系统综述2019-2023年有关阻力训练对游泳运动学变量影响的研究,为实践运用阻力训练提供建议。通过中国知网和Web of Science数据库进行文献检索,共检索出664篇中英文文献,采用考克兰系统评价PICO原则设计文献纳入标准,通过阅读标题、摘...系统综述2019-2023年有关阻力训练对游泳运动学变量影响的研究,为实践运用阻力训练提供建议。通过中国知网和Web of Science数据库进行文献检索,共检索出664篇中英文文献,采用考克兰系统评价PICO原则设计文献纳入标准,通过阅读标题、摘要与全文,纳入文献进行研究。研究认为,长期进行陆上阻力训练可能对游泳运动学变量的提升有益,建议将其纳入训练计划之中;对于以提高运动员划水表现为目标的阻力训练,不建议采用水中训练;建议结合陆上与水中两种阻力训练,发挥两种训练优势与特点,合理划分陆上与水中阻力训练的比例,改善运动员游泳运动学变量,优化游泳表现,创造优异比赛成绩。展开更多
