Study on the Characteristics of Competition in Sichuan Tea Industry

Nowadays, there is huge potential in the domestic sales and export of tea in China. However, the tea leaf products are less competitive in the international market because of the lack of brand. Sichuan Province as a province with large amount of tea leaves, characteristics of tea leaf industry in Sichuan Province were analyzed from three aspects, namely fundamental industrial characteristics, the competition strategy of a company and main competition measures. The tea industry in Sichuan Province was featured by its large amount of companies and low industrial concentration. The competition among tea companies often uses the strategy of different brands and low cost. The major way to compete was to build tea brand and to publicize the tea culture. Organic green tea was the main issue. Electronic business platform was applied. Study on the competition characteristics of tea industry in Sichuan can improve the regional competitiveness of tea industry and can make contribution to the entire tea industry in China.

Building Characteristic Sports Towns——Opening A New Blue Ocean for the Economic Development of Sports Industry

When advancing the construction new-type urbanization was put forward to being an important move of urban economic development in the following decade in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the characteristic towns' construction emerged as the times require. At the same time, the development of sports industry was lifted to a strategic height of national economic construction. This paper, taking the construction of characteristic sports town as the research object, with multiple research methods such as literature review method, case analysis method and expert interviews applied, makes "Building a Characteristic Sports Town" as the new economic growth pole of the development of sports industry, clearly analyzing the construction of sports town with PEST analytical method, which provides study and reference for opening up the new blue ocean for the economic development of sports industry.

Research on Strategies for the Development of Selenium-enriched Tea in Ankang City of Shaanxi Province in the Context of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

As an important symbol of agricultural and sideline products in Ankang City,selenium-enriched tea affects the development of regional agricultural and sideline industries.In this paper,the development status and problems of the selenium-enriched tea products of Ankang were analyzed in terms of capital,technology,management and sales mode.This research is of positive significance to the development of selenium-enriched products and other agricultural and sideline products of health value,and plays a very important role in promoting the cultivation of village-level characteristic industries and the effective realization of targeted poverty alleviation.

Construction of industrial ecological chain for characteristic small town:A case study of VR Town at Gui-An New District

As the rapid development of the national small characteristic town,some problems began to show through.For example,the spatial structure is not reasonable,the industrial is not harmonious,and the industrial cluster is not obvious and so on.In order to solve these uncoordinated problems and arrange industrial structure properly,to build the industrial ecologic chain construction according to local conditions appears to be critical.Therefore,constructing industrial ecological chain is of importance in academic aspect and practical significance to sustainable development.According to the theory of industrial ecology,this article researches on industrial ecological chain construction of Gui-An New District's VR town.Otherwise,with the principles of vertical supply-demand chain,horizontal collaboration chain,energy utilization chain,material circulation chain and water cycle chain,on the basis of five elements including public environment,service bake up,demand-supply collaboration,management system in a cloud and resource reuse,this paper put forward the industrial ecological chain model of VR town in Gui-An New District and analyze each links detailedly.The purpose is to explore and analyze the industrial ecological chain construction of VR town in Gui-An New District to abundant domestic related theory about small town and play a certain reference significance on other new-type of characteristic urbanization in mountainous region.

Endogenous Governance:Governance Way and Realization Path for Construction of Chinese Characteristic Town

As an important carrier of China's new urbanization,characteristic town can inject new vitality into local development,thus it is of great significance to urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.From the perspective of endogenous governance,it is able to fully understand the governance connotations of characteristic towns in the governance framework of image,instrument and action.Interest integration and sustainable development are the essential attributes that endogenous governance endows characteristic towns with vitality.The construction of characteristic towns follows a certain development logic.Roughly,it undergoes the development and transformation process of policy guidance,multiple governance,and endogenous governance.On the basis of this development logic,it is feasible to come up with a realization path for endogenous governance in characteristic towns in terms of functional elements,internal motivation and content innovation.

