Given the aging society,an increase in social demand,information-and communication technology-driven culture,and government policy support emerges to enable the development of the socialized care services system for t...Given the aging society,an increase in social demand,information-and communication technology-driven culture,and government policy support emerges to enable the development of the socialized care services system for the aged(SCSSA).The development of the SCSSA would be a significant step toward addressing China’s aging population.However,the construction of the SCSSA challenges the theories and methods of traditional elderly care service system construction.Specifically,the implementation path for such elderly care service policies is unclear,the necessary technological support is insufficient,and the mechanism for integrating intelligent information technology remains underexplored.Thus,this paper focuses on the needs of the elderly,grounded in the context of the changing elderly care service policies in China,and proposes a research paradigm that integrates system construction and support measure embedding.We then construct the original SCSSA,which includes“material+spirit+medical treatment+healthcare”and propose a method of optimization and iteration.Finally,we build the research framework of systematic support measures from the perspectives of policy reconstruction,institutional embeddedness,and technical support.Our work provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction and dynamic optimization of the SCSSA,thus making a significant contribution that will help China effectively cope with its aging society.展开更多

Animal robots have outstanding advantages over traditional robots in their own energy supplies,orientation,and natural concealment,delivering significant value in the theories and applications of neural science,nation...Animal robots have outstanding advantages over traditional robots in their own energy supplies,orientation,and natural concealment,delivering significant value in the theories and applications of neural science,national security,and other fields.Presently,many animal robots have been fabricated,but researches about the applications of avian robots are still lacking.In this study,we constructed a Pigeon Robot System(PRS),optimized the electric stimulation parameters,assessed the electric stimulus of navigation,and evaluated the navigation efficiency in the field.Biphasic pulse constant current pattern was adapted,and the optimal stimulus parameters of 4 nuclei tested were of amplitude 0.3 mA,5 pulse trains,frequency 25 Hz,5 pulses,and a 25%duty cycle.Effective ratio of left and right steering behavior response to electric stimulus dorsointermedius ventralis anterior nuclei was 67%and 83%,respectively(mean value 75%).Electrical stimulation efficiency was 0.34-0.68 and path efficiency was 0.72-0.85 among pigeon robot individuals in the open field.Neither electrical stimulation efficiency nor path efficiency differed significantly(P>0.05),suggesting that the navigational PRS performance was not biased in either direction.PRS can achieve continuous navigation along simple pathways and provide the necessary application infrastructure and technical reference for the development of animal robot navigation technology.展开更多

The main problems existing in the supervision of rural food safety are analyzed as follows: first, the legislative work of rural food safety lags behind to some extent; second, the supervision of governmental departments on rural food safety is insufficient; third, the industrial supervision mechanism of rural food security is not perfect; fourth, the role of rural social organizations in supervising food safety is limited; fifth, the farmers' awareness of food safety supervision is not strong. 文摘Animal robots have outstanding advantages over traditional robots in their own energy supplies,orientation,and natural concealment,delivering significant value in the theories and applications of neural science,national security,and other fields.Presently,many animal robots have been fabricated,but researches about the applications of avian robots are still lacking.In this study,we constructed a Pigeon Robot System(PRS),optimized the electric stimulation parameters,assessed the electric stimulus of navigation,and evaluated the navigation efficiency in the field.Biphasic pulse constant current pattern was adapted,and the optimal stimulus parameters of 4 nuclei tested were of amplitude 0.3 mA,5 pulse trains,frequency 25 Hz,5 pulses,and a 25%duty cycle.Effective ratio of left and right steering behavior response to electric stimulus dorsointermedius ventralis anterior nuclei was 67%and 83%,respectively(mean value 75%).Electrical stimulation efficiency was 0.34-0.68 and path efficiency was 0.72-0.85 among pigeon robot individuals in the open field.Neither electrical stimulation efficiency nor path efficiency differed significantly(P>0.05),suggesting that the navigational PRS performance was not biased in either direction.PRS can achieve continuous navigation along simple pathways and provide the necessary application infrastructure and technical reference for the development of animal robot navigation technology.

文摘To make full use of Chinese natural heritage resources and achieve their sustainable development, it is imperative and necessary to construct Chinese National Park System. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the connotation of national park, this paper will discuss the signifi cance of establishing Chinese National Park System and then propose some measures. Chinese National Park System can be constructed from four levels, including policy, management, economic and social levels, and through such ways as reconstructing the national conservation system, making laws and regulations, establishing planning system, setting up independent and specialized regulatory agency, adopting way of franchising, innovating funding investment mechanisms and establishing mechanisms of public participation.
文摘At present,China's construction industry professionals are mainly migrant workers,the industry is characterized by population,fluidity big,poor living environment,workers'quality is generally not high,is a typical prone to the spread of the disease,as a result,public health and epidemic prevention work of the construction industry is an urgent need to pay attention to the problem.Based on field research,this paper adopts brainstorm method to construct the index of public health epidemic prevention system of construction projects.Through the establishment of the binary fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the weight parameters of each epidemic prevention index are given.Then by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the designed two-point evaluation standard,the public health epidemic prevention ability evaluation system of the construction industry is constructed.Finally,the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation system are verified by the application analysis of specific engineering examples.The results show that the constructed public health epidemic prevention system has good applicability and can accurately and objectively reflect the public health epidemic prevention ability of the project department.

文摘This paper expounds the practical necessity of constructing diversified rural food safety supervision system as follows: it is the necessary requirements of guaranteeing people's health and life safety; it is an important component of governmental function of social management and the logical extension of administrative responsibilities; it is the basis of maintaining order of rural society and constructing harmonious society. The main problems existing in the supervision of rural food safety are analyzed as follows: first, the legislative work of rural food safety lags behind to some extent; second, the supervision of governmental departments on rural food safety is insufficient; third, the industrial supervision mechanism of rural food security is not perfect; fourth, the role of rural social organizations in supervising food safety is limited; fifth, the farmers' awareness of food safety supervision is not strong. Based on these problems, the targeted strategies of constructing diversified rural food safety supervision system are put forward as follows: accelerate the legislation of rural food safety, and ensure that there are laws to go by; give play to the dominant role of government, and strengthen administrative supervision on rural food safety; perfect industrial convention of rural food safety, and improve industrial supervision mechanism; actively support the fostering of social organizations, and give play to the role of supervision of organizations; cultivate correct concept of rights and obligations of farmers, and form awareness of food safety supervision.
