A Fusion Localization Method Based on Target Measurement Error Feature Complementarity and Its Application

In the multi-radar networking system,aiming at the problem of locating long-distance targets synergistically with difficulty and low accuracy,a dual-station joint positioning method based on the target measurement error feature complementarity is proposed.For dual-station joint positioning,by constructing the target positioning error distribution model and using the complementarity of spatial measurement errors of the same long-distance target,the area with high probability of target existence can be obtained.Then,based on the target distance information,the midpoint of the intersection between the target positioning sphere and the positioning tangent plane can be solved to acquire the target's optimal positioning result.The simulation demonstrates that this method greatly improves the positioning accuracy of target in azimuth direction.Compared with the traditional the dynamic weighted fusion(DWF)algorithm and the filter-based dynamic weighted fusion(FBDWF)algorithm,it not only effectively eliminates the influence of systematic error in the azimuth direction,but also has low computational complexity.Furthermore,for the application scenarios of multi-radar collaborative positioning and multi-sensor data compression filtering in centralized information fusion,it is recommended that using radar with higher ranging accuracy and the lengths of baseline between radars are 20–100 km. 展开更多

It is an effective method to broadcast the augmentation information of satellite navigation system using GEO technology.However,it becomes difficult to receive GEO signal in some special situation,for example in cities or canyons,in which the signal will be sheltered by big buildings or mountains.In order to solve this problem,an Internet-based broadcast network has been proposed to utilize the infrastructure of the Internet to broadcast the augmentation information of satellite navigation system,which is based on application-layer multicast protocols.In this paper,a topology and position aware overlay network construction protocol is proposed to build the network for augmentation information of satellite navigation system.Simulation results show that the new algorithm is able to achieve better performance in terms of delay,depth and degree utilization. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to investigate an adaptive sensorless direct voltage control(DVC)strategy for the stand-alone ship shaft brushless doubly-fed induction generators(BDFIGs).The proposed new rotor position observer using the space vector flux relations of BDFIG may achieve the desired voltage control of the power winding(PW)in terms of magnitude and frequency,without any speed/position sensors.The proposed algorithm does not require any additional observers for obtaining the generator speed.The proposed technique can directly achieve the desired DVC based on the estimated rotor position,which may reduce the overall system cost.The stability analysis of the proposed observer is investigated and confirmed with the concept of quadratic Lyapunov function and using the multi-model representation.In addition,the sensitivity analysis of the presented method is confirmed under different issues of parameter uncertainties.Comprehensive results from both simulation and experiments are realized with a prototype wound-rotor BDFIG,which demonstrate the capability and efficacy of the proposed sensorless DVC strategy with good transient behavior under different operating conditions.Furthermore,the analysis confirms the robustness of the proposed observer via the machine parameter changes. 展开更多

To this simplified tumor model, a nearest neighbor search method is used to determine intermediate configuration and goal configuration, which the treatment head and ultrasound focus must pass in their localization to target volume. Based on the decided configurations, the continuity condition of combined Bezier curve in Euclidean space and De Casteljau algorithm on Lie group SO(3) are integrated to construct a combined Bezier positioning path of C2 continuity at junctional configuration, and an illustration of different positioning path planning is analyzed based on a liver tumor case. 展开更多

As the essence of traditional Chinese educational thought,heuristic teaching has gradually enriched and devel-oped its ideas through the continuous efforts of educational researchers of the past dynasties.In front-line teach-ing,heuristic teaching,as a teaching principle that can help teachers and students to interact and learn,undoubtedly plays an important role in students’acquisition of knowledge and scientific thinking activities.But teachers’understanding of heuristic teaching is not the same.In actual teaching,there are obvious gaps in language ability among different teachers.This research aims to enrich the heuristic teaching theory based on the perspective of psychology,and provide a certain theoretical basis for teacher training.Through the research and analysis of the generation path of the heuristic teaching language,this paper helps more teachers realize the advantages of the heuristic teaching language,improve their own heuristic teaching language level,and provide reference for the scientific teaching evaluation standard.We apply the heuristic instruction language approach proposed in this study and apply it to real classrooms.In the application,it can be clearly found that the students’thinking and participation have been strengthened,and the teaching effect has been significantly improved com-pared with the past,which indicates that the heuristic teaching language generation path in this study has certain practical application value. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Most patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)have respiratory failure that necessitates active correction and the improvement of oxygenation is particularly important during treatment.High flow nasal cannula(HFNC)oxygen therapy is a non-invasive respiratory aid that is widely used in the clinic that improves oxygenation state,reduces dead space ventilation and breathing effort,protects the loss of cilia in the airways,and improves patient comfort.AIM To compare HFNC and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with AECOPD.METHODS Eighty AECOPD patients were included in the study.The patients were in the intensive care department of our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021.The patients were divided into the control and treatment groups according to the different treatment methods with 40 patients in each group.Differences in patient comfort,blood gas analysis and infection indices were analyzed between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,symptoms including nasal,throat and chest discomfort were significantly lower in the treatment group compared to the control group on the 3rd and 5th days(P<0.05).Before treatment,the PaO_(2),PaO_(2)/FiO_(2),PaCO_(2),and SaO_(2)in the two groups of patients were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the same indicators were significantly improved in both patient groups but had improved more in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,and the levels of C-reactive protein and calcitonin in patients in the treatment group were significantly higher compared to patients in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION HFNC treatment can improve the ventilation of AECOPD patients whilst also improving patient comfort,and reducing complications.HFNC is a clinically valuable technique for the treatment of AECOPD. 展开更多

