文摘In today’s world,the competition of comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly fierce,and the status and role of culture is becoming increasingly prominent.In the context of multicultural and civilized exchanges and mutual learning,it is becoming more and more important to strengthen cultural self-confidence and have good cross-cultural skills.This paper points out that the training model of cross-cultural competence should be constructed from the theoretical and practical levels,and the concept of cross-cultural competence should be redefined,that is,cross-cultural knowledge at the cognitive level,language integration at the functional level,creativity and initiative at the behavioral level,and sense of responsibility and speculative consciousness in cross-cultural communication.Expand students’international vision and knowledge structure,develop critical thinking,and effectively cultivate their awareness and ability of cross-cultural communication in real situations.

文摘The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an effective guarantee to meet the strategic needs of national development under the new normal,promote the construction of an innovative country and the development of universities themselves.Combined with the questionnaire survey of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzed factors such as the understanding of the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship,the thinking and awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,the demand for training methods of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the approaches to acquire knowledge and capabilities of innovation and entrepreneurship.On this basis,it came up with recommendations for promoting the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,to provide an objective basis for the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training models,so as to promote the effective cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.

文摘In view of the fact that biology has been exempted from the college entrance examination and the current situation of biology education in China, this article puts forward proposals for strengthening the cultivation of talents for life science, such bringing to Government’s attention, increasing the funds invested, strengthening the liaison between the R&D communities and the institutions of higher learning, reinforcing the biology education in secondary schools, and reestablishing the position of biology in college entrance examinations.

文摘Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.
