This article explores the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation mode on the development of the Suzhou tea industry,focusing on the diversified estimation of the value of output per acre and sales mode.It introduces the history and traditional cultivation practices of tea in Suzhou,as well as the current challenges and problems faced by the industry.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the overview and improvement plans of the three-dimensional cultivation mode,covering relevant technical methods.Based on this analysis,the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation on the value of output per acre was studied and predicted.Its potential and advantages were explored and compared with the effectiveness of traditional cultivation models.Additionally,the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation mode on sales was analyzed,examining its market adaptability and competitiveness,as well as its advantages in expanding sales channels and market coverage.The study also focused on the promoting effect of diversified sales models on the Suzhou tea industry,including direct consumption market development,tea processing product development and promotion,and the integration of tea culture and the tourism industry.To ensure sustainable development,the article evaluates the environmental impact,economic feasibility,social benefits,and farmer benefits of the three-dimensional cultivation model.Finally,the prospects for the development of the Suzhou tea industry were discussed,and the positioning and response strategies of the threedimensional cultivation model were proposed. 展开更多

Given its increasing global prevalence,Alzheimer’s disease(AD)has become a major public health challenge worldwide.The symptomatic treatments available for AD have shown no significant efficacy,and no disease-modifying interventions are capable of slowing the progression of the disorder.The potential of lifestyle-related factors,including diet,is increasingly recognized as an important consideration in the primary prevention of AD.Numerous mechanisms potentially underlying neuroprotective effects of bioactive components contained in tea,such as(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate,as well as their preventive efficacy against AD,have been elucidated in preclinical studies.However,in contrast to the abundance of mechanistic findings in animals,clinical results demonstrating efficacy in humans are scarce.While epidemiological studies have provided some evidence indicating that green tea consumption is associated with a reduced risk of age-related cognitive decline and AD,a causal relationship cannot be established on the basis of these observations.The clinical evidence regarding preventive or therapeutic effects of green tea and its bioactive components is unsatisfactory.A role of green tea in the prevention of AD cannot be recommended until well-designed,randomized,placebo-controlled clinical trials using standardized formulations confirm the purported beneficial effects of green tea. 展开更多

The DPPH free radicals scavenging ability of the 4 albinos tea is also different. This paper studies the robust fuzzy control for nonlinear chaotic system in the presence of parametric uncertainties. An uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed for fuzzy modelling of an unknown chaotic system. A sufficient condition formulated in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) for the existence of fuzzy controller is obtained. Then the output feedback fuzzy-model-based regulator derived from the LMI solutions can guarantee the stability of the closed-loop overall fuzzy system. The T-S fuzzy model of the chaotic Chen system is developed as an example for illustration. The effectiveness of the proposed controller design methodology is finally demonstrated through computer simulations on the uncertain Chen chaotic system. 展开更多

为了提升锂渣复合水泥浆体早期工作性及强度发展,研究了水化硅酸钙晶核与聚羧酸减水剂复合物(C-S-H-PCE)与三乙醇胺(TEA)对锂渣复合水泥流变性与水化性能协同效应。结果表明,C-S-H-PCE改善了新拌锂渣复合水泥浆体流变性,使得浆体表观黏... 为了提升锂渣复合水泥浆体早期工作性及强度发展,研究了水化硅酸钙晶核与聚羧酸减水剂复合物(C-S-H-PCE)与三乙醇胺(TEA)对锂渣复合水泥流变性与水化性能协同效应。结果表明,C-S-H-PCE改善了新拌锂渣复合水泥浆体流变性,使得浆体表观黏度及剪切应力逐渐下降。而TEA则显著降低新拌浆体流变性,随着TEA掺量增加,新拌锂渣复合水泥浆体表观黏度及剪切应力逐渐增加。C-S-H-PCE与TEA复掺对锂渣复合水泥浆体凝结时间缩短具有协同作用,可大幅缩短浆体凝结时间,促进早强抗压强度发展。掺加3%C-S-H-PCE和0.5%TEA可分别使浆体初凝和终凝时间缩短70%和72%。当C-S-H-PCE掺量为3%,TEA掺量为0.1%时,锂渣复合水泥砂浆1 d、3 d、7 d及28 d抗压强度分别增长105.9%、78.8%、52.3%及10.1%。C-S-H-PCE通过提供成核位点促进硅酸盐矿物早期水化及锂渣后期火山灰反应。而TEA通过促进水泥及锂渣中铝相溶解,促进钙矾石(AFt)相生成及AFt相向单硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFm)相转化。 展开更多

