目的 探讨基于问题的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)影像学评估教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5—8月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院放射科进行住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)...目的 探讨基于问题的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)影像学评估教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5—8月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院放射科进行住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的40名2018~2020级学员作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组20名和研究组20名,研究组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。对比2组学生的基础理论知识、影像学评估能力,以及对于本次教学的满意度。结果 研究组学员基础理论知识及影像学评估能力评分[(82.30±8.03)分、(86.15±3.91)分],均高于对照组基础理论知识及影像学评估能力评分[(75.70±6.99)分、(82.60±4.65)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组学员教学满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 合理应用PBL教学法可以有效强化CSVD影像学评估教学质量,提高教学的满意度。展开更多

Here we present a case of pancreatic paraganglioma that was surgically resected following preoperative diagnosis of a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour.