政府补助作为各级政府调控宏观经济的一种手段,能够对地区经济发展和企业经营决策产生重要影响。本文以我国证券市场2004年至2019年A股上市公司为研究对象,实证检验了企业家商会任职所产生的社会组织纽带作用对企业获取政府补助的潜在影... 政府补助作为各级政府调控宏观经济的一种手段,能够对地区经济发展和企业经营决策产生重要影响。本文以我国证券市场2004年至2019年A股上市公司为研究对象,实证检验了企业家商会任职所产生的社会组织纽带作用对企业获取政府补助的潜在影响,并考察国家审计机关的地域性制度安排对上述影响的调节作用。实证研究发现:(1)企业家(董事长或总经理)的商会组织纽带作用有助于企业获取更多的政府补助,即企业家商会任职对政府资源配置具有正向影响;(2)企业家商会任职与政府补助之间的正相关关系在无审计署特派办的地区更加明显,即企业家商会任职对企业获取政府补助的正向影响会因国家审计机关的地域性分布而存在异质性;(3)企业家商会任职与政府补助之间的正相关关系在非国有企业、经济资源相对匮乏的地区、市场化程度较低的地区和政策不确定性较低的地区以及地方官员本地任职的情况下更加明显;(4)渠道分析表明,企业家商会任职能够加剧企业寻租行为,并增加企业社会性负担,提高社会责任履行水平。上述结果表明,商会组织纽带并非是通过降低政府与企业之间的信息不对称程度,而是以其自身为中介建立了政府与企业之间的社会关系,从而对政府资源配置产生影响。本文以商会这一社会组织纽带为切入点,在一定程度上揭示了政府补助资源分配背后的行为逻辑,相关研究结论对继续深化商会组织改革、加强政府补助的审批和监管以促进政府资源配置的积极效应都具有一定政策启示。 展开更多

目的评估MALDI-TOF质谱仪在血培养中的应用,探究MALDI-TOF质谱仪对血培养阳性报告时间(TTP)的影响,尽可能缩短TTP,及早终止临床错误用药,提供正确治疗方案。方法收集2021年12月至2022年4月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院的104... 目的评估MALDI-TOF质谱仪在血培养中的应用,探究MALDI-TOF质谱仪对血培养阳性报告时间(TTP)的影响,尽可能缩短TTP,及早终止临床错误用药,提供正确治疗方案。方法收集2021年12月至2022年4月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院的104份标本,统计TTP以及标本周转时间(TAT),同时进行MALDI-TOF质谱仪和WalkAway96plus仪细菌鉴定结果比对。另对2022年3月和5月共53份阳性血培养瓶原液,利用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和皂素进行标本前处理,直接比对两者的优势,选最优试剂。结果与WalkAway96plus仪鉴定相比,MALDI-TOF质谱仪鉴定的共104株菌株(57株革兰氏阴性菌和47株革兰氏阳性菌)的属种水平完全相符,每个样本的置信度均大于99.9%,无错误鉴定,总得阳性符合率是100%(104/104)。WalkAway96plus仪正确的属鉴定率为84.6%(88/104),正确的种鉴定率为68.3%(71/104)。MALDI-TOF质谱仪对菌株的属、种鉴定水平均优于WalkAway96plus仪,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用SDS进行标本前处理,结合MALDI-TOF质谱仪,使得TTP大大缩短及血培养鉴定流程更加优化,为临床提供更好服务。 展开更多