Green Tea Consumption Reduces Oxidative Stress in Parkinson’s Disease Patients

Oxidative stress is one of the underlying causes of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Because of its antioxidant effect, we hypothesize that green tea consumption (3 cups daily for 3 months) would improve antioxidant status and reduces oxidative damage in Parkinson’s disease. Fifteen subjects who were within the first five years of PD, on stable PD medication, and not regular green tea consumers were recruited. Iron status, oxidative stress and PD status were evaluated before and after 3 months of green tea consumption. Hemoglobin, serum iron, iron saturation and ferritin concentrations were used to assess iron status. Antioxidant enzymes including catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) were measured to determine antioxidant status. Lipid peroxidation and protein carbonyls were measured as oxidative damage markers. There were no changes in total motor scores of the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS), PDQ-39 total scores and various iron status markers after 3 months. Catalase (p < 0.05) and SOD activities (p < 0.005) were increased significantly indicating an improvement of antioxidant status. Both lipid peroxidation and protein carbonyls decreased by ~52% (p < 0.01) with green tea consumption, indicating less oxidative stress. In conclusion, 3 cups of green tea consumption for 3 months can improve antioxidant status and reduce oxidative damage in PD patients. Further studies are needed to determine if these changes result in slowing the disease progression. 展开更多

The chemopreventive effects of green tea and its polyphenols are well documented in the literature. Epidemiological studies have suggested that green tea consumption might be effective in the prevention of certain human cancers. About 80% of the tea is consumed as black tea. Limited studies have been carried out to assess the usefulness of black tea as anti_carcinogen. The present set of investigations were initiated to study the anti_tumorigenic potential of aqueous black tea extract (ATE) in Swiss albino mice in \%in vivo\% animal bioassay, using 7, 12 dimethyl_benzanthracene (DMBA) as carcinogen. In the experimental group, 2% ATE was given orally as sole source of drinking water, while the control were allowed to drink normal water, \%ad lib.\% The results revealed that drinking of 2% ATE could effectively inhibit the onset of tumorigenesis, cumulative number of tumors and average number of tumors per mouse. In ATE drinking group 44% animals remained tumor free till the termination of experiment, i. e. 26 weeks. In the second set of experiment the preventive efficacy of 2% ATE of different cultivars of black tea, viz orthodox, CTC and dust were tested in Ehrlich Ascites (EA) tumor bearing mice. The preventive effects of ATE were observed in terms of increased life span (ILS). All the cultivars of tea showed more than 25% increase in life span of the animals. Cytotoxic effect of various doses of all three cultivars of black tea was also observed \%in vitro \%on EA cells. 展开更多

Distribution of different forms of sulphur(S)and carbon-nitrogen-sulphur relationships were studied in surface and subsurface soils of some tea growing areas of Northeastern India.The soils were strongly acidic in reaction(pH-4.0 to 5.5),low to very high in organic carbon(4 to 54 g kg^-1),with cation exchange capacity(8.8 to 19.2 cmol(p+)kg^-1)and base saturation(50 to 77%).Organic S mostly contributed to the total-sulphur(62 to 77%)followed by Non sulphate S(28.8 to 37.2%)and sulphate S(0.7 to 1.4%).Except sulphate S,other forms of sulphur showed significant positive correlation among themselves as well as with organic carbon and total nitrogen.The C:N,C:S,N:S and C:N:S ratio varied from 8.2 to 10.0,6.18 to 71.57,0.62 to 7.26 and 100:10.1:1.4 to 100:12.2:16.2 respectively.Wider C:N:S ratios in all the surface and sub-surface soils indicated that the major portion of nitrogen and sulphur in tea growing soils of Northeastern India is locked up in organic combination which might pose as a potential threat towards tea plantation if application of sulphur is continuously ignored. 展开更多

A robust optimal output tracking control method for a midwater trawl system is investigated based on T-S fuzzy nonlinear model. A simplified nonlinear mathematical model is first employed to represent a midwater trawl system, and then a T-S fuzzy model is adopted to approximate the nonlinear system. Since the strong nonlinearities and the external disturbance of the trawling system, a mixed H2/H∞ fuzzy output tracking control strategy via T-S fuzzy system is proposed to regulate the trawl depth to follow a desired trajectory. The trawl depth can be regulated by adjusting the winch velocity automatically and the tracking error can be minimized according to the robust optimal criterion. In order to validate the proposed control method, a computer simulation is conducted. The simulation results indicate that the proposed fuzzy robust optimal controller make the trawl net rapidly follow the desired trajectory under the model uncertainties and the extemal disturbance caused by wave and current. 展开更多
