深刻的高等教育模式革命和范式重构。新型研究型大学在我国的实践探索是新时代发展高质量高等教育,深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略的抉择,它赋予建设世界一流大学新动能,开辟高水平研究型大学新赛道。通过对新型研究型大学的本质特征的比较分析发现,新型研究型大学之“新”突出表现为:服务国家创新驱动发展战略的定位新,推动学科交叉、加强有组织科研的学术架构新,国家、企业和社会力量办大学的多元办学主体新。作为新型高等教育机构,它在资源配置、评价体系和相关支持政策上还面临诸多困境和挑战。应进一步加强顶层设计,加速相关政策改革,制定与创新型国家建设需要相适应的高等教育布局规划,改进高校分类体系、优化高校空间布局、构建高校设置新型评价审核体系、调整学科专业结构、促进高等教育资源跨区域跨部门合理流动和资源共享以推动区域融通、产教融合和科教融汇。 展开更多

数字化转型对农业企业可持续绩效影响研究——来自中国农业上市公司的实证

本文从资源基础观出发,基于2008~2021年沪深A股农业上市公司数据,利用SAS构建农业企业数字化转型指标,采用企业经济绩效和环境绩效相结合的方式更加全面地衡量农业企业可持续绩效,实证检验了数字化转型对农业企业可持续绩效的影响。研... 本文从资源基础观出发,基于2008~2021年沪深A股农业上市公司数据,利用SAS构建农业企业数字化转型指标,采用企业经济绩效和环境绩效相结合的方式更加全面地衡量农业企业可持续绩效,实证检验了数字化转型对农业企业可持续绩效的影响。研究发现,数字化转型可以显著提升农业企业可持续绩效,正向影响农业企业经济绩效,负向影响环境绩效,经过稳健性检验后,实证结果仍然保持一致;吸收能力并不能强化数字化转型对农业企业可持续绩效的正向影响,这可能与目前农业企业吸收能力普遍较低相关。进一步分析发现,国有农业企业和中西部地区农业企业进行数字化转型对可持续绩效的提升更显著,大型农业企业实施数字化转型更能带来可持续绩效的提升,处于成长期的农业企业进行数字化转型对可持续绩效的提升更明显。本文研究结果丰富了资源基础观,对农业企业在数字经济背景下实现可持续发展具有重要的现实指导意义。 展开更多