Path for Building Characteristic Towns in Industrial Towns: A Case Study of Chengkou Town in Wudi County

At present,China’s new urbanization construction is making rapid progress,and the construction of characteristic towns has become a hot spot. The promotion of characteristic towns in various places has brought many opportunities for new urbanization. In addition,it has greatly promoted the transformation and development of the characteristic resources. However,many new problems have been exposed during the transformation process. Taking construction of characteristic town Chengkou Town in Wudi County as an example,this paper discussed the development paths for building characteristic towns in light industrial towns,in the hope of finding a new direction and solution.

浙江省优质颗粒形绿茶产业发展现状与思考

颗粒形绿茶是浙江省绿茶的重要品类,团队在调研浙江省优质颗粒形绿茶生产状况、加工工艺和设备、品质现状及标准建设的基础上,研制了浙江省茶叶学会颗粒形绿茶团体标准,对浙江省优质颗粒形绿茶产业的后续发展进行了思考和建议,可为浙江省颗粒形绿茶产业健康有序发展提供参考。

低碳视角下的冰雪小镇建设路径研究——以磐石中法生态冰雪小镇为例

随着2022年冬季奥运会的推动,我国大众冰雪旅游需求日渐高涨。在全球气候变化形势日趋严峻的背景下,以低碳视角探索冰雪小镇的规划建设成为时代新课题。文章梳理了国内外冰雪小镇规划建设特征,重点剖析了法国霞慕尼、加拿大惠斯勒、美国佛蒙特州斯托镇、河北张家口崇礼太子城等冰雪小镇成功案例,归纳总结其特征。在此基础上,提出了规划建设冰雪小镇的关键技术路径,即构建低碳指标体系作为目标,布局绿色生态空间作为载体,引介“冰雪+”绿色产业作为支撑,遴选生态适宜技术作为示范。最后,以磐石中法生态冰雪小镇规划实践为例,探索出一条依托中法生态城市合作平台的低碳特色发展路径。

乡村振兴背景下武夷山茶旅游特色产业及特色小镇发展分析

发展特色乡镇建设是促进中国经济社会转型和新型城市化的重要抓手,在推进城乡振兴中发挥着关键作用。中国已有多个贫困县、贫困市等经济发展落后地区在发展特色小镇后改善了经济窘境。茶叶是国家非物质文化遗产,对推动特色小镇具有重要的应用价值与经济价值。本研究以福建武夷山市茶叶发源地为研究对象,采用实地调研、访谈等方式,探究茶旅游文化相关历史及其对武夷山市经济发展的影响,结合相关企业发展对武夷山特色经济进行分析,并对现存的人口问题、产业冲突等一系列问题展开剖析。最后,提出应加强茶旅游产业的多元化发展,强化文化宣传及信息化建设等增强城市曝光度的方式,通过与现代主流文化相结合,推动未来武夷山市整体经济的改善、特色产业的相关建设与城市企业、扶持居民发展。

评价共同富裕背景下运动休闲特色小镇产业集群化核心竞争力,可为探索小镇新发展提供可靠的分析依据。针对运动休闲特色小镇产业发展问题,确定评价指标权重,将GEM得分和指标权重代入模糊综合评价方法中完成运动休闲特色小镇产业集群化核心竞争力模糊综合评价。结果表明,所构建的指标体系具有较高的信度,各指标模糊综合评价结果显示产业集群化核心竞争力较高,有助于对休闲特色小镇发展产生正面支持。

乡村振兴战略背景下体育特色小镇体旅文商农融合发展研究

乡村振兴战略是新时期推动解决“三农”问题的重大战略之一,体育小镇建设是乡村振兴战略背景下最具创新性的伟大实践,是体育产业、旅游业、文化产业、商业、“三农”融合发展的新平台,对于助推乡村振兴具有重要的实践意义。该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈等研究方法,在乡村振兴战略框架下,认真审视和切实把握体育特色小镇的发展逻辑,从乡村振兴这一国家战略的高度,以农村产业融合、促进新型城镇化建设和经济转型升级为要求,来考量体育特色小镇建设的功能和目的。该文以体育产业为特色,体育、旅游、文化、商业、农业五大产业融合发展为命题,提出可行性的建议,力图破解当前体育特色小镇建设瓶颈,进而为彰显乡村振兴战略成果,切实解决“三农”问题提供有益的理论思路。

Research on domestic characteristic towns: A review

As an important starting point for promoting new-type urbanization and an important platform for advancing supply-side structural reform, characteristic towns have gained strong support at the national policy level and have been rapidly promoted in practice. However, on the academic research level, the research of characteristic towns is lack of systematic. Under these circumstances, this article summarizes the current research on the characteristic town in our country, and makes relevant research and evaluation, with a view to providing reference and basis for further research on the characteristic town.

