目的:应用多重对应分析的方法,探讨艾滋病患者中医证候与舌象的关系.方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,从某中部省份抽取艾滋病患者641例进行问卷调查,使用多重对应分析探讨舌象与中医实证/虚证间的关系.结果:艾滋病患者舌象与基本实... 目的:应用多重对应分析的方法,探讨艾滋病患者中医证候与舌象的关系.方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,从某中部省份抽取艾滋病患者641例进行问卷调查,使用多重对应分析探讨舌象与中医实证/虚证间的关系.结果:艾滋病患者舌象与基本实证在两个维度的Cronbach系数分别是0.653,0.515;在两个维度的特征根分别是2.610和1.948;湿热内蕴与舌红、舌胖大、舌苔腻等有联系;湿热蕴毒与舌暗、舌苔厚有联系;邪结皮肤与舌疱疹、舌抓痕、舌瘦薄等有联系;肝郁气滞与舌淡红、舌苔薄有联系.艾滋病患者舌象与基本虚证在两个维度的Cronbach系数分别是0.633,0.513;在两个维度的特征根分别是2.484和1.942.脾气虚弱与舌苔薄、舌苔腻、舌淡红有联系;气阴两虚与舌瘦薄、舌疱疹有联系;气血亏虚、肺脾气虚与舌胖大、舌齿痕、舌苔厚等有联系.结论:多重对应分析较好地展现了多个证候与舌象之间的关系,在艾滋病中医证候研究中有较好的应用前景. 展开更多

目的:探讨咳组与喘组肺纤维化患者的中医临床证候规律。方法:采用调查问卷的方法,收集咳组与喘组患者的四诊信息,比较两组患者的病位和病性证候要素特点。结果:两组病位主要在肺脾肾,咳组病位多累及于肝,喘组病位多累及于心。在病性证... 目的:探讨咳组与喘组肺纤维化患者的中医临床证候规律。方法:采用调查问卷的方法,收集咳组与喘组患者的四诊信息,比较两组患者的病位和病性证候要素特点。结果:两组病位主要在肺脾肾,咳组病位多累及于肝,喘组病位多累及于心。在病性证素分布中,两组虚实分布不同。在虚性证素中,两组都以气虚为主,其次是阴虚、阳虚。在实性证素中,咳组兼夹实证较多,以火热、痰湿、血瘀多见,喘组实证以兼夹血瘀多见。结论:肺纤维化总的病机特点是本虚标实,本虚以气虚为主,标实以血瘀、火热、痰湿为主。咳组的病机特点与肺痹类似,喘组的病机特点与肺痿类似。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:This study screened serum tumor biomarkers by surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS) to establish a subset which could be used for the prediction of Qi deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer;and as diagnostic model of Chinese medicine.METHODS:Serum samples from 63 lung cancer patients with Qi deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis,and 28 lung cancer patients with non-Qi deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis were analyzed using SELDI-TOF-MS with a PBS II-C protein chip reader.Protein profiles were generated using immobilized metal affinity capture(IMAC3) protein chips.Differentially-expressed proteins were screened.Protein peak clustering and classification analyses were performed using Biomarker Wizard and Biomarker Pattern software packages,respectively.RESULTS:A total of 268 effective protein peaks were detected in the 1,000-10,000 Da molecular range for the 15 serum proteins screened(P<0.05).The decision tree model was M 2284.97,with a sensitivity of 96.2% and a specificity of 66.7%.CONCLUSION:SELDI-TOF-MS techniques,combined with a decision tree model,can help identify serum proteomic biomarkers related to Qi deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis in lung cancer patients;and the predictive model can be used to discriminate between Chinese medicine diagnostic models of disease. 展开更多
