After the morphinistic models of white rats and mice had been madeby doses of morphine which were ever increased daily and each time, the animals were divided into largedose CDYG group, small dose CDYG group, sustained morphine group and the control group. The withdrawalsymptoms were observed atter naloxone was given to the animal intraperitoneally. The results showed that inthe CDYG groups withdrawal symptoms ot the addicted white rats were alleviated, the number of jumps.of theaddicted mice was reducod, the scores of the principal symptoms of the animals w6re decreased, while theanimals gained soon in weight. Comparing with the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0. 01 ) .The fact that the effect of the CDYG was enhancod in the large dose group. suggests that it was dosage de-pendent.展开更多