生态学理论视域下我国冰雪特色小镇建设研究

近年来,冰雪特色小镇作为冰雪旅游业中一个独具特色的组成部分,以其优美的生态风光、独特的冰雪文化和多样的旅游活动,吸引了众多游客和投资者的目光,具有巨大的发展潜力。通过对我国冰雪小镇建设与发展的现状进行梳理,探讨生态学理论在冰雪特色小镇规划、设计和管理中的指导作用,同步分析我国冰雪特色小镇建设中来自于生态环境保护与可持续发展、基础设施建设与公共服务供给、城乡一体化与冰雪旅游产业发展等多方面的挑战。提出突出生态系统的平衡和稳定、注重生物多样性的保护、强调人与自然和谐共生等发展对策,以期推动我国冰雪特色小镇的科学化、生态化建设,促进我国冰雪旅游产业的可持续发展。

重庆盐业历史文化古镇发展定位与文创开发思路探讨

文章从文化创意产业视角审视重庆10处盐业历史文化古镇特色,以公共政策视角分析重庆盐业历史文化古镇发展定位与文创开发思路。地处偏远乡村的重庆盐业历史文化古镇,其丰富的文化遗产资源应结合当地的农业生产、自然生态等特色资源进行微型文化创意产业开发。从国家特色小镇规范健康发展要求看,其发展定位应是“三新三地”,即微型文化创意新产业聚集地、城乡融合发展新支点着力地和传统文化传承保护新载体培育地。从盐业历史文化古镇实现发展定位看,其文创开发思路应是“三地三新”,即当地资源孕育新产业、当地居民成为新主人和当地企业形成新氛围。重庆盐业历史文化古镇应将自然资源、地理标志农产品等纳入文创开发整体构架中,引入高校等社会力量共建文创产业创新创业孵化基地,通过提升居民就业创业能力和提供就业创业机会等社会促进政策,形成盐业历史文化古镇在新时代的新发展格局。

价值链模型视角下我国运动休闲特色小镇体旅融合发展研究

运动休闲特色小镇是我国体旅融合发展的创新实践。本文运用文献资料法和实地调查法,以价值链模型为视角对我国运动休闲特色小镇体旅融合的价值链进行理论分析与实践考察,并提出发展建议。研究认为:运动休闲特色小镇体旅融合发展的价值链由基本活动与辅助活动构成,资源梳理、资源整合、需求分析、宣传推广、综合服务是基本活动,基础设施建设、人力资源管理、企业技术开发、资源挖掘采购是辅助活动。运动休闲特色小镇体旅融合表现为体育与旅游“食、住、行、游、购、娱”6个环节形成不同的实践融合模式。建议:研究实际需求,构筑融合理念;整合镇域资源,创新融合思路;增加有效供给,厘清融合目标。

丹寨万达小镇模式下乡村非遗资源的保护利用实践

特色小镇是中国当代乡村振兴战略的现实课题,丹寨万达小镇作为一个以非物质文化遗产资源保护利用为主题的特色小镇,是研究非遗资源和非遗资源保护利用实践的一个典范。本文通过对“丹寨万达小镇模式”的解读,剖析其发展过程及模式构建对乡村非遗资源的保护利用实践与乡村振兴的作用及影响,试图为特色小镇建设和区域尺度下的乡村非遗实践提供依据和参考。研究发现:(1)丹寨万达小镇模式以乡村非遗资源为核心,构成稳定的“人—业—地”实践模式,产生城乡互动效应,实现了特色小镇可持续发展;(2)该模式激活了区域内乡村非遗资源保护利用实践的积极性,持续深化了文旅融合,逐步实现了非遗复兴和乡村振兴。