国家审计信息化是提升国家审计效能的重要手段。本文以地级市国家审计信息化专门机构成立为准自然实验,探讨了国家审计信息化建设对国有企业绿色创新的影响及其内在机理。研究发现,国家审计信息化建设能够显著提升国有企业的绿色创新水... 国家审计信息化是提升国家审计效能的重要手段。本文以地级市国家审计信息化专门机构成立为准自然实验,探讨了国家审计信息化建设对国有企业绿色创新的影响及其内在机理。研究发现,国家审计信息化建设能够显著提升国有企业的绿色创新水平;进一步研究发现,国家审计信息化能够通过促进地方政府受托环境责任履行以及改善企业内部治理进而赋能国有企业积极开展绿色创新;异质性检验表明,国家审计信息化对于国有企业绿色创新的促进作用在所在地区第二产业依赖程度较高、市场化程度较低、审计机关技术管理水平较高以及高管和董事具有环保背景的国有企业表现得更为明显。研究结论有力支持了审计机关“坚持科技强审”的积极探索,也为绿色创新影响因素和审计信息化经济后果的相关研究提供了新的证据。 展开更多

KAM作为审计报告新增要素,其报告内容与方式必须服从、服务于审计报告核心要素——审计意见的质量保证要求。选取2016年A+H股和2017—2021年沪深A股上市公司作为样本,研究审计意见质量保证要求对KAM报告的影响,发现审计意见质量低时,KAM披露的数量越多、篇幅越大、可读性越强、语调越消极,差异度越大,KAM报告积极性越高。事务所规模越大、客户风险越低,上述关系越显著。通过一系列稳健性检验,结论依然成立。进一步研究发现:审计意见质量对KAM报告积极性的影响,不仅有利于提高审计报告沟通价值,而且有利于降低被审计报表的财务重述,控制审计失败。研究结论对审计师有效编制、监管部门适当监管、投资者正确理解新审计报告,充分发挥其功能作用,具有重要的启示意义。 展开更多

大学教育是素质教育,归根到底是培养“人”,培养学生的责任意识、敢于担当、具有完善的人格、服务国家、服务社会和自主判断能力。2020年教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,让所有高校、所有教师、所有课程都承担育人责任。... 大学教育是素质教育,归根到底是培养“人”,培养学生的责任意识、敢于担当、具有完善的人格、服务国家、服务社会和自主判断能力。2020年教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,让所有高校、所有教师、所有课程都承担育人责任。在课程思政全面实施后,建立课程思政实施效果考核评价指标成为“评价学生在每一门课程中的思政成绩,促进学生在大学期间素质教育的达成”的关键。针对专业课程思政实施效果,从学生和教学评价两方面建立考评指标,一方面从评价学生课程思政成绩的角度,定量、定性地在形成性考核、诊断性评价和终结性评价,以线、线下混合式教学过程多元化考量,促进学生素质教育的达成;另一方面从评价专业课程教学效果上,包括教学设计、思政案例、课堂评教、学生思政考题和调查问卷等多维度细化考核指标,形成“评价—诊断—反馈—改进”的循环过程。以卫星导航定位原理与应用课程思政教学为例,分析所建课程思政实施效果评价指标的有效性,通过反馈改进,循序渐进地提高课程思政育人成效。 展开更多

核心素养是学生应具备的能适应社会和终身发展需要的关键能力和必备品格,实践创新是6大核心素养之一。随着“互联网+教育”的迅速发展,结合网络教育对卫星导航定位专业课程进行基于证据启发的学习设计,有益于培养学生的实践创新素养。... 核心素养是学生应具备的能适应社会和终身发展需要的关键能力和必备品格,实践创新是6大核心素养之一。随着“互联网+教育”的迅速发展,结合网络教育对卫星导航定位专业课程进行基于证据启发的学习设计,有益于培养学生的实践创新素养。以提高工程实践能力为目标,通过线上线下混合式教学下翻转课堂的讨论式、启发式教学方法对该课程的专业知识进行关联、融合、贯通,进一步应用于解决工程实践问题。经过3轮以上的教学实践,通过对比传统式、混合式等不同教授—学习设计发现,混合式教学下基于证据启发的工程案例学习设计有助于培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力以及工程实践创新能力。 展开更多
